希伯來書

第12章

1 觀者雲集圍我、當釋累我之重負、去縈我之私欲、

2 所命我之前途、恒心竭力趨之、吾儕始信終克信、皆本乎耶穌宜專望之、彼思昔所許之樂、受苦於十字架、雖恥不以爲意、今坐上帝之位之右、

3 人以橫逆相加、彼忍之、爾當追思、勿怠爾志、勿喪爾膽、

4 爾與惡相敵、未嘗扦禦流血、

5 爾不憶上帝、勸勉爾若子、曰子乎、主責爾、勿輕視、主譴爾、勿喪膽、

6 蓋主責其所愛、扑其所納、

7 爾旣受責、上帝待爾若子、焉有子而父不責之者乎、

8 衆受責而爾不受責、則爲妓所出、非嫡所生、

9 生我身之父責我、而我敬之、况賦我神之父、豈不當誠服以得永生乎、

10 生我身之父、或暫時任意責我、賦我神之父、乃爲我益而責我、使我得與作聖、

11 凡責我者、我受時憂而不樂、稜經練習、則結善果、以致平康、

12 見有手足疲倦者、則爲之扶持、

13 端爾趨向、跛者不第足弗傷、而且疾克廖、

14 宜與衆相睦、惟務潔清、蓋不潔者不得謁主、

15 慎勿失上帝恩、恐有若惡草、根株滋長、妨爾浼衆、

16 恐有淫行妄爲者、如以掃緣一哺啜、鬻長子業、

17 後此欲得祝嘏、而反見棄、子雖號泣以求、父仍不回其志、是爾所知也、

18 爾所至者、非有形之山、在彼火焰壢鍵、幽晴暴風、

19 號角之音、傳誡之聲、聞之者、請勿復言、

20 上帝命、若走獸近山、必石幣箭射之、其命人不忍聞、

21 所見可畏、摩西曰、吾恐懼戰慄、

22 見爾所至者、郇山永生上帝邑、天上之耶路撒冷、有天使咸集、不下數萬、

23 有冢子之會錄於天、有鞫衆之上帝、有義人得全其神、

24 有新約中保耶穌其灑血默顛、較亞伯爲尤善、

25 慎勿棄語汝者、若在地傳命者棄之、猶不能死刑、况白天而言者我背之、其邢焉能逭乎、

26 當時其聞震地、今且曰於後、吾不第震地、又必震天、

27 如是言之、震者皆受造之物必廢、而不震者恆存、

28 惟我得不震之國、當望恩見悅於上帝、虔恭寅畏以事之、

29 蓋我之上帝、如火之燎焉、

Chapter 12

1 Why5105 seeing we also2532 are compassed4029 about4029 with so5118 great5118 a cloud3509 of witnesses,3144 let us lay659 aside659 every3956 weight,3591 and the sin266 which does so easily beset2139 us, and let us run5143 with patience5281 the race73 that is set4295 before4295 us,

2 Looking872 to Jesus2424 the author747 and finisher5047 of our faith;4102 who3739 for the joy5479 that was set4295 before4295 him endured5278 the cross,4716 despising2706 the shame,152 and is set2523 down2523 at1722 the right1188 hand of the throne2362 of God.2316

3 For consider357 him that endured5278 such5108 contradiction485 of sinners268 against1519 himself,848 lest2443 3361 you be wearied2577 and faint1590 in your5216 minds.5590

4 You have not yet3768 resisted478 to blood,129 striving464 against4314 sin.266

5 And you have forgotten1585 the exhortation3874 which3748 speaks1256 to you as to children,5207 My son,5207 despise3643 not you the chastening3809 of the Lord,2962 nor3366 faint1590 when you are rebuked1651 of him:

6 For whom3739 the Lord2962 loves25 he chastens,3811 and whips3146 every3956 son5207 whom3739 he receives.3858

7 If1487 you endure5278 chastening,3809 God2316 deals4374 with you as with sons;5207 for what5101 son5207 is he whom3739 the father3962 chastens3811 not?

8 But if1487 you be without5565 chastisement,3809 whereof3739 all3956 are partakers,3353 then686 are you bastards,3541 and not sons.5207

9 Furthermore1534 we have2192 had2192 fathers3962 of our flesh4561 which corrected3810 us, and we gave1788 them reverence:1788 shall we not much4183 rather3123 be in subjection5293 to the Father3962 of spirits,4151 and live?2198

10 For they truly3303 for a few3641 days2250 chastened3811 us after2596 their own848 pleasure;3588 1380 but he for our profit,4851 that we might be partakers3335 of his holiness.41

11 Now1161 no3956 3756 chastening3809 for the present3918 seems1380 to be joyous,5479 but grievous:3077 nevertheless1161 afterward5305 it yields591 the peaceable1516 fruit2590 of righteousness1343 to them which are exercised1128 thereby.1223 846

12 Why1352 lift461 up the hands5495 which hang3935 down,3935 and the feeble3886 knees;1119

13 And make4160 straight3717 paths5163 for your5216 feet,4228 lest2443 3361 that which is lame5560 be turned1624 out of the way;1624 but let it rather3123 be healed.2390

14 Follow1377 peace1515 with all3956 men, and holiness,38 without5565 which3739 no3762 man3762 shall see3700 the Lord:2962

15 Looking1983 diligently lest3361 any5100 man fail5302 of the grace5485 of God;2316 lest3361 any5100 root4491 of bitterness4088 springing5453 up trouble1776 you, and thereby1223 5026 many4183 be defiled;3392

16 Lest there be any5100 fornicator,4205 or2228 profane952 person, as Esau,2269 who3739 for one3391 morsel1035 of meat1035 sold591 his birthright.4415

17 For you know2467 how3754 that afterward,3347 when he would2309 have2192 inherited2816 the blessing,2129 he was rejected:593 for he found2147 no3756 place5117 of repentance,3341 though2539 he sought1567 it carefully1567 with tears.1144

18 For you are not come4334 to the mount3735 that might be touched,5584 and that burned2545 with fire,4442 nor2532 to blackness,1105 and darkness,4655 and tempest,2366

19 And the sound2279 of a trumpet,4536 and the voice5456 of words;4487 which3739 voice they that heard191 entreated3868 that the word3056 should not be spoken4369 to them any2089 more:4369

20 (For they could not endure5342 that which was commanded,1291 And if so much2579 as a beast2342 touch2345 the mountain,3735 it shall be stoned,3036 or2228 thrust2700 through2700 with a dart:1002

21 And so3779 terrible5398 was the sight,5324 that Moses3475 said,2036 I exceedingly1630 fear1630 1510 and quake:1790)

22 But you are come4334 to mount3735 Sion,4622 and to the city4172 of the living2198 God,2316 the heavenly2032 Jerusalem,2419 and to an innumerable3461 company3461 of angels,32

23 To the general3831 assembly3831 and church1577 of the firstborn,4416 which are written583 in heaven,3772 and to God2316 the Judge2923 of all,3956 and to the spirits4151 of just1342 men made5048 perfect,5048

24 And to Jesus2424 the mediator3316 of the new3501 covenant,1242 and to the blood129 of sprinkling,4473 that speaks2980 better2909 things than3844 that of Abel.6

25 See991 that you refuse3868 not him that speaks.2980 For if1487 they escaped5343 not who refused3868 him that spoke5537 on1909 earth,1093 much4183 more3123 shall not we escape,5343 if we turn654 away654 from him that speaks from heaven:3772

26 Whose3739 voice5456 then5119 shook4531 the earth:1093 but now3568 he has promised,1861 saying,3004 Yet2089 once530 more I shake4579 not the earth1093 only,3440 but also2532 heaven.3772

27 And this3588 word, Yet2089 once530 more, signifies1213 the removing3331 of those3588 things that are shaken,4531 as of things that are made,4160 that those3588 things which cannot3361 be shaken4531 may remain.3306

28 Why1352 we receiving3880 a kingdom932 which cannot761 be moved,761 let us have2192 grace,5485 whereby1223 3739 we may serve3000 God2316 acceptably2102 with reverence127 and godly fear:2124

29 For our God2316 is a consuming2654 fire.4442

11 凡責我者、我受時憂而不樂、稜經練習、則結善果、以致平康、

11 Now1161 no3956 3756 chastening3809 for the present3918 seems1380 to be joyous,5479 but grievous:3077 nevertheless1161 afterward5305 it yields591 the peaceable1516 fruit2590 of righteousness1343 to them which are exercised1128 thereby.1223 846

12 見有手足疲倦者、則爲之扶持、

13 端爾趨向、跛者不第足弗傷、而且疾克廖、

14 宜與衆相睦、惟務潔清、蓋不潔者不得謁主、

15 慎勿失上帝恩、恐有若惡草、根株滋長、妨爾浼衆、

15 Looking1983 diligently lest3361 any5100 man fail5302 of the grace5485 of God;2316 lest3361 any5100 root4491 of bitterness4088 springing5453 up trouble1776 you, and thereby1223 5026 many4183 be defiled;3392

16 恐有淫行妄爲者、如以掃緣一哺啜、鬻長子業、

16 Lest there be any5100 fornicator,4205 or2228 profane952 person, as Esau,2269 who3739 for one3391 morsel1035 of meat1035 sold591 his birthright.4415

17 後此欲得祝嘏、而反見棄、子雖號泣以求、父仍不回其志、是爾所知也、
