羅馬書

第6章

1 這樣，怎麼說呢？我們可以仍在罪中、叫恩典顯多嗎？

2 神斷乎不許［God forbid］。我們在罪上死了的人豈可仍在罪中活著呢？

3 豈不知我們如此多人［so many］受浸歸入耶穌基督［Jesus Christ］是受浸歸入他的死嗎？

4 所以，我們藉著浸禮歸入死，和他一同埋葬，原是叫我們一舉一動有新生的樣式，像基督藉著父的榮耀從死裏復活一樣。

5 我們若在他死的形狀上與他同栽［planted together］，也要在他復活的形狀上與他同栽［planted together］；

6 因為知道我們的舊人和他同釘十字架，使罪身滅絕，叫我們不再作罪的奴僕；

7 因為已死的人是脫離了罪。

8 我們若是與基督同死去［be dead］，就信必與他同活著［live］。

9 因為知道基督既從死裏復活，就不再死，死也不再作他的主了。

10 他死是向罪死了，只有一次；他活是向神活著。

11 這樣，你們向罪也當看自己實在［indeed］是死的。向神因我們主耶穌基督［through Jesus Christ our Lord］卻當看自己是活的。

12 所以，不要容罪在你們必死的身上作王，使你們順從身體的私慾。

13 也不要將你們的肢體獻給罪作不義的器具；倒要像從死裏復活的人，將自己獻給神，並將肢體作義的器具獻給神。

14 罪必不能作你們的主，因你們不在律法之下，乃在恩典之下。

15 這卻怎麼樣呢？我們在恩典之下，不在律法之下，就可以犯罪嗎？神斷乎不許［God forbid］。

16 豈不曉得你們獻上自己作僕人［servants］，順從誰，就作誰的僕人［servants］嗎？或作罪的僕人［servants］，以至於死；或作順命的僕人［servants］，以至成義。

17 感謝神。因為你們從前雖然作罪的僕人［servants］，現今卻從心裏順服了所傳給你們道理的模範。

18 你們既從罪裏得了釋放，就作了義的僕人［servants］。

19 我因你們肉體的軟弱，就照人的常話對你們說。你們從前怎樣將肢體獻給不潔不法作僕人［servants］，以至於不法；現今也要照樣將肢體獻給義作僕人［servants］，以至於成聖。

20 因為你們作罪之僕人［servants］的時候，就不被義約束了。

21 你們現今所看為羞恥的事，當日有甚麼果子呢？那些事的結局就是死。

22 但現今，你們既從罪裏得了釋放，作了神的僕人［servants］，就有成聖的果子，那結局就是永生。

23 因為罪的工價乃是死；唯有神的恩賜，藉著［through］我們的主耶穌基督［Jesus Christ］，乃是永生。

Chapter 6

3 Know50 you not, that so3745 many3745 of us as were baptized907 into1519 Jesus2424 Christ5547 were baptized907 into1519 his death?2288

4 Therefore3767 we are buried4916 with him by baptism908 into1519 death:2288 that like5618 as Christ5547 was raised1453 up from the dead3498 by the glory1391 of the Father,3962 even so3779 we also2532 should walk4043 in newness2538 of life.2222

5 For if1487 we have been planted4854 together4854 in the likeness3667 of his death,2288 we shall be also2532 in the likeness of his resurrection:386

6 Knowing1097 this,5124 that our old3820 man444 is crucified4957 with him, that the body4983 of sin266 might be destroyed,2673 that from now on3371 we should not serve1398 sin.266

7 For he that is dead599 is freed1344 from sin.266

8 Now1161 if1487 we be dead599 with Christ,5547 we believe4100 that we shall also2532 live4800 with him:

9 Knowing1492 that Christ5547 being raised1453 from the dead3498 dies599 no3765 more;2089 death2288 has no3765 more3765 dominion2961 over him.

10 For in that he died,599 he died599 to sin266 once:2178 but in that he lives,2198 he lives2198 to God.2316

11 Likewise3779 reckon3049 you also2532 yourselves1438 to be dead3498 indeed3303 to sin,266 but alive2198 to God2316 through1722 Jesus2424 Christ5547 our Lord.2962

12 Let not sin266 therefore3767 reign936 in your5216 mortal2349 body,4983 that you should obey5219 it in the lusts1939 thereof.846

13 Neither3366 yield3936 you your5216 members3196 as instruments3696 of unrighteousness93 to sin:266 but yield3936 yourselves1438 to God,2316 as those that are alive2198 from the dead,3498 and your5216 members3196 as instruments3696 of righteousness1343 to God.2316

14 For sin266 shall not have dominion2961 over you: for you are not under5259 the law,3551 but under5259 grace.5485

17 But God2316 be thanked,5485 that you were the servants1401 of sin,266 but you have obeyed5219 from the heart2588 that form5179 of doctrine1322 which3739 was delivered3860 you.

18 Being then1161 made1659 free1659 from sin,266 you became1402 the servants1402 of righteousness.1343

19 I speak3004 after the manner442 of men442 because1223 of the infirmity769 of your5216 flesh:4561 for as you have yielded3936 your5216 members3196 servants1401 to uncleanness167 and to iniquity458 to iniquity;458 even3779 so3779 now3568 yield3936 your5216 members3196 servants1401 to righteousness1343 to holiness.38

20 For when3753 you were the servants1401 of sin,266 you were free1658 from righteousness.1343

21 What5101 fruit2590 had2192 you then5119 3767 in those things whereof1909 3739 you are now3568 ashamed?1870 for the end5056 of those1565 things is death.2288

22 But now3570 being made1659 free1659 from sin,266 and become1402 servants1402 to God,2316 you have2192 your5216 fruit2590 to holiness,38 and the end5056 everlasting166 life.2222

23 For the wages3800 of sin266 is death;2288 but the gift5486 of God2316 is eternal166 life2222 through1722 Jesus2424 Christ5547 our Lord.2962

19 I speak3004 after the manner442 of men442 because1223 of the infirmity769 of your5216 flesh:4561 for as you have yielded3936 your5216 members3196 servants1401 to uncleanness167 and to iniquity458 to iniquity;458 even3779 so3779 now3568 yield3936 your5216 members3196 servants1401 to righteousness1343 to holiness.38

20 因為你們作罪之僕人［servants］的時候，就不被義約束了。

20 For when3753 you were the servants1401 of sin,266 you were free1658 from righteousness.1343

21 你們現今所看為羞恥的事，當日有甚麼果子呢？那些事的結局就是死。

22 但現今，你們既從罪裏得了釋放，作了神的僕人［servants］，就有成聖的果子，那結局就是永生。
