12 And2532 when they were assembled4863 with3326 the3588 elders,4245 and5037 had taken2983 counsel,4824 they gave1325 large2425 money694 unto the3588 soldiers,4757

13 saying,3004 Say2036 ye, His846 disciples3101 came2064 by night,3571 and stole2813 him846 away while we2257 slept.2837

14 And2532 if1437 this5124 come to the governor's ears,191 1909 2232 we2249 will persuade3982 him,846 and2532 secure4160 275 you.5209

15 So1161 they3588 took2983 the3588 money,694 and did4160 as5613 they were taught:1321 and2532 this3778 saying3056 is commonly reported1310 among3844 the Jews2453 until3360 this day.4594

16 Then1161 the3588 eleven1733 disciples3101 went away4198 into1519 Galilee,1056 into1519 a mountain3735 where3757 Jesus2424 had appointed5021 them.846

17 And2532 when they saw1492 him,846 they worshiped4352 him:846 but1161 some3588 doubted.1365

1 Прошла суббота. На рассвете первого дня новой недели Мария Магдалина и с нею другая Мария пришли осмотреть гробницу.

2 Вдруг случилось тогда сильное землетрясение, и с неба сошел ангел Господень. Подойдя к гробнице, отвалил он камень и сел на него.

3 Лик его был подобен молнии, а одежды — белы, как снег.

4 В ужасе от страха задрожали стражники и упали перед ним, как мертвые.

5 «А вы не бойтесь! — сказал ангел женщинам. — Я знаю, что вы ищете Иисуса распятого.

6 Его здесь нет — Он воскрес, как вам и говорил. Пойдите, сами осмотрите место, где Он лежал,

7 затем ступайте сразу к Его ученикам, скажите им: „Иисус воскрес из мертвых. Он будет в Галилее прежде вас. Там вы увидите Его!“ Запомните же, что я сказал вам».

8 Охваченные благоговейным трепетом и полные великой радости, покинули они гробницу и побежали, чтобы сообщить эту весть ученикам Христа.

9 Вдруг предстал пред ними Сам Иисус. «Радуйтесь!» — приветствовал Он их. Они устремились к Нему, и стали обнимать ноги Его, и поклонились Ему.

10 «Не бойтесь! — сказал Иисус. — Ступайте и братьям скажите Моим, чтобы шли они в Галилею! Там увидят Меня».

11 Пока женщины были в пути, несколько стражников вернулись в город и рассказали первосвященникам обо всем, что случилось.

12 Обсудив всё это со старейшинами, те дали воинам много денег

13 и наказали им: «Вы должны говорить, что ночью приходили ученики Его и что они, когда вы спали, выкрали тело Его.

14 А если об этом услышит прокуратор, уговорим мы [его], избавим от неприятностей вас».

15 Взяв деньги, те сделали так, как их научили: рассказ их стал широко известен. Хранится он в памяти иудеев и ныне.

16 Тем временем одиннадцать учеников отправились в Галилею и поднялись там на гору, куда им велел прийти Иисус.

17 Увидев Его, они с благоговейным трепетом пали ниц перед Ним, хотя некоторые и усомнились.

18 Иисус подошел и заговорил с ними. «Дана Мне вся власть на небе и на земле! — сказал Он. —

19 Идите же ко всем народам и сделайте всех Моими учениками. Крестите людей во имя Отца и Сына и Святого Духа,

20 учите их соблюдать всё, что Я повелел вам, и знайте, что с вами Я во все дни до конца этого мира».
