1 Если кто376 украдет1589 вола7794 или овцу7716 и заколет2873 или продаст,4376 то пять2568 волов1241 заплатит7999 за вола7794 и четыре702 овцы6629 за овцу.7716

2 If518 a thief1590 be found4672 breaking up,4290 and be smitten5221 that he die,4191 there shall no369 blood1818 be shed for him.

2 Если кто застанет4672 вора1590 подкапывающего4290 и ударит5221 его, так что он умрет,4191 то кровь1818 не вменится ему;
|
|
3 If518 the sun8121 be risen2224 upon5921 him, there shall be blood1818 shed for him; for he should make full restitution;7999 7999 if518 he have nothing,369 then he shall be sold4376 for his theft.1591
|
3 но если взошло2224 над ним солнце,8121 то вменится ему кровь.1818 Укравший должен7999 заплатить;7999 а если нечем, то пусть продадут4376 его для уплаты за украденное1591 им;

|
4 If518 the theft1591 be certainly found4672 4672 in his hand3027 alive,2416 whether it be ox,4480 7794 or5704 ass,2543 or5704 sheep;7716 he shall restore7999 double.8147
|
4 если украденное1591 найдется4672 у него в руках3027 живым,2416 вол7794 ли то, или осел,2543 или овца,7716 пусть заплатит7999 вдвое.8147

5 If3588 a man376 shall cause a field7704 or176 vineyard3754 to be eaten,1197 and shall put in7971 853 his beast,1165 and shall feed1197 in another man's312 field;7704 of the best4315 of his own field,7704 and of the best4315 of his own vineyard,3754 shall he make restitution.7999

5 Если кто376 потравит1197 поле,7704 или виноградник,3754 пустив7971 скот1165 свой травить1197 чужое312 поле,7704 пусть вознаградит7999 лучшим4315 из поля7704 своего и лучшим4315 из виноградника3754 своего.

6 If3588 fire784 break out,3318 and catch4672 in thorns,6975 so that the staches of corn,1430 or176 the standing corn,7054 or176 the field,7704 be consumed398 therewith; he that kindled1197 853 the fire1200 shall surely make restitution.7999 7999

6 Если появится3318 огонь784 и охватит4672 терн6975 и выжжет398 копны,1430 или жатву,7054 или поле,7704 то должен7999 заплатить,7999 кто произвел1197 сей пожар.1200

7 If3588 a man376 shall deliver5414 unto413 his neighbor7453 money3701 or176 stuff3627 to keep,8104 and it be stolen1589 out of the man's house;4480 1004 376 if518 the thief1590 be found,4672 let him pay7999 double.8147

7 Если кто376 отдаст5414 ближнему7453 на сохранение8104 серебро3701 или вещи,3627 и они украдены1589 будут1589 из дома1004 его,376 то, если найдется4672 вор,1590 пусть он заплатит7999 вдвое;8147

8 If518 the thief1590 be not3808 found,4672 then the master1167 of the house1004 shall be brought7126 unto413 the judges,430 to see whether518 3808 he have put7971 his hand3027 unto his neighbor's7453 goods.4399

8 а если не3808 найдется4672 вор,1590 пусть хозяин1167 дома1004 придет7126 пред судей430 и поклянется, что не простер7971 руки3027 своей на собственность4399 ближнего7453 своего.

9 For5921 all3605 manner1697 of trespass,6588 whether it be for5921 ox,7794 for5921 ass,2543 for5921 sheep,7716 for5921 raiment,8008 or for5921 any manner3605 of lost thing,9 which834 another challengeth559 to be his,3588 1931 2088 the cause1697 of both parties8147 shall come935 before5704 the judges;430 and whom834 the judges430 shall condemn,7561 he shall pay7999 double8147 unto his neighbor.7453

9 О всякой вещи1697 спорной,6588 о воле,7794 об осле,2543 об овце,7716 об одежде,8008 о всякой вещи9 потерянной,9 о которой кто-нибудь скажет,559 что она его, дело1697 обоих8147 должно быть935 доведено935 до судей:430 кого обвинят7561 судьи,430 тот заплатит7999 ближнему7453 своему вдвое.8147

10 If3588 a man376 deliver5414 unto413 his neighbor7453 an ass,2543 or176 an ox,7794 or176 a sheep,7716 or any3605 beast,929 to keep;8104 and it die,4191 or176 be hurt,7665 or176 driven away,7617 no man369 seeing7200 it:
|
10 Если кто376 отдаст5414 ближнему7453 своему осла,2543 или вола,7794 или овцу,7716 или какой другой скот929 на сбережение,8104 а он умрет,4191 или будет7665 поврежден,7665 или уведен,7617 так что никто сего не увидит,7200 —

11 Then shall an oath7621 of the LORD3068 be1961 between996 them both,8147 that518 he hath not3808 put7971 his hand3027 unto his neighbor's7453 goods;4399 and the owner1167 of it shall accept3947 thereof, and he shall not3808 make it good.7999
|
11 клятва7621 пред Господом3068 да будет между обоими8147 в том, что взявший не простер7971 руки3027 своей на собственность4399 ближнего7453 своего; и хозяин1167 должен принять,3947 а тот не будет7999 платить;7999
|
|
12 And if518 it be stolen1589 1589 from4480 5973 him, he shall make restitution7999 unto the owner1167 thereof.
|
12 а если украден1589 будет1589 у него, то должен заплатить7999 хозяину1167 его;
|
|
13 If518 it be torn in pieces,2963 2963 then let him bring935 it for witness,5707 and he shall not3808 make good7999 that which was torn.2966
|
13 если же будет2963 зверем растерзан,2963 то пусть в доказательство5707 представит935 растерзанное: за растерзанное2966 он не платит.7999
|
|
14 And if3588 a man376 borrow7592 aught of4480 5973 his neighbor,7453 and it be hurt,7665 or176 die,4191 the owner1167 thereof being not369 with5973 it, he shall surely make it good.7999 7999
|
14 Если кто376 займет7592 у ближнего7453 своего скот, и он будет7665 поврежден,7665 или умрет,4191 а хозяина1167 его не было при5973 нем, то должен7999 заплатить;7999
|
|
15 But if518 the owner1167 thereof be with5973 it, he shall not3808 make it good:7999 if518 it1931 be a hired7916 thing, it came935 for his hire.7939
|
15 если же хозяин1167 его был при нем, то не должен платить;7999 если он взят7916 был7916 в наймы за деньги, то пусть и пойдет935 за ту цену.7939
|
|
16 And if3588 a man376 entice6601 a maid1330 that834 is not3808 betrothed,781 and lie7901 with5973 her, he shall surely endow4117 4117 her to be his wife.802
|
16 Если обольстит6601 кто376 девицу1330 необрученную781 и переспит7901 с нею, пусть даст4117 ей вено4117 и возьмет ее себе в жену;802
|
|
17 If518 her father1 utterly refuse3985 3985 to give5414 her unto him, he shall pay8254 money3701 according to the dowry4119 of virgins.1330
|
17 а если отец1 не согласится3985 выдать5414 ее за него, пусть заплатит8254 столько серебра,3701 сколько полагается на вено4119 девицам.1330
|
|
18 Thou shalt not3808 suffer a witch to live.2421 3784
|
18 Ворожеи3784 не оставляй2421 в живых.2421
|
|
19 Whosoever3605 lieth7901 with5973 a beast929 shall surely be put to death.4191 4191

19 Всякий скотоложник7901929 да будет4191 предан4191 смерти.4191

|
20 He that sacrificeth2076 unto any god,430 save1115 unto the LORD3068 only,905 he shall be utterly destroyed.2763
|
20 Приносящий2076 жертву2076 богам,430 кроме1115 одного Господа,3068 да будет2763 истреблен.2763
|
|
21 Thou shalt neither3808 vex3238 a stranger,1616 nor3808 oppress3905 him: for3588 ye were1961 strangers1616 in the land776 of Egypt.4714
|
21 Пришельца1616 не притесняй3238 и не угнетай3905 его, ибо вы сами были пришельцами1616 в земле776 Египетской.4714
|
|
22 Ye shall not3808 afflict6031 any3605 widow,490 or fatherless child.3490
|
22 Ни вдовы,490 ни сироты3490 не притесняйте;6031
|
|
23 If518 thou afflict them in any wise,6031 6031 853 and3588 they cry at all6817 6817 unto413 me, I will surely hear8085 8085 their cry;6818
|
23 если518 же ты притеснишь6031 их, то, когда они возопиют6817 ко Мне, Я услышу8085 вопль6818 их,
|
|
24 And my wrath639 shall wax hot,2734 and I will kill2026 you with the sword;2719 and your wives802 shall be1961 widows,490 and your children1121 fatherless.3490
|
24 и воспламенится2734 гнев639 Мой, и убью2026 вас мечом,2719 и будут жены802 ваши вдовами490 и дети1121 ваши сиротами.3490
|
|
25 If518 thou lend3867 money3701 to any of853 my people5971 that is853 poor6041 by5973 thee, thou shalt not3808 be1961 to him as a usurer,5383 neither3808 shalt thou lay7760 upon5921 him usury.5392
|
25 Если дашь3867 деньги3701 взаймы3867 бедному6041 из народа5971 Моего, то не притесняй5383 его и не налагай7760 на него роста.5392
|
|
26 If518 thou at all take thy neighbor's raiment to pledge,2254 2254 7453 8008 thou shalt deliver7725 it unto him by that5704 the sun8121 goeth down: 935
|
26 Если возьмешь2254 в залог2254 одежду8008 ближнего7453 твоего, — до5704 захождения935 солнца8121 возврати7725 ее,

|
27 For3588 that1931 is his covering3682 only,905 it1931 is his raiment8071 for his skin:5785 wherein4100 shall he sleep?7901 and it shall come to pass,1961 when3588 he crieth6817 unto413 me, that I will hear;8085 for3588 I589 am gracious.2587

27 ибо она есть единственный покров3682 у него; она одеяние8071 тела5785 его: в чем будет7901 он спать?7901 итак, когда он возопиет6817 ко Мне, Я услышу,8085 ибо Я милосерд.2587
|
|
28 Thou shalt not3808 revile7043 the gods,430 nor3808 curse779 the ruler5387 of thy people.5971
|
28 Судей430 не злословь7043 и начальника5387 в народе5971 твоем не поноси.779
|
|
29 Thou shalt not3808 delay309 to offer the first of thy ripe fruits,4395 and of thy liquors:1831 the firstborn1060 of thy sons1121 shalt thou give5414 unto me.
|
29 Не медли309 приносить Мне начатки от гумна4395 твоего и от точила1831 твоего; отдавай5414 Мне первенца1060 из сынов1121 твоих;
|
|
30 Likewise3651 shalt thou do6213 with thine oxen,7794 and with thy sheep:6629 seven7651 days3117 it shall be1961 with5973 his dam;517 on the eighth8066 day3117 thou shalt give5414 it me.
|
30 то3651 же3651 делай6213 с волом7794 твоим и с овцою6629 твоею. Семь7651 дней3117 пусть они будут при матери517 своей, а в восьмой8066 день3117 отдавай5414 их Мне.

|
31 And ye shall be1961 holy6944 men376 unto me: neither3808 shall ye eat398 any flesh1320 that is torn of beasts2966 in the field;7704 ye shall cast7993 it to the dogs.3611
|
31 И будете у Меня людьми582 святыми;6944 и мяса,1320 растерзанного2966 зверем2966 в поле,7704 не ешьте,398 псам3611 бросайте7993 его.
