1 Danach gingen935 Mose4872 und559 Aaron175 hinein und sprachen559 zu Pharao6547: So sagt der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Israels3478: Laß mein Volk5971 ziehen7971, daß mir310‘s ein Fest halte2287 in der Wüste4057.

1 And afterward310 Moses4872 and Aaron175 went in,935 and told559 413 Pharaoh,6547 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel,3478 Let853 my people5971 go,7971 that they may hold a feast2287 unto me in the wilderness.4057

2 Pharao6547 antwortete559: Wer ist der HErr3068, des Stimme6963 ich hören müsse und Israel3478 ziehen7971 lassen8085? Ich weiß3045 nicht von dem HErrn3068, will auch Israel3478 nicht lassen ziehen7971.

2 And Pharaoh6547 said,559 Who4310 is the LORD,3068 that834 I should obey8085 his voice6963 to let853 Israel3478 go?7971 I know3045 not3808 853 the LORD,3068 neither1571 3808 will I let853 Israel3478 go.7971

3 Sie sprachen559: Der Ebräer GOtt430 hat1870 uns gerufen7122; so laß uns nun hinziehen3212 drei7969 Tagereisen in die Wüste4057 und3117 dem HErrn3068, unserm GOtt430, opfern2076, daß uns nicht widerfahre6293 Pestilenz1698 oder Schwert2719.

3 And they said,559 The God430 of the Hebrews5680 hath met7122 with5921 us: let us go,1980 we pray thee,4994 three7969 days'3117 journey1870 into the desert,4057 and sacrifice2076 unto the LORD3068 our God;430 lest6435 he fall upon6293 us with pestilence,1698 or176 with the sword.2719

4 Da sprach559 der König4428 in Ägypten4714 zu ihnen: Du, Mose4872 und Aaron175, warum wollt ihr6544 das Volk5971 von seiner Arbeit4639 frei machen? Gehet hin3212 an eure Dienste5450!

4 And the king4428 of Egypt4714 said559 unto413 them, Wherefore4100 do ye, Moses4872 and Aaron,175 let6544 853 the people5971 from their works?4480 4639 get1980 you unto your burdens.5450

5 Weiter7227 sprach559 Pharao6547: Siehe, des Volks5971 ist schon zu viel im Lande776, und ihr wollt sie noch feiern7673 heißen von ihrem Dienst5450.

5 And Pharaoh6547 said,559 Behold,2005 the people5971 of the land776 now6258 are many,7227 and ye make them rest7673 853 from their burdens.4480 5450

6 Darum befahl6680 Pharao6547 desselben Tages3117 den Vögten5065 des Volks5971 und ihren Amtleuten7860 und sprach559:

6 And Pharaoh6547 commanded6680 the same1931 day3117 853 the taskmasters5065 of the people,5971 and their officers,7860 saying,559

7 Ihr sollt dem Volk5971 nicht3254 mehr Stroh8401 sammeln und geben5414, daß sie Ziegel3843 brennen, wie bis anher; lasset sie selbst hingehen3212 und Stroh8401 zusammenlesen7197;
|
7 Ye shall no3808 more3254 give5414 the people5971 straw8401 to make3835 brick,3843 as heretofore:8543 8032 let them1992 go1980 and gather7197 straw8401 for themselves.

8 und die Zahl4971 der Ziegel3843, die sie559 bisher gemacht6213 haben, sollt ihr ihnen gleichwohl auflegen7760 und nichts mindern1639; denn sie gehen3212 müßig7503, darum schreien6817 sie und sprechen: Wir wollen hinziehen und unserm GOtt430 opfern2076.

8 And the tale4971 of the bricks,3843 which834 they1992 did make6213 heretofore,8543 8032 ye shall lay7760 upon5921 them; ye shall not3808 diminish1639 aught thereof:4480 for3588 they1992 be idle;7503 therefore5921 3651 they1992 cry,6817 saying,559 Let us go1980 and sacrifice2076 to our God.430

9 Man drücke3513 die Leute582 mit Arbeit5656, daß sie zu6213 schaffen haben und sich nicht kehren8159 an falsche8267 Rede1697!
|
9 Let there more work be laid3513 5656 upon5921 the men,376 that they may labor6213 therein; and let them not408 regard8159 vain8267 words.1697

10 Da gingen die Vögte5065 des Volks5971 und ihre Amtleute7860 aus3318 und sprachen559 zum Volk5971: So spricht559 Pharao6547: Man559 wird euch kein Stroh8401 geben5414.
|
10 And the taskmasters5065 of the people5971 went out,3318 and their officers,7860 and they spoke559 to413 the people,5971 saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 Pharaoh,6547 I will not369 give5414 you straw.8401

11 Gehet ihr selbst hin3212 und sammelt euch Stroh8401, wo834 ihr‘s findet4672; aber3588 von eurer Arbeit5656 soll3947 nichts1697 gemindert werden1639.
|
11 Go1980 ye,859 get3947 you straw8401 where4480 834 ye can find4672 it: yet3588 not369 aught1697 of your work4480 5656 shall be diminished.1639
|

12 Da zerstreute sich6327 das Volk5971 ins ganze Land776 Ägypten4714, daß es Stoppeln7179 sammelte7197, damit sie Stroh8401 hätten.
|
12 So the people5971 were scattered abroad6327 throughout all3605 the land776 of Egypt4714 to gather7197 stubble7179 instead of straw.8401
|
|
13 Und4639 die Vögte5065 trieben213 sie und sprachen559: Erfüllet3615 euer Tagwerk, gleich als da3117 ihr Stroh8401 hattet1961!
|
13 And the taskmasters5065 hasted213 them, saying,559 Fulfill3615 your works,4639 your daily3117 3117 tasks,1697 as when834 there was1961 straw.8401
|
|
14 Und die Amtleute7860 der Kinder1121 Israel3478, welche die Vögte5065 Pharaos6547 über sie2706 gesetzet hatten3615, wurden5221 geschlagen, und ward zu ihnen gesagt559: Warum habt ihr weder heute3117 noch gestern8543 euer gesetzt7760 Tagwerk getan, wie vorhin?

14 And the officers7860 of the children1121 of Israel,3478 which834 Pharaoh's6547 taskmasters5065 had set7760 over5921 them, were beaten,5221 and demanded,559 Wherefore4069 have ye not3808 fulfilled3615 your task2706 in making brick3835 both1571 yesterday8543 and1571 today,3117 as heretofore?8543 8032

15 Da gingen935 hinein die Amtleute7860 der Kinder1121 Israel3478 und schrieen6817 zu6213 Pharao6547: Warum willst du559 mit deinen Knechten5650 also fahren?
|
15 Then the officers7860 of the children1121 of Israel3478 came935 and cried6817 unto413 Pharaoh,6547 saying,559 Wherefore4100 dealest6213 thou thus3541 with thy servants?5650
|
|
16 Man559 gibt deinen Knechten5650 kein Stroh8401, und6213 sollen die Ziegel3843 machen5414, die uns bestimmt sind; und siehe, deine Knechte5650 werden2398 geschlagen5221, und dein Volk5971 muß Sünder sein.
|
16 There is no369 straw8401 given5414 unto thy servants,5650 and they say559 to us, Make6213 brick:3843 and, behold,2009 thy servants5650 are beaten;5221 but the fault2398 is in thine own people.5971
|

17 Pharao sprach559: Ihr seid müßig7503, müßig7503 seid ihr; darum sprechet ihr: Wir wollen hinziehen3212 und559 dem HErrn3068 opfern2076.

17 But he said,559 Ye859 are idle,7503 ye are idle:7503 therefore5921 3651 ye859 say,559 Let us go1980 and do sacrifice2076 to the LORD.3068
|
|
18 So gehet nun hin3212 und5647 frönet! Stroh8401 soll man euch nicht5414 geben5414, aber die Anzahl8506 der Ziegel3843 sollt ihr reichen.
|
18 Go1980 therefore now,6258 and work;5647 for there shall no3808 straw8401 be given5414 you, yet shall ye deliver5414 the tale8506 of bricks.3843
|
|
19 Da sahen die Amtleute7860 der Kinder1121 Israel3478, daß es ärger7451 ward3117, weil man sagte559: Ihr sollt nichts1697 mindern1639 von dem Tagwerk an7200 den Ziegeln3843.
|
19 And the officers7860 of the children1121 of Israel3478 did see7200 that they were in evil7451 case, after it was said,559 Ye shall not3808 minish1639 aught from your bricks4480 3843 of your daily3117 3117 task.1697

20 Und da sie von3318 Pharao6547 gingen, begegneten6293 sie Mose4872 und Aaron175 und traten5324 gegen7125 sie
|
20 And they met6293 853 Moses4872 and Aaron,175 who stood5324 in the way,7125 as they came forth3318 from4480 854 Pharaoh: 6547
|
|
21 und sprachen559 zu ihnen5869: Der HErr3068 sehe7200 auf euch und richte8199 es, daß ihr unsern Geruch7381 habt stinken gemacht887 vor5869 Pharao6547 und seinen Knechten5650 und habt ihnen das Schwert2719 in ihre Hände3027 gegeben5414, uns zu töten2026.

21 And they said559 unto413 them, The LORD3068 look7200 upon5921 you, and judge;8199 because834 ye have made853 our savor7381 to be abhorred887 in the eyes5869 of Pharaoh,6547 and in the eyes5869 of his servants,5650 to put5414 a sword2719 in their hand3027 to slay2026 us.

22 Mose4872 aber kam wieder7725 zu dem HErrn136 und sprach559: HErr3068, warum tust du so übel7489 an diesem Volk5971? Warum hast du mich7971 hergesandt?

22 And Moses4872 returned7725 unto413 the LORD,3068 and said,559 Lord,136 wherefore4100 hast thou so evil entreated7489 this2088 people?5971 why4100 is it2088 that thou hast sent7971 me?
|
|
23 Denn seit dem, daß ich hinein935 bin gegangen zu Pharao6547, mit ihm zu reden1696 in deinem Namen8034, hat er das Volk5971 noch härter geplagt7489; und du hast dein Volk5971 nicht5337 errettet.
|
23 For since4480 227 I came935 to413 Pharaoh6547 to speak1696 in thy name,8034 he hath done evil7489 to this2088 people;5971 neither3808 hast thou delivered5337 853 thy people5971 at all.5337
