第16篇

1 （此大闢所作〇）願上帝衛護兮、我惟爾是賴、

2 我告耶和華曰、爾乃吾主兮、我之福祉、皆爾所賚、

3 斯世之人爲聖爲潔兮、我甚欣喜、

4 不稱名而讚頌。〔人逆上帝、羣奉偶像、惟我不獻血以爲祭兮〕

5 我得耶和華以爲眞福、如酒之盈樽兮、所得之福、旣永且久、爾使之然兮、

6 我有嗣業、其業孔美、我得腴壤、畫而爲區、

7 耶和華兮、訓迪我衷、中夜心奮、發聲讚頌、

8 我觀耶和華兮、惟我是親、左右乎我、故不震驚、

9 予心欣喜、載歡載忭、惟我此身、歸土有望、

10 以爾不遺我魂於陰府、不俾爾之恭人朽於黃土、

11 維爾示我、其道永生、在爾之前、欣喜不勝、在爾之右、其樂以恆。
