2 And they rose up6965 before6440 Moses,4872 with certain376 of the children4480 1121 of Israel,3478 two hundred3967 and fifty2572 princes5387 of the assembly,5712 famous7148 in the congregation,4150 men376 of renown: 8034

3 Und sie6951 versammelten sich6950 wider Mose4872 und Aaron175 und sprachen559 zu ihnen5712: Ihr macht‘s zu viel7227! Denn die ganze Gemeine ist5375 überall heilig6918, und der HErr3068 ist unter8432 ihnen; warum erhebet ihr euch über die Gemeine des HErrn3068?

3 And they gathered themselves together6950 against5921 Moses4872 and against5921 Aaron,175 and said559 unto413 them, Ye take too much7227 upon you, seeing3588 all3605 the congregation5712 are holy,6918 every one3605 of them, and the LORD3068 is among8432 them: wherefore4069 then lift ye up yourselves5375 above5921 the congregation6951 of the LORD?3068

4 And when Moses4872 heard8085 it, he fell5307 upon5921 his face: 6440

5 und559 sprach1696 zu Korah7141 und zu seiner ganzen5712 Rotte: Morgen1242 wird3045 der HErr3068 kundtun, wer sein sei, wer heilig6918 sei und ihm opfern7126 soll; welchen er7126 erwählet, der soll ihm opfern.

5 And he spoke1696 unto413 Korah7141 and unto413 all3605 his company,5712 saying,559 Even tomorrow1242 the LORD3068 will show3045 853 who834 are his, and who is holy;6918 and will cause him to come near7126 unto413 him: even him whom834 he hath chosen977 will he cause to come near7126 unto413 him.

7 und5414 leget Feuer784 drein und376 tut7760 Räuchwerk7004 drauf vor6440 dem HErrn3068 morgen4279. Welchen der HErr3068 erwählet, der sei heilig6918. Ihr977 macht‘s zuviel, ihr Kinder1121 Levis3878!
|
7 And put5414 fire784 therein, and put7760 incense7004 in5921 them before6440 the LORD3068 tomorrow:4279 and it shall be1961 that the man376 whom834 the LORD3068 doth choose,977 he1931 shall be holy:6918 ye take too much7227 upon you, ye sons1121 of Levi.3878

8 Und Mose4872 sprach559 zu8085 Korah7141: Lieber, höret doch, ihr Kinder1121 Levis3878!

8 And Moses4872 said559 unto413 Korah,7141 Hear,8085 I pray you,4994 ye sons1121 of Levi: 3878

9 Ist‘s euch zu wenig4592, daß euch der GOtt430 Israels3478 ausgesondert hat914 von der Gemeine Israel3478, daß ihr ihm opfern7126 sollet, daß ihr dienet im Amt5656 der Wohnung4908 des HErrn3068 und vor6440 die Gemeine tretet5975, ihr zu dienen5647?

9 Seemeth it but a small thing4592 unto4480 you, that3588 the God430 of Israel3478 hath separated914 you from the congregation4480 5712 of Israel,3478 to bring you near7126 853 to413 himself to do5647 853 the service5656 of the tabernacle4908 of the LORD,3068 and to stand5975 before6440 the congregation5712 to minister8334 unto them?

10 Er7126 hat1245 dich und alle deine Brüder251, die Kinder1121 Levis3878, samt dir zu sich genommen; und ihr suchet nun auch das Priestertum3550.

10 And he hath brought thee near7126 853 to him, and all3605 thy brethren251 the sons1121 of Levi3878 with854 thee: and seek1245 ye the priesthood3550 also?1571

11 Du und deine ganze Rotte5712 machet einen Aufruhr3259 wider den HErrn3068. Was ist Aaron175, daß ihr wider ihn murret?
|
11 For which cause3651 both thou859 and all3605 thy company5712 are gathered together3259 against5921 the LORD:3068 and what4100 is Aaron,175 that3588 ye murmur3885 against5921 him?
|
|
12 Und Mose4872 schickte hin und ließ7971 Dathan1885 und Abiram48 rufen, die Söhne1121 Eliabs446. Sie7121 aber sprachen559: Wir kommen nicht hinauf5927.
|
12 And Moses4872 sent7971 to call7121 Dathan1885 and Abiram,48 the sons1121 of Eliab:446 which said,559 We will not3808 come up: 5927
|
|
13 Ist‘s zu wenig4592, daß3588 du uns aus dem Lande776 geführet hast5927, da Milch2461 und Honig1706 innen fleußt, daß du uns tötest4191 in der Wüste4057? Du mußt auch noch8323 über uns herrschen8323?
|
13 Is it a small thing4592 that3588 thou hast brought us up5927 out of a land4480 776 that floweth2100 with milk2461 and honey,1706 to kill4191 us in the wilderness,4057 except3588 thou make thyself altogether a prince8323 8323 1571 over5921 us?

|
14 Wie fein hast du uns gebracht935 in ein Land776, da Milch2461 und Honig1706 innen fleußt, und hast uns Acker7704 und Weinberge3754 zu Erbteil5159 gegeben5414! Willst du den Leuten582 auch637 die Augen5869 ausreißen5365? Wir kommen nicht hinauf5927.

14 Moreover637 thou hast not3808 brought935 us into413 a land776 that floweth2100 with milk2461 and honey,1706 or given5414 us inheritance5159 of fields7704 and vineyards:3754 wilt thou put out5365 the eyes5869 of these1992 men?376 we will not3808 come up.5927

15 Da ergrimmete Mose4872 sehr3966 und sprach559 zu dem259 HErrn3068: Wende6437 dich2734 nicht zu ihrem Speisopfer4503! Ich habe5375, nicht einen259 Esel2543 von ihnen genommen und habe ihrer keinem nie kein Leid getan7489.

15 And Moses4872 was very wroth,2734 3966 and said559 unto413 the LORD,3068 Respect6437 413 not408 thou their offering:4503 I have not3808 taken5375 one259 ass2543 from4480 them, neither3808 have I hurt7489 853 one259 of4480 them.

16 Und4872 er sprach559 zu Korah7141: Du und deine ganze Rotte5712 sollt morgen4279 vor6440 dem HErrn3068 sein; du, sie auch und Aaron175.
|
16 And Moses4872 said559 unto413 Korah,7141 Be1961 thou859 and all3605 thy company5712 before6440 the LORD,3068 thou,859 and they,1992 and Aaron,175 tomorrow: 4279

17 Und5414 ein376 jeglicher nehme3947 seine Pfanne4289 und175 lege Räuchwerk7004 drauf, und tretet herzu7126 vor6440 den HErrn3068, ein jeglicher mit seiner Pfanne4289, das sind zweihundertundfünfzig3967 Pfannen4289.

17 And take3947 every man376 his censer,4289 and put5414 incense7004 in5921 them, and bring7126 ye before6440 the LORD3068 every man376 his censer,4289 two hundred3967 and fifty2572 censers;4289 thou859 also, and Aaron,175 each376 of you his censer.4289

18 Und ein376 jeglicher nahm3947 seine Pfanne4289 und legte5414 Feuer784 drein und tat7760 Räuchwerk7004 drauf und traten5975 vor die Tür6607 der Hütte168 des Stifts4150, und Mose4872 und Aaron175 auch.

18 And they took3947 every man376 his censer,4289 and put5414 fire784 in413 them, and laid7760 incense7004 thereon,413 and stood5975 in the door6607 of the tabernacle168 of the congregation4150 with Moses4872 and Aaron.175
|
|
19 Und Korah7141 versammelte6950 wider sie die ganze Gemeine vor die Tür6607 der Hütte168 des Stifts4150. Aber die Herrlichkeit3519 des HErrn3068 erschien7200 vor der ganzen5712 Gemeine.
|
19 And Korah7141 gathered6950 853 all3605 the congregation5712 against5921 them unto413 the door6607 of the tabernacle168 of the congregation:4150 and the glory3519 of the LORD3068 appeared7200 unto413 all3605 the congregation.5712

20 Und der HErr3068 redete1696 mit Mose4872 und Aaron175 und sprach559:

20 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 unto413 Moses4872 and unto413 Aaron,175 saying,559
|
|
21 Scheidet euch914 von8432 dieser Gemeine, daß ich sie plötzlich7281 vertilge3615!
|
21 Separate yourselves914 from among4480 8432 this2063 congregation,5712 that I may consume3615 them in a moment.7281
|
|
22 Sie fielen5307 aber auf6440 ihr Angesicht und sprachen559: Ach GOtt410, der du bist ein259 GOtt430 der Geister7307 alles Fleisches1320, ob ein Mann376 gesündiget hat2398, willst du darum über die ganze Gemeine wüten7107?
|
22 And they fell5307 upon5921 their faces,6440 and said,559 O God,410 the God430 of the spirits7307 of all3605 flesh,1320 shall one259 man376 sin,2398 and wilt thou be wroth7107 with5921 all3605 the congregation?5712

|
23 Und der HErr3068 redete1696 mit Mose4872 und sprach559:

23 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 unto413 Moses,4872 saying,559
|
|
24 Sage559 der Gemeine und sprich1696: Weichet ringsherum von5439 der Wohnung4908 Korahs7141 und Dathans1885 und Abirams48!
|
24 Speak1696 unto413 the congregation,5712 saying,559 Get you up5927 from about4480 5439 the tabernacle4908 of Korah,7141 Dathan,1885 and Abiram.48
|
|
25 Und Mose4872 stund auf6965 und ging3212 zu Dathan1885 und Abiram48, und die Ältesten2205 Israels3478 folgten3212 ihm nach310.
|
25 And Moses4872 rose up6965 and went1980 unto413 Dathan1885 and Abiram;48 and the elders2205 of Israel3478 followed1980 310 him.
|
|
26 Und redete1696 mit der Gemeine und sprach559: Weichet von den Hütten168 dieser gottlosen7563 Menschen582 und rühret nichts an, was ihr ist5493, daß ihr nicht vielleicht umkommet in irgend ihrer Sünden2403 einer.
|
26 And he spoke1696 unto413 the congregation,5712 saying,559 Depart,5493 I pray you,4994 from4480 5921 the tents168 of these428 wicked7563 men,376 and touch5060 nothing408 3605 of theirs, lest6435 ye be consumed5595 in all3605 their sins.2403
|
|
27 Und sie gingen herauf5927 von5439 der Wohnung4908 Korahs7141, Dathans1885 und Abirams48. Dathan1885 aber und Abiram48 gingen heraus3318, traten5324 an die Tür6607 ihrer Hütten168 mit ihren Weibern802 und Söhnen1121 und Kindern2945.

27 So they got up5927 from4480 5921 the tabernacle4908 of Korah,7141 Dathan,1885 and Abiram,48 on every side:4480 5439 and Dathan1885 and Abiram48 came out,3318 and stood5324 in the door6607 of their tents,168 and their wives,802 and their sons,1121 and their little children.2945

28 Und6213 Mose4872 sprach559: Dabei sollt ihr merken3045, daß mich der HErr3068 gesandt7971 hat, daß ich alle diese Werke4639 täte, und nicht aus meinem Herzen3820:

28 And Moses4872 said,559 Hereby2063 ye shall know3045 that3588 the LORD3068 hath sent7971 me to do6213 853 all3605 these428 works;4639 for3588 I have not3808 done them of mine own mind.4480 3820
|
|
29 Werden6486 sie sterben4191, wie alle Menschen120 sterben4194, oder heimgesucht6485, wie alle Menschen120 heimgesucht werden, so hat mich der HErr3068 nicht gesandt7971.
|
29 If518 these428 men die4191 the common death4194 of all3605 men,120 or if they be visited6485 after5921 the visitation6486 of all3605 men;120 then the LORD3068 hath not3808 sent7971 me.
|
|
30 Wird aber der HErr3068 etwas Neues1278 schaffen1254, daß die Erde127 ihren Mund6310 auftut6475 und verschlinget sie mit allem, das sie haben5006, daß sie lebendig2416 hinunter in die Hölle7585 fahren3381, so werdet ihr erkennen3045, daß diese Leute582 den HErrn3068 gelästert haben.

30 But if518 the LORD3068 make1254 a new thing,1278 and the earth127 open6475 853 her mouth,6310 and swallow them up,1104 853 with all3605 that834 appertain unto them, and they go down3381 quick2416 into the pit;7585 then ye shall understand3045 that3588 these428 men376 have provoked5006 853 the LORD.3068

31 Und als er diese Worte1696 alle hatte3615 ausgeredet, zerriß1234 die Erde127 unter ihnen1697;

31 And it came to pass,1961 as he had made an end3615 of speaking1696 853 all3605 these428 words,1697 that the ground127 cleaved asunder1234 that834 was under8478 them:
|
|
32 und776 tat6605 ihren Mund6310 auf und verschlang1104 sie mit ihren Häusern1004, mit allen Menschen120, die bei Korah7141 waren, und mit aller ihrer Habe7399.
|
32 And the earth776 opened6605 853 her mouth,6310 and swallowed them up,1104 853 and their houses,1004 and all3605 the men120 that834 appertained unto Korah,7141 and all3605 their goods.7399
|
|
33 Und fuhren hinunter3381 lebendig2416 in8432 die Hölle7585 mit allem, das sie6951 hatten, und die Erde776 deckte3680 sie zu, und kamen um6 aus der Gemeine.
|
33 They,1992 and all3605 that834 appertained to them, went down3381 alive2416 into the pit,7585 and the earth776 closed3680 upon5921 them: and they perished6 from among4480 8432 the congregation.6951
|
|
34 Und ganz Israel3478, das um sie her5439 war, floh5127 vor ihrem Geschrei6963; denn sie sprachen559: Daß uns die Erde776 nicht auch verschlinge1104!
|
34 And all3605 Israel3478 that834 were round about5439 them fled5127 at the cry6963 of them: for3588 they said,559 Lest6435 the earth776 swallow us up1104 also.
|
|
35 Dazu fuhr das Feuer784 aus3318 von dem HErrn3068 und376 fraß398 die zweihundertundfünfzig3967 Männer, die das Räuchwerk7004 opferten7126.
|
35 And there came out3318 a fire784 from4480 854 the LORD,3068 and consumed398 the853 two hundred3967 and fifty2572 men376 that offered7126 incense.7004
