11 Sie846 aber1161 sprach2036: HErr2962, niemand3762. JEsus2424 aber1161 sprach2036: So verdamme2632 ich1473 dich4571 auch nicht3761; gehe hin4198 und2532 sündige264 hinfort3371 nicht mehr!

11 She said,2036 No3762 man,3762 Lord.2962 And Jesus2424 said2036 to her, Neither3761 do I condemn2632 you: go,4198 and sin264 no3371 more.2001

12 Da3767 redete2980 JEsus2424 abermal zu ihnen und sprach3004: Ich1473 bin1510 das Licht5457 der Welt2889; wer mir1698 nachfolget, der wird nicht3364 wandeln4043 in1722 Finsternis4653, sondern235 wird das Licht5457 des846 Lebens2222 haben2192.

13 The Pharisees5330 therefore3767 said2036 to him, You bore3140 record3140 of yourself;4572 your record3141 is not true.227

14 JEsus2424 antwortete611 und2532 sprach2036 zu ihnen: So2579 ich1473 von4012 mir1683 selbst zeugen3140 würde, so ist2076 mein3450 Zeugnis3141 wahr227; denn3754 ich weiß1492, von wannen ich kommen2064 bin und2532 wo4159 ich hingehe; ihr846 aber1161 wisset1492 nicht3756, von wannen ich komme2064 und2532 wo4226 ich hingehe.

16 So1437 ich1473 aber1161 richte2919, so2532 ist2076 mein1699 Gericht2920 recht227; denn3754 ich bin1510 nicht3756 allein3441, sondern235 ich und2532 der Vater3962, der mich3165 gesandt3992 hat.

16 And yet if1437 I judge,2919 my judgment2920 is true:227 for I am1510 not alone,3441 but I and the Father3962 that sent3992 me.

17 Auch2532 stehet2076 in1722 eurem5212 Gesetze3551 geschrieben1125, daß3754 zweier1417 Menschen444 Zeugnis3141 wahr227 sei.

17 It is also2532 written1125 in your5212 law,3551 that the testimony3141 of two1417 men444 is true.227
|

18 Ich1473 bin‘s1510, der ich von4012 mir1683 selbst zeuge3140; und2532 der Vater3962, der mich1700 gesandt3992 hat, zeuget3140 auch von4012 mir3165.

19 Da sprachen3004 sie1492 zu ihm: Wo4226 ist2076 dein4675 Vater3962? JEsus2424 antwortete611: Ihr846 kennet weder3777 mich1691 noch3777 meinen3450 Vater3962; wenn1487 ihr1492 mich1492 kennetet, so3767 kennetet ihr1492 auch302 meinen3450 Vater3962.

19 Then3767 said3004 they to him, Where4226 is your Father?3962 Jesus2424 answered,611 You neither3777 know1492 me, nor3777 my Father:3962 if1487 you had known1492 me, you should have2192 known1492 my Father3962 also.2532

22 Da sprachen3004 die Juden2453: Will er sich denn3767 selbst1438 töten615, daß3754 er spricht3004: Wo3699 ich1473 hingehe, da könnet1410 ihr5210 nicht hinkommen2064?
|
22 Then3767 said3004 the Jews,2453 Will he kill615 himself?1438 because3754 he said,3004 Where3699 I go,5217 you cannot3756 1410 come.2064

23 Und2532 er sprach2036 zu ihnen: Ihr846 seid2075 von1537 unten2736 her, ich1473 bin1510 von1537 oben507 herab; ihr5210 seid5210 von1537 dieser5127 Welt2889, ich1473 bin1510 nicht3756 von1537 dieser5127 Welt2889.

23 And he said2036 to them, You are from beneath;2736 I am1510 from above:507 you are of this5127 world;2889 I am1510 not of this5127 world.2889

24 So3767 hab‘ ich1473 euch5213 gesagt2036, daß3754 ihr4100 sterben599 werdet in1722 euren5216 Sünden266; denn1063 so3362 ihr nicht3362 glaubet, daß3754 ich es sei1510, so werdet ihr sterben599 in1722 euren5216 Sünden266.

24 I said2036 therefore3767 to you, that you shall die599 in your5216 sins:266 for if1437 you believe4100 not that I am1510 he, you shall die599 in your5216 sins.266

25 Da2532 sprachen2036 sie846 zu ihm846: Wer5101 bist1488 du3767 denn? Und2532 JEsus2424 sprach3004 zu ihnen: Erstlich746 der, der ich2980 mit euch5213 rede.

25 Then3767 said3004 they to him, Who5101 are1488 you? And Jesus2424 said3004 to them, Even2532 the same3748 that I said2980 to you from the beginning.746

26 Ich2504 habe2192 viel4183 von4012 euch5216 zu1519 reden2980 und2532 zu richten2919; aber der mich3165 gesandt3992 hat, ist2076 wahrhaftig227, und235 was3739 ich von3844 ihm846 gehöret habe191, das5023 rede3004 ich vor der Welt2889.

26 I have2192 many4183 things to say2980 and to judge2919 of you: but he that sent3992 me is true;227 and I speak3004 to the world2889 those5023 things which3739 I have2192 heard191 of him.

27 Sie1097 vernahmen aber nicht3756, daß3754 er846 ihnen von dem Vater3962 sagete.
|
27 They understood1097 not that he spoke3004 to them of the Father.3962

|
28 Da5119 sprach2036 JEsus2424 zu ihnen: Wenn3752 ihr846 des Menschen444 Sohn erhöhen werdet, dann werdet ihr1097 erkennen, daß3754 ich1473 es5023 sei1510 und2532 nichts3762 von575 nur selber1683 tue4160, sondern235 wie2531 mich3165 mein3450 Vater3962 gelehret hat5312, so3767 rede ich.

28 Then5119 said2036 Jesus2424 to them, When3752 you have lifted5312 up the Son5207 of man,444 then3767 shall you know1097 that I am1510 he, and that I do4160 nothing3762 of myself;1683 but as my Father3962 has taught1321 me, I speak2980 these5023 things.

29 Und2532 der mich1700 gesandt3992 hat4160, ist2076 mit3326 mir3165. Der Vater3962 läßt863 mich3165 nicht3756 allein3441; denn3754 ich1473 tue allezeit3842, was ihm846 gefällt701.

29 And he that sent3992 me is with me: the Father3962 has not left863 me alone;3441 for I do4160 always3842 those3588 things that please701 him.

30 Da er846 solches5023 redete2980, glaubten4100 viele4183 an1519 ihn.
|
30 As he spoke2980 these5023 words, many4183 believed4100 on1519 him.
|
|
31 Da sprach3004 nun3767 JEsus2424 zu4314 den3588 Juden2453, die an1722 ihn glaubten: So1437 ihr4100 bleiben3306 werdet an meiner1699 Rede3056, so seid5210 ihr846 meine3450 rechten230 Jünger3101

31 Then3767 said3004 Jesus2424 to those3588 Jews2453 which3588 believed4100 on him, If1437 you continue3306 in my word,3056 then are you my disciples3101 indeed;230

32 und2532 werdet die Wahrheit225 erkennen1097; und2532 die Wahrheit225 wird euch5209 freimachen.
|
32 And you shall know1097 the truth,225 and the truth225 shall make1659 you free.1659
|
|
33 Da2532 antworteten611 sie ihm: Wir sind2070 Abrahams11 Samen4690, sind nie4455 keinmal jemands Knechte gewesen1096; wie4459 sprichst3004 du denn: Ihr846 sollt frei1658 werden1398?

33 They answered611 him, We be Abraham's11 seed,4690 and were never3762 4455 in bondage1398 to any3762 man: how4459 say3004 you, You shall be made1096 free?1658

34 JEsus2424 antwortete611 ihnen846 und sprach3004: Wahrlich281, wahrlich281, ich sage euch, wer3956 Sünde266 tut4160 der ist2076 der Sünde266 Knecht1401.

34 Jesus2424 answered611 them, Truly,281 truly,281 I say3004 to you, Whoever3956 3588 commits4160 sin266 is the servant1401 of sin.266
|
|
35 Der Knecht1401 aber1161 bleibet3306 nicht3756 ewiglich1519 im1722 Hause3614; der Sohn bleibet3306 ewiglich165.
|
35 And the servant1401 stays3306 not in the house3614 for ever:165 but the Son5207 stays3306 ever.165
|
|
36 So1437 euch5209 nun3767 der Sohn freimacht, so seid1659 ihr2071 recht3689 frei1658.
|
36 If1437 the Son5207 therefore3767 shall make1659 you free,1659 you shall be free1658 indeed.3689
|
|
37 Ich weiß1492 wohl, daß3754 ihr2075 Abrahams11 Samen4690 seid; aber235 ihr suchet2212 mich3165 zu1722 töten615; denn3754 meine1699 Rede3056 fänget nicht3756 unter euch5213.
|
37 I know1097 that you are Abraham's11 seed;4690 but you seek2212 to kill615 me, because3754 my word3056 has no3756 place5562 in you.
|
|
38 Ich1473 rede, was3739 ich2980 von3844 meinem3450 Vater3962 gesehen3708 habe; so2532 tut4160 ihr5210, was3767 ihr3739 von3844 eurem5216 Vater3962 gesehen3708 habt.
|
38 I speak2980 that which3739 I have seen3708 with my Father:3962 and you do4160 that which3739 you have seen3708 with your5216 father.3962
|
|
39 Sie302 antworteten611 und2532 sprachen2036 zu ihm: Abraham11 ist2076 unser2257 Vater3962. Spricht3004 JEsus2424 zu ihnen: Wenn1487 ihr846 Abrahams11 Kinder5043 wäret, so tätet4160 ihr846 Abrahams11 Werke2041.

39 They answered611 and said2036 to him, Abraham11 is our father.3962 Jesus2424 said3004 to them, If1487 you were Abraham's11 children,5043 you would do4160 the works2041 of Abraham.11

40 Nun3568 aber1161 suchet2212 ihr mich3165 zu töten615, einen solchen Menschen444, der ich2980 euch5213 die3739 Wahrheit225 gesagt habe191, die ich5124 von3844 GOtt2316 gehöret habe; das3739 hat Abraham11 nicht3756 getan4160.

40 But now3568 you seek2212 to kill615 me, a man444 that has told2980 you the truth,225 which3739 I have heard191 of God:2316 this5124 did4160 not Abraham.11

41 Ihr5210 tut4160 eures5216 Vaters3962 Werke2041. Da3767 sprachen2036 sie846 zu1537 ihm: Wir2249 sind nicht3756 unehelich geboren1080; wir haben2192 einen1520 Vater3962, GOtt2316.
|
41 You do4160 the deeds2041 of your5216 father.3962 Then3767 said2036 they to him, We be not born1080 of fornication;4202 we have2192 one1520 Father,3962 even God.2316
|
|
42 JEsus sprach2036 zu1063 ihnen: Wäre GOtt2316 euer5216 Vater3962, so3767 liebetet ihr846 mich1691; denn1487 ich302 bin2064 ausgegangen und2532 komme2240 von1537 GOtt2316; denn1063 ich1473 bin nicht von575 mir1683 selber kommen1831, sondern235 er2258 hat25 mich3165 gesandt649.

42 Jesus2424 said2036 to them, If1487 God2316 were your5216 Father,3962 you would love25 me: for I proceeded1831 forth1831 and came2240 from God;2316 neither3761 came2064 I of myself,1683 but he sent649 me.

44 Ihr5210 seid von1537 dem Vater3962, dem Teufel1228, und2532 nach eures5216 Vaters Lust1939 wollt2309 ihr2075 tun4160. Derselbige ist2476 ein Mörder443 von575 Anfang746 und2532 ist2076 nicht3756 bestanden in1722 der1565 Wahrheit225; denn3754 die Wahrheit225 ist2076 nicht3756 in1722 ihm. Wenn3752 er2258 die Lügen redet2980, so redet2980 er846 von1537 seinem2398 Eigenen; denn3754 er846 ist ein Lügner5583 und2532 ein Vater derselbigen.

44 You are of your5216 father3962 the devil,1228 and the lusts1939 of your5216 father3962 you will2309 do.4160 He was a murderer443 from the beginning,746 and stayed2476 not in the truth,225 because3754 there is no3756 truth225 in him. When3752 he speaks2980 a lie,5579 he speaks2980 of his own:2398 for he is a liar,5583 and the father3962 of it.

45 Ich1473 aber1161, weil3754 ich die Wahrheit225 sage3004, so glaubet ihr4100 mir3427 nicht3756.

45 And because3754 I tell3004 you the truth,225 you believe4100 me not.
|

46 Welcher unter1537 euch5216 kann mich3427 einer4012 Sünde266 zeihen1651? So1487 ich euch5210 aber1161 die Wahrheit225 sage3004, warum5101 glaubet4100 ihr4100 mir3165 nicht3756?

46 Which5101 of you convinces1651 me of sin?266 And if1487 I say3004 the truth,225 why1302 do you not believe4100 me?
|
|
47 Wer von1537 GOtt2316 ist, der höret191 Gottes Wort4487. Darum1223 höret191 ihr5210 nicht3756; denn3754 ihr2075 seid5607 nicht3756 von1537 GOtt.
|
47 He that is of God2316 hears191 God's2316 words:4487 you therefore1223 5124 hear191 them not, because3754 you are not of God.2316
|
|
48 Da antworteten611 die Juden2453 und2532 sprachen2036 zu ihm846: Sagen3004 wir2249 nicht3756 recht2573, daß3754 du3767 ein Samariter4541 bist1488 und2532 hast2192 den Teufel1140.

48 Then3767 answered611 the Jews,2453 and said2036 to him, Say3004 we not well2573 that you are1488 a Samaritan,4541 and have2192 a devil?1140
|

49 JEsus2424 antwortete611: Ich1473 habe2192 keinen3756 Teufel1140, sondern235 ich ehre5091 meinen3450 Vater3962, und2532 ihr5210 unehret818 mich3165.
|
49 Jesus2424 answered,611 I have2192 not a devil;1140 but I honor5091 my Father,3962 and you do dishonor818 me.
|
|
50 Ich1473 suche2212 nicht3756 meine3450 Ehre1391; es ist2076 aber1161 einer, der sie suchet2212 und2532 richtet2919.
|
50 And I seek2212 not my3450 own glory:1391 there is one that seeks2212 and judges.2919
|
|
51 Wahrlich281, wahrlich281, ich sage3004 euch5213: So1437 jemand5100 mein1699 Wort3056 wird halten5083, der wird den Tod2288 nicht sehen2334 ewiglich165.
|
51 Truly,281 truly,281 I say3004 to you, If1437 a man5100 keep5083 my saying,3056 he shall never3364 1519 3588 165 see2334 death.2288
|
|
52 Da sprachen2036 die Juden2453 zu ihm846: Nun3767 erkennen1097 wir5100, daß3754 du4771 den Teufel1140 hast5083. Abraham11 ist2192 gestorben599 und2532 die Propheten4396, und2532 du sprichst3004: So3568 jemand1437 mein3450 Wort3056 hält, der wird den Tod2288 nicht schmecken1089 ewiglich165.

52 Then3767 said2036 the Jews2453 to him, Now3568 we know1492 that you have2192 a devil.1140 Abraham11 is dead,599 and the prophets;4396 and you say,3004 If1437 a man5100 keep my saying, he shall never3364 1519 165 taste1089 of death.2288

53 Are1488 you greater3187 than our father3962 Abraham,11 which3748 is dead?599 and the prophets4396 are dead:599 whom5101 make4160 you yourself?4572

|
54 JEsus2424 antwortete611: So1437 ich1473 mich3165 selber1683 ehre1392, so ist2076 meine3450 Ehre1391 nichts3762. Es3754 ist2076 aber mein3450 Vater3962, der3739 mich ehret, von welchem3739 ihr5210 sprecht3004, er sei2076 euer5216 GOtt2316,

54 Jesus2424 answered,611 If1437 I honor1392 myself,1683 my honor1391 is nothing:3762 it is my Father3962 that honors1392 me; of whom3739 you say,3004 that he is your5216 God:2316
|
|
55 und2532 kennet1097 ihn846 nicht3756. Ich1473 aber1161 kenne1492 ihn846. Und2532 so1437 ich846 würde sagen, ich kenne1492 ihn846 nicht3756, so2532 würde ich ein Lügner5583, gleichwie3664 ihr1097 seid. Aber ich kenne1492 ihn846 und235 halte5083 sein2071 Wort3056.

55 Yet you have not known1097 him; but I know1492 him: and if1437 I should say,3004 I know1492 him not, I shall be a liar5583 like3664 to you: but I know1492 him, and keep5083 his saying.3056

56 Abraham11, euer5216 Vater3962, ward froh5463, daß2443 er meinen1699 Tag2250 sehen1492 sollte; und2532 er sah1492 ihn und2532 freuete sich21.
|
56 Your5216 father3962 Abraham11 rejoiced21 to see1492 my day:2250 and he saw1492 it, and was glad.5463
|
|
57 Da sprachen2036 die Juden2453 zu4314 ihm846: Du3767 bist noch nicht3768 fünfzig4004 Jahre2094 alt und2532 hast2192 Abraham11 gesehen3708?
|
57 Then3767 said2036 the Jews2453 to him, You are2192 not yet2532 fifty4004 years2094 old, and have you seen3708 Abraham?11
|
|
58 JEsus2424 sprach2036 zu ihnen846: Wahrlich281, wahrlich281, ich1473 sage3004 euch5213: Ehe4250 denn Abraham11 ward1096, bin1510 ich.

58 Jesus2424 said2036 to them, Truly,281 truly,281 I say3004 to you, Before4250 Abraham11 was, I am.1510
