申命記第11章 |
|
1 爾當愛爾之上帝耶和華、供其役事、行其禮儀、守其法度、遵其禁令、歷久不輟。 |
|
2 爾之上帝耶和華、所督責爾之事、爾之子女未嘗目擊、故我不與之言、惟爾知厥大能巨力、 |
|
3 昔在埃及、行其異蹟、以大作爲、罰埃及王法老及民、 |
|
4 埃及軍旅車馬、追襲爾後、耶和華使紅海覆沒之、殲滅之、 |
|
5 爾遊曠野、至於斯土、上帝所爲、爾素知也。 |
|
6 其罰流便人以利押子大單、亞庇蘭、使地口孔張、吞噬其衆、與其眷聚、帷幕、曁凡所有、絕於以色列族中。 |
|
7 耶和華所爲之大事、爾皆目擊、 |
|
8 故今所諭之誡命、爾必恪守、自強厥志、以得所往之土。 |
|
9 昔耶和華誓、以產乳與蜜之地、錫爾列祖、爰及後裔、爾旣入彼、據有斯土、可享遐齡。 |
|
10 昔在埃及、爾所自出之地、旣播其種、必以桔樨灌之、如灌蔬圃、惟爾所往之地不然、乃有陵谷、爲天雨所沃、 |
|
11 |
|
12 亦爾之上帝耶和華垂顧斯土、自年始及年終、鑒觀不輟。 |
|
13 我今日所諭之命、爾其聽之、一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華而奉事之、 |
|
14 則秋霖春雨、必降於爾土、使爾獲穀、及酒與油、以果爾腹。 |
|
15 田有草萊、牲畜得蒭、 |
|
16 爾當謹恪、勿聽誘惑、違逆耶和華、奉事崇拜他上帝、 |
|
17 恐耶和華震怒、使天地閉塞、霖雨不降、物產不生、雖在耶和華所賜之腴壤、而爾滅亡甚速。 |
|
18 必以我言藏於爾心、誌於爾衷、繫於手、服於顙、以爲記錄。 |
|
19 誨爾子女、或處室、或在途、或寢或興、以此爲訓。 |
|
20 銘於橛、書於門。 |
|
21 昔耶和華誓以斯土錫於爾祖、爾與爾子居之、得享遐齡、如天地之恒久。 |
|
22 爾守我命、愛爾上帝耶和華、行由其道、恒守弗失、 |
|
23 則較爾強大衆多之民、耶和華必驅之、使爾得其土。 |
|
24 爾足所履之地、必爲爾得、自曠野至利巴嫩、自百辣河至西海。 |
|
25 爾之上帝耶和華必應前言、使爾所至之地、其民驚懼、不能捍禦。〇 |
|
26 |
|
27 爾上帝耶和華之命、我傳於爾、爾如恪守、則可蒙純嘏。 |
|
28 使不遵其命、違我所諭之道、從他上帝、汝素未識者、則必遭咒詛。 |
|
29 嗣後、爾上帝耶和華導爾入所得之地、必以純嘏宣播於其哩心山、以咒詛彰明於以八山。 |
|
30 此二山在約但西、日入之所、迦南人地、吉甲相對之平原、近摩哩之橡樹。 |
|
31 爾今渡約但河、得爾上帝耶和華所錫之地、據而有之、 |
|
32 我所命之禮儀法度、爾當恪守焉、 |
DeuteronomyChapter 11 |
|
1 THEREFORE you shall love the LORD your God, and keep his precepts, his statutes, his judgments, and his commandments, always. |
|
2 And know this day that I do not speak to your children who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of the LORD your God, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his outstretched arm, |
|
3 And his signs, and his deeds, which he did in Egypt to Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and to all his land; |
|
4 And what he did to the army of the Egyptians, to their horses and to their chariots and to their horsemen; how he made the water of the Red Sea to overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the LORD has destroyed them to this day; |
|
5 And what he did to you in the wilderness, until you came into this place; |
|
6 And what he did to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben; how the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their children and their tents and everything which they had, as they stood on their feet in the midst of all Israel; |
|
7 But it is your eyes that have seen all the great acts of the LORD which he did. |
|
8 Therefore you shall keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that you may be strong and go in and possess the land which you are going over to possess; |
|
9 And that you may prolong your days in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land that flows with milk and honey. |
|
10 For the land into which you are entering to possess it is not like the land of Egypt, from which you came out, where you sowed your seed and watered it with your feet, like a vegetable garden; |
|
11 But the land which you are going over to possess is a land of mountains and valleys, that drinks water of the rain from heaven; |
|
12 A land which the LORD your God cares for always; the eyes of the LORD your God are upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. |
|
13 And if you shall hearken diligently to the commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, |
|
14 He will give you the rain of your land in its due season, the early rain and the latter rain, and you shall gather in your grain and your wine and your oil. |
|
15 And he will make grass to grow in your fields for your cattle, that you shall eat and be full. |
|
16 Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be enticed, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them; |
|
17 And then the LORD'S anger be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain and that the land may not produce its fruit, and that you perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD your God gives you. |
|
18 Therefore you shall lay up these commandments in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hands, that they may be a token between your eyes. |
|
19 And you shall teach them to your children, that they may talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. |
|
20 And you shall write them on the doorposts of your houses, and upon your gates; |
|
21 That your days and the days of your children, may be multiplied in the land which the LORD your God swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon earth. |
|
22 For if you shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you this day, and do them, and love the LORD your God, and walk in all his ways, and cleave to him; |
|
23 Then the LORD will destroy all these nations from before you, and you shall possess nations greater and mightier than yourselves. |
|
24 Every place whereon the sole of your foot treads shall be yours; from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the great river Euphrates, to the uttermost sea shall your territory be. |
|
25 There shall no man be able to stand before you; for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that you shall tread, as he has said to you. |
|
26 Behold, I set before you this day blessings and curses; |
|
27 Blessings, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God which I am commanding you this day: |
|
28 And curses, if you will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, and if you turn aside from the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which you have not known. |
|
29 And it shall come to pass, when the LORD your God has brought you into the land whither you are entering to possess it, you shall put the blessings upon mount Gerizim, and the curses upon mount Gebel. |
|
30 Behold, they are on the other side of the Jordan, behind the way, toward the setting of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites, who dwell in the low desert over against Gilgal, towards the house of the oak of Mamre. |
|
31 For you are to cross the Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God gives you, and you shall possess it and dwell therein. |
|
32 And you shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day. |

|
1 爾當愛爾之上帝耶和華、供其役事、行其禮儀、守其法度、遵其禁令、歷久不輟。 |
1 THEREFORE you shall love the LORD your God, and keep his precepts, his statutes, his judgments, and his commandments, always. |
|

7 耶和華所爲之大事、爾皆目擊、 |

8 Therefore you shall keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that you may be strong and go in and possess the land which you are going over to possess; |
|
9 昔耶和華誓、以產乳與蜜之地、錫爾列祖、爰及後裔、爾旣入彼、據有斯土、可享遐齡。 |
9 And that you may prolong your days in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land that flows with milk and honey. |
|

10 For the land into which you are entering to possess it is not like the land of Egypt, from which you came out, where you sowed your seed and watered it with your feet, like a vegetable garden; |

11 But the land which you are going over to possess is a land of mountains and valleys, that drinks water of the rain from heaven; |
|
12 亦爾之上帝耶和華垂顧斯土、自年始及年終、鑒觀不輟。 |
12 A land which the LORD your God cares for always; the eyes of the LORD your God are upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. |
|
13 我今日所諭之命、爾其聽之、一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華而奉事之、 |
13 And if you shall hearken diligently to the commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, |
|
14 則秋霖春雨、必降於爾土、使爾獲穀、及酒與油、以果爾腹。 |
14 He will give you the rain of your land in its due season, the early rain and the latter rain, and you shall gather in your grain and your wine and your oil. |
|
15 田有草萊、牲畜得蒭、 |
15 And he will make grass to grow in your fields for your cattle, that you shall eat and be full. |
|
16 爾當謹恪、勿聽誘惑、違逆耶和華、奉事崇拜他上帝、 |
16 Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be enticed, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them; |
|
17 恐耶和華震怒、使天地閉塞、霖雨不降、物產不生、雖在耶和華所賜之腴壤、而爾滅亡甚速。 |
17 And then the LORD'S anger be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain and that the land may not produce its fruit, and that you perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD your God gives you. |
|
18 必以我言藏於爾心、誌於爾衷、繫於手、服於顙、以爲記錄。 |
18 Therefore you shall lay up these commandments in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hands, that they may be a token between your eyes. |
|
19 誨爾子女、或處室、或在途、或寢或興、以此爲訓。 |
19 And you shall teach them to your children, that they may talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. |
|
20 銘於橛、書於門。 |
20 And you shall write them on the doorposts of your houses, and upon your gates; |
|
21 昔耶和華誓以斯土錫於爾祖、爾與爾子居之、得享遐齡、如天地之恒久。 |
21 That your days and the days of your children, may be multiplied in the land which the LORD your God swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon earth. |
|
22 爾守我命、愛爾上帝耶和華、行由其道、恒守弗失、 |
22 For if you shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you this day, and do them, and love the LORD your God, and walk in all his ways, and cleave to him; |
|
23 則較爾強大衆多之民、耶和華必驅之、使爾得其土。 |
23 Then the LORD will destroy all these nations from before you, and you shall possess nations greater and mightier than yourselves. |
|
24 爾足所履之地、必爲爾得、自曠野至利巴嫩、自百辣河至西海。 |
24 Every place whereon the sole of your foot treads shall be yours; from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the great river Euphrates, to the uttermost sea shall your territory be. |
|
25 爾之上帝耶和華必應前言、使爾所至之地、其民驚懼、不能捍禦。〇 |
25 There shall no man be able to stand before you; for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that you shall tread, as he has said to you. |
|
26 |
26 Behold, I set before you this day blessings and curses; |
|
27 爾上帝耶和華之命、我傳於爾、爾如恪守、則可蒙純嘏。 |
27 Blessings, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God which I am commanding you this day: |
|
28 使不遵其命、違我所諭之道、從他上帝、汝素未識者、則必遭咒詛。 |
28 And curses, if you will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, and if you turn aside from the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which you have not known. |
|
29 嗣後、爾上帝耶和華導爾入所得之地、必以純嘏宣播於其哩心山、以咒詛彰明於以八山。 |
29 And it shall come to pass, when the LORD your God has brought you into the land whither you are entering to possess it, you shall put the blessings upon mount Gerizim, and the curses upon mount Gebel. |
