2 For3588 the LORD3068 most high5945 is terrible;3372 he is a great1419 King4428 over5921 all3605 the earth.776

3 He shall subdue1696 the people5971 under8478 us, and the nations3816 under8478 our feet.7272

4 He shall choose977 853 our inheritance5159 for us,853 the excellency1347 of Jacob3290 whom834 he loved.157 Selah.5542

1 Песнь Псалом сыновей Корея

2 Велик ГОСПОДЬ, и велика хвала Ему в граде Бога нашего! Гора Его святая —

3 радость всей земли — во всей красе своей возвышается. Гора Сион, вершина Цафона, — это город Царя великого.

4 Во дворцах града сего Бога знают как прибежище свое.

5 Когда цари силы свои объединили, когда вместе в наступление пошли,

6 при подходе к городу они поражены были видом его, в смятение пришли и в бегство обратились.

7 Там охватил их ужас, в муках они метались, словно женщина в родах,

8 словно корабли таршишские, восточным ветром разбиваемые.

9 То, о чем мы лишь слышали, увидеть нам довелось во граде ГОСПОДА Воинств, во граде Бога нашего. Бог даст стоять ему вовеки в безопасности.
