1 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 to Moses4872 in the plains6160 of Moab4124 by Jordan3383 near Jericho,3405 saying,559

1 И сказал1696 Господь3068 Моисею4872 на равнинах6160 Моавитских4124 у Иордана3383 против Иерихона,3405 говоря:559

2 Command6680 the children1121 of Israel,3478 that they give5414 to the Levites3881 of the inheritance5159 of their possession272 cities5892 to dwell3427 in; and you shall give5414 also to the Levites3881 suburbs4054 for the cities5892 round5439 about them.

2 повели6680 сынам1121 Израилевым,3478 чтоб они из уделов5159 владения272 своего дали5414 левитам3881 города5892 для жительства,3427 и поля4054 при городах5892 со5439 всех5439 сторон5439 дайте5414 левитам:3881

3 And the cities5892 shall they have1961 to dwell3427 in; and the suburbs4054 of them shall be for their cattle,929 and for their goods,7399 and for all3605 their beasts.2416
|
3 города5892 будут3427 им для жительства,3427 а поля4054 будут для скота929 их и для имения7399 их и для всех житейских2416 потребностей2416 их;

|
4 And the suburbs4054 of the cities,5892 which834 you shall give5414 to the Levites,3881 shall reach from the wall7023 of the city5892 and outward2435 a thousand505 cubits520 round5439 about.

4 поля4054 при городах,5892 которые вы должны дать5414 левитам,3881 от стены7023 города5892 должны простираться2351 на две тысячи505 локтей,520 во5439 все5439 стороны;5439

5 And you shall measure4058 from without2351 the city5892 on5921 the east6924 side6285 two thousand505 cubits,520 and on5921 the south5045 side6285 two thousand505 cubits,520 and on5921 the west3220 side6285 two thousand505 cubits,520 and on5921 the north6828 side6285 two thousand505 cubits;520 and the city5892 shall be in the middle:8432 this2088 shall be to them the suburbs4054 of the cities.5892

5 и отмерьте4058 за2351 городом5892 к восточной6924 стороне6285 две тысячи505 локтей,520 и к южной5045 стороне6285 две тысячи505 локтей,520 и к западу3220 две тысячи505 локтей,520 и к северной6828 стороне6285 две тысячи505 локтей,520 а посредине8432 город:5892 таковы будут у них поля4054 при городах.5892

6 And among854 the cities5892 which you shall give5414 to the Levites3881 there shall be six8337 cities5892 for refuge,4733 which834 you shall appoint5414 for the manslayer,7523 that he may flee5127 thither:8033 and to them you shall add5414 forty705 and two8147 cities.5892

7 So all3605 the cities5892 which834 you shall give5414 to the Levites3881 shall be forty705 and eight8083 cities:5892 them shall you give with their suburbs.4054

8 And the cities5892 which834 you shall give5414 shall be of the possession272 of the children1121 of Israel:3478 from them that have many7227 you shall give many;7235 but from them that have few4592 you shall give few:4591 every376 one376 shall give5414 of his cities5892 to the Levites3881 according6310 to his inheritance5159 which834 he inherits.5157

8 И когда будете5414 давать5414 города5892 из владения272 сынов1121 Израилевых,3478 тогда из большего7227 дайте7235 более,7235 из меньшего4592 менее;4591 каждое376 колено, смотря по6310 уделу,5159 какой получит,5157 должно5414 дать5414 из городов5892 своих левитам.3881

9 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 to Moses,4872 saying,559

9 И сказал1696 Господь3068 Моисею,4872 говоря:559

|
10 Speak1696 to the children1121 of Israel,3478 and say559 to them, When3588 you be come5674 over5674 Jordan3383 into the land776 of Canaan;3667
|
10 объяви1696 сынам1121 Израилевым3478 и скажи559 им: когда вы перейдете5674 чрез5674 Иордан3383 в землю776 Ханаанскую,3667
|
|
11 Then you shall appoint7136 you cities5892 to be cities5892 of refuge4733 for you; that the slayer7523 may flee5127 thither,8033 which kills5221 any person5315 at unawares.7684
|
11 выберите7136 себе города,5892 которые были бы у вас городами5892 для убежища,4733 куда мог5127 бы убежать5127 убийца,7523 убивший5221 человека5315 неумышленно;7684
|
|
12 And they shall be to you cities5892 for refuge4733 from the avenger;1350 that the manslayer7523 die4191 not, until5704 he stand5975 before6440 the congregation5712 in judgment.4941
|
12 и будут у вас города5892 сии убежищем4733 от мстителя,1350 чтобы не был4191 умерщвлен4191 убивший,7523 прежде нежели он предстанет5975 пред3942 общество5712 на суд.4941
|
|
13 And of these cities5892 which834 you shall give5414 six8337 cities5892 shall you have1961 for refuge.4733
|
13 Городов5892 же, которые должны вы дать,5414 городов5892 для убежища,4733 должно быть у вас шесть:8337
|
|
14 You shall give5414 three7969 cities5892 on5921 this side5676 Jordan,3383 and three7969 cities5892 shall you give5414 in the land776 of Canaan,3667 which shall be cities5892 of refuge.4733
|
14 три7969 города5892 дайте5414 по эту сторону5676 Иордана3383 и три7969 города5892 дайте5414 в земле776 Ханаанской;3667 городами5892 убежища4733 должны быть они;

|
15 These428 six8337 cities5892 shall be a refuge,4733 both for the children1121 of Israel,3478 and for the stranger,1616 and for the sojourner8453 among8432 them: that every3605 one that kills5221 any person5315 unawares7684 may flee5127 thither.8033
|
15 для сынов1121 Израилевых3478 и для пришельца1616 и для поселенца8453 между8432 вами будут сии шесть8337 городов5892 убежищем,4733 чтобы убегать5127 туда всякому, убившему5221 человека5315 неумышленно.7684
|
|
16 And if518 he smite5221 him with an instrument3627 of iron,1270 so that he die,4191 he is a murderer:7523 the murderer7523 shall surely be put to death.4191
|
16 Если кто ударит5221 кого железным1270 орудием3627 так, что тот умрет,4191 то он убийца:7523 убийцу7523 должно4191 предать4191 смерти;4191
|
|
17 And if518 he smite5221 him with throwing3027 a stone,68 with which834 he may die,4191 and he die,4191 he is a murderer:7523 the murderer7523 shall surely be put to death.4191
|
17 и если кто ударит5221 кого из руки3027 камнем,68 от которого можно4191 умереть,4191 так что тот умрет,4191 то он убийца:7523 убийцу7523 должно4191 предать4191 смерти;4191
|
|
18 Or176 if518 he smite5221 him with an hand3027 weapon3627 of wood,6086 with which834 he may die,4191 and he die,4191 he is a murderer:7523 the murderer7523 shall surely be put to death.4191
|
18 или если деревянным6086 орудием,3627 от которого можно4191 умереть,4191 ударит5221 из руки3027 так, что тот умрет,4191 то он убийца:7523 убийцу7523 должно4191 предать4191 смерти;4191
|
|
19 The revenger1350 of blood1818 himself1931 shall slay4191 the murderer:7523 when he meets6293 him, he shall slay4191 him.
|
19 мститель1350 за кровь1818 сам может умертвить4191 убийцу:7523 лишь только встретит6293 его, сам1931 может4191 умертвить4191 его;
|
|
20 But if518 he thrust1920 him of hatred,8135 or176 hurl7993 at him by laying of wait,6660 that he die;4191
|
20 если кто толкнет1920 кого по ненависти,8135 или с умыслом6660 бросит7993 на него что-нибудь так, что тот умрет,4191
|
|
21 Or176 in enmity342 smite5221 him with his hand,3027 that he die:4191 he that smote5221 him shall surely be put to death;4191 for he is a murderer:7523 the revenger1350 of blood1818 shall slay4191 the murderer,7523 when he meets6293 him.
|
21 или по вражде342 ударит5221 его рукою3027 так, что тот умрет,4191 то ударившего5221 должно4191 предать4191 смерти:4191 он убийца;7523 мститель1350 за кровь1818 может4191 умертвить4191 убийцу,7523 лишь только встретит6293 его.
|
|
22 But if518 he thrust1920 him suddenly6621 without3808 enmity, or176 have cast7993 on him any3605 thing3627 without3808 laying of wait,6660
|
22 Если же он толкнет1920 его нечаянно,6621 без3808 вражды,342 или бросит7993 на него что-нибудь3627 без6660 умысла,6660
|
|
23 Or176 with any3605 stone,68 with which834 a man may die,4191 seeing7200 him not, and cast5307 it on him, that he die,4191 and was not his enemy,341 neither3808 sought1245 his harm:7451
|
23 или какой-нибудь камень,68 от которого можно4191 умереть,4191 не3808 видя7200 уронит5307 на него так, что тот умрет,4191 но он не был341 врагом341 его и не желал1245 ему зла,7451
|
|
24 Then the congregation5712 shall judge8199 between996 the slayer5221 and the revenger1350 of blood1818 according5921 to these428 judgments:4941
|
24 то общество5712 должно рассудить8199 между убийцею5221 и мстителем1350 за кровь1818 по сим постановлениям;4941
|
|
25 And the congregation5712 shall deliver5337 the slayer7523 out of the hand3027 of the revenger1350 of blood,1818 and the congregation5712 shall restore7725 him to the city5892 of his refuge,4733 where834 8033 he was fled:5127 and he shall abide3427 in it to the death4194 of the high1419 priest,3548 which834 was anointed4886 with the holy6944 oil.8081

25 и должно5337 общество5712 спасти5337 убийцу7523 от руки3027 мстителя1350 за кровь,1818 и должно7725 возвратить7725 его общество5712 в город5892 убежища4733 его, куда он убежал,5127 чтоб он жил3427 там до смерти4194 великого1419 священника,3548 который помазан4886 священным6944 елеем;8081

26 But if518 the slayer7523 shall at any time come3318 without the border1366 of the city5892 of his refuge,4733 where834 8033 he was fled;5127
|
26 если же убийца7523 выйдет3318 за предел1366 города5892 убежища,4733 в который он убежал,5127
|
|
27 And the revenger1350 of blood1818 find4672 him without2351 the borders1366 of the city5892 of his refuge,4733 and the revenger1350 of blood1818 kill7523 the slayer;7523 he shall not be guilty of blood:1818
|
27 и найдет4672 его мститель1350 за кровь1818 вне2351 пределов1366 города5892 убежища4733 его, и убьет7523 убийцу7523 сего мститель1350 за кровь,1818 то не будет на нем вины кровопролития,1818
|
|
28 Because3588 he should have remained3427 in the city5892 of his refuge4733 until5704 the death4194 of the high1419 priest:3548 but after310 the death4194 of the high1419 priest3548 the slayer7523 shall return7725 into413 the land776 of his possession.272
|
28 ибо тот должен3427 был3427 жить3427 в городе5892 убежища4733 своего до смерти4194 великого1419 священника,3548 а по310 смерти4194 великого1419 священника3548 должен7725 был7725 возвратиться7725 убийца7523 в землю776 владения272 своего.
|
|
29 So these428 things shall be for a statute2708 of judgment4941 to you throughout your generations1755 in all3605 your dwellings.4186
|
29 Да будет это у вас постановлением2708 законным4941 в роды1755 ваши, во всех жилищах4186 ваших.
|
|
30 Whoever3605 kills5221 any person,5315 the murderer7523 shall be put to death7523 by the mouth6310 of witnesses:5707 but one259 witness5707 shall not testify6030 against any person5315 to cause him to die.4191
|
30 Если кто убьет5221 человека,5315 то убийцу7523 должно7523 убить7523 по словам6310 свидетелей;5707 но одного259 свидетеля5707 недостаточно,6030 чтобы осудить на смерть.4191
|
|
31 Moreover you shall take3947 no3808 satisfaction3724 for the life5315 of a murderer,7523 which834 is guilty7563 of death:4191 but he shall be surely put to death.4191
|
31 И не берите3947 выкупа3724 за душу5315 убийцы,7523 который повинен7563 смерти,4191 но его должно4191 предать4191 смерти;4191
|
|
32 And you shall take3947 no3808 satisfaction3724 for him that is fled5127 to the city5892 of his refuge,4733 that he should come7725 again7725 to dwell3427 in the land,776 until5704 the death4194 of the priest.3548
|
32 и не берите3947 выкупа3724 за убежавшего5127 в город5892 убежища,4733 чтоб ему позволить жить77253427 в земле776 своей прежде смерти4194 великого священника.3548
|
|
33 So you shall not pollute2610 the land776 wherein834 you are: for blood1818 it defiles2610 the land:776 and the land776 cannot3308 be cleansed3722 of the blood1818 that is shed8210 therein, but by the blood1818 of him that shed8210 it.
|
33 Не оскверняйте2610 земли,776 на которой вы будете жить; ибо кровь1818 оскверняет2610 землю,776 и земля776 не иначе очищается3722 от пролитой8210 на ней крови,1818 как кровью1818 пролившего8210 ее.
|
|
34 Defile2930 not therefore the land776 which834 you shall inhabit,3427 wherein834 8432 I dwell:7931 for I the LORD3068 dwell7931 among8432 the children1121 of Israel.3478
|
34 Не должно осквернять2930 землю,776 на которой вы живете,3427 среди8432 которой обитаю7931 Я; ибо Я Господь3068 обитаю7931 среди8432 сынов1121 Израилевых.3478
