2 If3588 a man376 vow5087 a vow5088 to the LORD,3068 or176 swear7650 an oath7621 to bind631 his soul5315 with a bond;632 he shall not break2490 his word,1697 he shall do6213 according to all3605 that proceeds3318 out of his mouth.6310

3 Wenn jemand dem HErrn3068 ein376 Gelübde5088 tut5087 oder einen Eid7650 schwöret, daß er seine See LE5315 verbindet632, der soll sein Wort1697 nicht schwächen, sondern alles tun6213, wie es zu seinem Munde6310 ist ausgegangen3318.

3 If a woman802 also vow5087 a vow5088 to the LORD,3068 and bind631 herself by a bond,632 being in her father's1 house1004 in her youth;5271

4 Wenn ein Weibsbild dem HErrn3068 ein Gelübde5088 tut5087 und sich verbindet632, weil sie802 in ihres Vaters1 Hause1004 und im Magdtum ist5271;

4 And her father1 hear8085 her vow,5088 and her bond632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul,5315 and her father1 shall hold2790 his peace2790 at her; then all3605 her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and every3605 bond632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

5 und ihr Gelübde5088 und Verbündnis632, das sie2790 tut über ihre See LE5315, kommt vor ihren Vater1, und er1 schweiget dazu: so gilt6965 all ihr Gelübde5088 und all ihr Verbündnis631, des sie sich6965 über ihre See LE5315 verbunden hat8085.

5 But if518 her father1 disallow5106 her in the day3117 that he hears;8085 not any3605 of her vows,5088 or of her bonds632 with which834 she has bound631 her soul,5315 shall stand:6965 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her, because3588 her father1 disallowed5106 her.

6 Wo aber ihr Vater1 wehret des Tages3117, wenn er‘s höret, so gilt kein Gelübde5088 noch Verbündnis632, dessen sie5106 sich6965 über ihre See LE5315 verbunden hat8085; und der HErr3068 wird ihr gnädig sein5545, weil ihr Vater1 ihr gewehret hat631.

6 And if518 she had1961 at all an husband,376 when she vowed,5088 or176 uttered4008 ought out of her lips,8193 with which834 she bound631 her soul;5315

7 Hat631 sie aber einen Mann376 und hat ein Gelübde5088 auf ihr, oder entfähret ihr aus ihren Lippen8193 ein Verbündnis über ihre See LE5315;

7 And her husband376 heard8085 it, and held2790 his peace2790 at her in the day3117 that he heard8085 it: then her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and her bonds632 with which834 she bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

8 und der Mann376 höret‘s8085 und schweiget desselben Tages3117 stille: so gilt6965 ihr Gelübde5088 und Verbündnis632, dessen sie2790 sich6965 über ihre See LE5315 verbunden hat8085.

8 But if518 her husband376 disallowed5106 her on the day3117 that he heard8085 it; then he shall make her vow5088 which834 she vowed,5088 and that which she uttered4008 with her lips,8193 with which834 she bound631 her soul,5315 of none6565 effect:6565 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her.

9 Wo aber ihr Mann376 wehret des Tages3117, wenn er‘s höret, so ist4008 ihr Gelübde5088 los, das sie5106 auf ihr hat8085, und das Verbündnis631, das ihr aus ihren Lippen8193 entfahren ist6565 über ihre See LE5315; und der HErr3068 wird ihr gnädig sein5545.

9 But every vow5088 of a widow,490 and of her that is divorced,1644 with which834 they have bound631 their souls,5315 shall stand6965 against5921 her.

10 Das Gelübde5088 einer Witwe490 und Verstoßenen1644: alles, wes sie sich verbindet über ihre See LE5315, das gilt auf6965 ihr.

10 And if518 she vowed5087 in her husband's376 house,1004 or176 bound631 her soul5315 by a bond632 with an oath;7621

11 Wenn jemandes376 Gesinde1004 gelobet oder sich mit einem Eide7621 verbindet632 über seine See LE5315;
|
11 And her husband376 heard8085 it, and held2790 his peace2790 at her, and disallowed5106 her not: then all3605 her vows5088 shall stand,6965 and every3605 bond632 with which834 she bound631 her soul5315 shall stand.6965

12 und376 der Hausherr höret‘s und schweiget dazu und wehret‘s nicht2790: so gilt6965 all dasselbe Gelübde5088 und alles, wes es sich6965 verbunden hat8085 über seine See LE5315.
|
12 But if518 her husband376 has utterly made them void6565 on5921 the day3117 he heard8085 them; then whatever3605 proceeded4161 out of her lips8193 concerning her vows,5088 or concerning the bond632 of her soul,5315 shall not stand:6965 her husband376 has made them void;6565 and the LORD3068 shall forgive5545 her.

13 Macht‘s aber der Hausherr des Tages3117 los, wenn er376‘s höret8085, so gilt‘s nicht, was aus4161 seinen Lippen8193 gegangen ist6565, das es gelobet oder sich6965 verbunden hat6565 über seine See LE5315; denn der Hausherr hat‘s6565 los gemacht; und376 der HErr3068 wird ihm gnädig sein5545.

13 Every3605 vow,5088 and every3605 binding632 oath7621 to afflict6031 the soul,5315 her husband376 may establish6965 it, or her husband376 may make it void.6565

14 Und376 alle Gelübde5088 und376 Eide7621, zu verbinden632, den5315 Leib zu kasteien6031, mag der Hausherr kräftigen oder schwächen, also:

14 But if518 her husband376 altogether hold2790 his peace2790 at her from day3117 to day;3117 then he establishes6965 all3605 her vows,5088 or all3605 her bonds,632 which834 are on her: he confirms6965 them, because3588 he held2790 his peace2790 at her in the day3117 that he heard8085 them.

15 Wenn3117 er376 dazu schweiget2790 von einem Tage3117 zum andern, so bekräftiget er alle seine Gelübde5088 und Verbündnisse, die es auf6965 ihm6965 hat632, darum daß er geschwiegen hat8085 des Tages3117, da er‘s hörete.

15 But if518 he shall any ways make them void6565 after310 that he has heard8085 them; then he shall bear5375 her iniquity.5771

16 Wird8085 er‘s aber schwächen, nachdem310 er‘s gehöret hat6565, so soll er die Missetat5771 tragen5375.

16 These428 are the statutes,2706 which834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 Moses,4872 between996 a man376 and his wife,802 between996 the father1 and his daughter,1323 being yet in her youth5271 in her father's1 house.1004

17 Das sind die Satzungen2706, die der HErr3068 Mose4872 geboten hat zwischen Mann376 und Weib802, zwischen Vater1 und Tochter1323, weil sie6680 noch eine Magd ist5271 in ihres Vaters1 Hause1004.
