以弗所書

第1章

1 遵上帝旨、爲耶穌基督使徒保羅、書達以弗所聖徒、信基督耶穌者、

2 願吾父上帝、及主耶穌基督、賜爾恩寵平康、

3 祝謝吾主耶穌基督父上帝、因基督使我儕受神貺在天、

4 自創世之先、緣耶穌擇我儕、使我儕在主前、潔淨無玷、施其仁愛、

5 依厥善意、念耶穌基督預定我儕爲子、

6 彰厥洪恩、以愛子令我儕受寵錫、

7 且因基督流血、托厥厚恩、得贖罪赦過、

8 於是智慧益彰、

9 復示我奧旨、行其所立之善意、

10 屆期將以天地間萬物悉歸基督、

11 惟隨意行萬事者、預定我、因基督得嗣業、

12 使我儕首賴基督者、頌讚之也、

13 爾曹聞眞理、救爾之福音、信基督遂得所應許之聖神相印、

14 卽我儕得嗣業之質、至於贖日而頌讚之、

15 我聞爾信主耶穌、愛諸聖徒、

16 故爲爾稱謝不息、祈禱間緬懷爾、

17 求吾主耶穌基督之上帝、卽榮耀之父、賜爾以智慧、默示之神、使爾識主、

18 心目克明、知其召爾所望之福何如、聖徒之業、其富有何如、

19 且知上帝有莫大之能、力行於信者中、

20 昔以大力甦基督、在天坐己右、

21 凡權力、才能、執政、有名者、無論今世來世、皆莫能出其上、

22 服萬物於基督足下、使爲萬民首、以益會、

23 會乃基督身、基督博施濟衆、以會足乎己焉。

8 Wherein3757 he has abounded4052 toward1519 us in all3956 wisdom4678 and prudence;5428
