第56章

1 耶和華曰、我拯選民、以彰仁義、其時伊邇、爾當秉公行義、

2 遵從斯道、固守弗失、守安息日而弗凟、束手而不作惡、則有福祉。

3 異邦之人歸誠於我者、勿曰、耶和華不以我爲赤子、閹者亦勿曰、我若枯木、

4 凡受閹之人、守予安息日、從予所悅懌、不爽盟約、我之宅第、必賜彼居處、其名不朽、較子女衆多者爲多福。

5 併於上節

6 異邦之人、歸誠於我、供我役事、敬愛我耶和華名、若予臣僕、守我安息日而不凟、遵我誓約而不爽、

7 我將導之、至我聖山、入我殿宇、祈禱乎我、欣喜懽忭、彼之燔祭、獻於我壇、我必悅納、蓋我室必稱爲祈禱之室、億兆咸集焉。

8 昔耶和華安集以色列族離散之民、今主耶和華曰、我又將懷來異邦之人、咸萃一方。〇

9 又曰、當令野獸、來此吞噬、

10 民之戍卒、目眯不明、守夜之犬、喑不能吠、或偃臥、或假寐。

11 彼甚饕餮、不知饜足、譬彼愚蠢之牧人、無一不縱己欲、不顧私利。

12 彼曰、盍來取酒、縱飲醇醪、明日必多於今日。

1 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD,3068 Keep8104 ye judgment,4941 and do6213 justice:6666 for3588 my salvation3444 is near7138 to come,935 and my righteousness6666 to be revealed.1540

2 Blessed835 is the man582 that doeth6213 this,2063 and the son1121 of man120 that layeth hold2388 on it; that keepeth8104 the sabbath7676 from polluting4480 2490 it, and keepeth8104 his hand3027 from doing4480 6213 any3605 evil.7451

3 Neither408 let the son1121 of the stranger,5236 that hath joined himself3867 to413 the LORD,3068 speak,559 saying,559 The LORD3068 hath utterly separated914 914 me from4480 5921 his people:5971 neither408 let the eunuch5631 say,559 Behold,2005 I589 am a dry3002 tree.6086

4 For3588 thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 unto the eunuchs5631 that834 keep8104 853 my sabbaths,7676 and choose977 the things that834 please2654 me, and take hold2388 of my covenant;1285

5 Even unto them will I give5414 in mine house1004 and within my walls2346 a place3027 and a name8034 better2896 than of sons4480 1121 and of daughters:4480 1323 I will give5414 them an everlasting5769 name,8034 that834 shall not3808 be cut off.3772

6 Also the sons1121 of the stranger,5236 that join themselves3867 to5921 the LORD,3068 to serve8334 him, and to love157 853 the name8034 of the LORD,3068 to be1961 his servants,5650 every one3605 that keepeth8104 the sabbath7676 from polluting4480 2490 it, and taketh hold2388 of my covenant;1285

7 Even them will I bring935 to413 my holy6944 mountain,2022 and make them joyful8055 in my house1004 of prayer:8605 their burnt offerings5930 and their sacrifices2077 shall be accepted7522 upon5921 mine altar;4196 for3588 mine house1004 shall be called7121 a house1004 of prayer8605 for all3605 people.5971

8 The Lord136 GOD3069 which gathereth6908 the outcasts1760 of Israel3478 saith,5002 Yet5750 will I gather6908 others to5921 him, beside those that are gathered6908 unto him.

9 All3605 ye beasts2416 of the field,7704 come857 to devour,398 yea, all3605 ye beasts2416 in the forest.3293

10 His watchmen6822 are blind:5787 they are all3605 ignorant,3808 3045 they are all3605 dumb483 dogs,3611 they cannot3201 3808 bark;5024 sleeping,1957 lying down,7901 loving157 to slumber.5123

11 Yea, they are greedy5794 5315 dogs3611 which can never3808 have3045 enough,7654 and they1992 are shepherds7462 that cannot3045 3808 understand:995 they all3605 look6437 to their own way,1870 every one376 for his gain,1215 from his quarter.4480 7097
