1 Then came7126 the daughters1323 of Zelophehad,6765 the son1121 of Hepher,2660 the son1121 of Gilead,1568 the son1121 of Machir,4353 the son1121 of Manasseh,4519 of the families4940 of Manasseh4519 the son1121 of Joseph:3130 and these428 are the names8034 of his daughters;1323 Mahlah,4244 Noah,5270 and Hoglah,2295 and Milcah,4435 and Tirzah.8656

2 And they stood5975 before6440 Moses,4872 and before6440 Eleazar499 the priest,3548 and before6440 the princes5387 and all3605 the congregation,5712 by the door6607 of the tabernacle168 of the congregation,4150 saying,559

3 Our father1 died4191 in the wilderness,4057 and he1931 was1961 not3808 in8432 the company5712 of them that gathered themselves together3259 against5921 the LORD3068 in the company5712 of Korah;7141 but3588 died4191 in his own sin,2399 and had1961 no3808 sons.1121

4 Why4100 should the name8034 of our father1 be done away1639 from among4480 8432 his family,4940 because3588 he hath no369 son?1121 Give5414 unto us therefore a possession272 among8432 the brethren251 of our father.1

5 And Moses4872 brought7126 853 their cause4941 before6440 the LORD.3068

6 And the LORD3068 spoke559 unto413 Moses,4872 saying,559

7 The daughters1323 of Zelophehad6765 speak1696 right:3651 thou shalt surely give5414 5414 them a possession272 of an inheritance5159 among8432 their father's1 brethren;251 and thou shalt cause853 the inheritance5159 of their father1 to pass5674 unto them.

8 And thou shalt speak1696 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 saying,559 If3588 a man376 die,4191 and have no369 son,1121 then ye shall cause853 his inheritance5159 to pass5674 unto his daughter.1323

9 And if518 he have no369 daughter,1323 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his brethren.251

10 And if518 he have no369 brethren,251 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his father's1 brethren.251

11 And if518 his father1 have no369 brethren,251 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his kinsman7607 that is next7138 to413 him of his family,4480 4940 and he shall possess3423 it: and it shall be1961 unto the children1121 of Israel3478 a statute2708 of judgment,4941 as834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 853 Moses.4872

12 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Get thee up5927 into413 this2088 mount2022 Abarim,5682 and see7200 853 the land776 which834 I have given5414 unto the children1121 of Israel.3478

13 And when thou hast seen7200 it, thou859 also1571 shalt be gathered622 unto413 thy people,5971 as834 Aaron175 thy brother251 was gathered.622

14 For834 ye rebelled against4784 my commandment6310 in the desert4057 of Zin,6790 in the strife4808 of the congregation,5712 to sanctify6942 me at the water4325 before their eyes:5869 that1992 is the water4325 of Meribah4809 in Kadesh6946 in the wilderness4057 of Zin.6790

15 And Moses4872 spoke1696 unto413 the LORD,3068 saying,559

16 Let the LORD,3068 the God430 of the spirits7307 of all3605 flesh,1320 set6485 a man376 over5921 the congregation,5712

17 Which834 may go out3318 before6440 them, and which834 may go in935 before6440 them, and which834 may lead them out,3318 and which834 may bring them in;935 that the congregation5712 of the LORD3068 be1961 not3808 as sheep6629 which834 have no369 shepherd.7462

18 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Take3947 thee853 Joshua3091 the son1121 of Nun,5126 a man376 in whom834 is the spirit,7307 and lay5564 853 thine hand3027 upon5921 him;

19 And set5975 him before6440 Eleazar499 the priest,3548 and before6440 all3605 the congregation;5712 and give him a charge6680 853 in their sight.5869

20 And thou shalt put5414 some of thine honor4480 1935 upon5921 him, that4616 all3605 the congregation5712 of the children1121 of Israel3478 may be obedient.8085

21 And he shall stand5975 before6440 Eleazar499 the priest,3548 who shall ask7592 counsel for him after the judgment4941 of Urim224 before6440 the LORD:3068 at5921 his word6310 shall they go out,3318 and at5921 his word6310 they shall come in,935 both he,1931 and all3605 the children1121 of Israel3478 with854 him, even all3605 the congregation.5712

22 And Moses4872 did6213 as834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 him: and he took3947 853 Joshua,3091 and set5975 him before6440 Eleazar499 the priest,3548 and before6440 all3605 the congregation: 5712

23 And he laid5564 853 his hands3027 upon5921 him, and gave him a charge,6680 as834 the LORD3068 commanded1696 by the hand3027 of Moses.4872

1 У Салпаада, сына Хефера, сына Галаада, сына Махира, сына Манассия, сына Иосифа, было пять дочерей: Махла, Ноа, Хогла, Милка и Фирца.

2 Эти женщины пришли в шатёр собрания и предстали перед Моисеем, священником Елеазаром, вождями и перед всем израильским народом. И сказали пять дочерей:

3 «Наш отец умер, пока мы скитались в пустыне, умер своей смертью. Он не был с теми, кто присоединился к Корею. (Корей восстал против Господа). Но у нашего отца не было сыновей,

4 а это значит, что некому продолжить имя нашего отца. Несправедливо, если имя нашего отца исчезнет потому, что у него не было сыновей. Дайте нам часть той земли, которую получат братья нашего отца».

5 Моисей спросил Господа, что ему делать,

6 и Господь сказал ему:

7 «Дочери Салпаада правы, пусть они разделят землю с братьями своего отца; отдайте им землю, которую дали бы их отцу.

8 И пусть у израильского народа будет такой закон: Если у человека нет сына, то после его смерти всё, чем он владеет, должно перейти к его дочерям;

9 если же у него нет дочерей, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут его братьям.

10 Если у него нет братьев, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут братьям его отца.

11 Если и у его отца нет братьев, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут ближайшему родственнику в семье. Пусть это станет законом среди народа Израиля. Господь даёт такое повеление Моисею».

12 Господь обратился к Моисею с такими словами: «Поднимись на одну из гор в пустыне к востоку от реки Иордан и оттуда посмотри на землю, которую Я даю израильскому народу.

13 И когда увидишь эту землю, умрёшь, как умер брат твой Аарон.

14 Помнишь, как народ восстал при водах в пустыне Син, и ты и Аарон отказались повиноваться Мне, не воздали Мне почестей и не показали народу святость Мою». (Это были воды Меривы в пустыне Син неподалёку от Кадеса).

15 Моисей ответил Господу:

16 «Господь, Ты — Бог, Тебе известны мысли человеческие. Господи, я молю, чтобы Ты избрал предводителя для этого народа.

17 Я молю, чтобы Господь избрал лидера, который выведет израильтян из этой земли и приведёт в новую; тогда народ Господний не уподобится овцам без пастуха».

18 Затем Господь сказал Моисею: «Иисус, сын Навина, весьма мудр. Положи на него твою руку и сделай его новым лидером.

19 Скажи ему, чтобы он встал перед священником Елеазаром и перед всем народом, и провозгласи его новым предводителем.

20 Покажи народу, что делаешь его новым предводителем, и тогда весь народ будет послушен ему.

21 Если Иисусу необходимо будет принимать решение, пусть идёт к священнику Елеазару, а Елеазар, взяв урим, узнает ответ Господний. Пусть тогда Иисус и весь израильский народ делают то, что повелит Бог. Если Он скажет: „Идите воевать”, пусть они идут воевать, а если скажет: „Идите домой”, то пусть идут домой».

22 Моисей исполнил повеление Господнее, поставил Иисуса перед священником Елеазаром и перед всем израильским народом

23 и возложил на него руки в знак того, что Иисус — новый предводитель. Моисей сделал всё, как повелел ему Господь.

2 Эти женщины пришли в шатёр собрания и предстали перед Моисеем, священником Елеазаром, вождями и перед всем израильским народом. И сказали пять дочерей:

5 Моисей спросил Господа, что ему делать,

6 And the LORD3068 spoke559 unto413 Moses,4872 saying,559

7 «Дочери Салпаада правы, пусть они разделят землю с братьями своего отца; отдайте им землю, которую дали бы их отцу.

8 And thou shalt speak1696 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 saying,559 If3588 a man376 die,4191 and have no369 son,1121 then ye shall cause853 his inheritance5159 to pass5674 unto his daughter.1323

8 И пусть у израильского народа будет такой закон: Если у человека нет сына, то после его смерти всё, чем он владеет, должно перейти к его дочерям;

9 And if518 he have no369 daughter,1323 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his brethren.251

9 если же у него нет дочерей, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут его братьям.

10 And if518 he have no369 brethren,251 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his father's1 brethren.251

10 Если у него нет братьев, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут братьям его отца.

11 And if518 his father1 have no369 brethren,251 then ye shall give5414 853 his inheritance5159 unto his kinsman7607 that is next7138 to413 him of his family,4480 4940 and he shall possess3423 it: and it shall be1961 unto the children1121 of Israel3478 a statute2708 of judgment,4941 as834 the LORD3068 commanded6680 853 Moses.4872

11 Если и у его отца нет братьев, то пусть всё, чем он владеет, отдадут ближайшему родственнику в семье. Пусть это станет законом среди народа Израиля. Господь даёт такое повеление Моисею».

12 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Get thee up5927 into413 this2088 mount2022 Abarim,5682 and see7200 853 the land776 which834 I have given5414 unto the children1121 of Israel.3478

12 Господь обратился к Моисею с такими словами: «Поднимись на одну из гор в пустыне к востоку от реки Иордан и оттуда посмотри на землю, которую Я даю израильскому народу.

13 And when thou hast seen7200 it, thou859 also1571 shalt be gathered622 unto413 thy people,5971 as834 Aaron175 thy brother251 was gathered.622

13 И когда увидишь эту землю, умрёшь, как умер брат твой Аарон.

14 Помнишь, как народ восстал при водах в пустыне Син, и ты и Аарон отказались повиноваться Мне, не воздали Мне почестей и не показали народу святость Мою». (Это были воды Меривы в пустыне Син неподалёку от Кадеса).

15 And Moses4872 spoke1696 unto413 the LORD,3068 saying,559

15 Моисей ответил Господу:

16 Let the LORD,3068 the God430 of the spirits7307 of all3605 flesh,1320 set6485 a man376 over5921 the congregation,5712

16 «Господь, Ты — Бог, Тебе известны мысли человеческие. Господи, я молю, чтобы Ты избрал предводителя для этого народа.

17 Which834 may go out3318 before6440 them, and which834 may go in935 before6440 them, and which834 may lead them out,3318 and which834 may bring them in;935 that the congregation5712 of the LORD3068 be1961 not3808 as sheep6629 which834 have no369 shepherd.7462

17 Я молю, чтобы Господь избрал лидера, который выведет израильтян из этой земли и приведёт в новую; тогда народ Господний не уподобится овцам без пастуха».

18 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Take3947 thee853 Joshua3091 the son1121 of Nun,5126 a man376 in whom834 is the spirit,7307 and lay5564 853 thine hand3027 upon5921 him;

18 Затем Господь сказал Моисею: «Иисус, сын Навина, весьма мудр. Положи на него твою руку и сделай его новым лидером.

19 And set5975 him before6440 Eleazar499 the priest,3548 and before6440 all3605 the congregation;5712 and give him a charge6680 853 in their sight.5869

19 Скажи ему, чтобы он встал перед священником Елеазаром и перед всем народом, и провозгласи его новым предводителем.

Пусть тогда Иисус и весь израильский народ делают то, что повелит Бог. Если Он скажет: „Идите воевать”, пусть они идут воевать, а если скажет: „Идите домой”, то пусть идут домой».

22 Моисей исполнил повеление Господнее, поставил Иисуса перед священником Елеазаром и перед всем израильским народом

23 And he laid5564 853 his hands3027 upon5921 him, and gave him a charge,6680 as834 the LORD3068 commanded1696 by the hand3027 of Moses.4872

23 и возложил на него руки в знак того, что Иисус — новый предводитель. Моисей сделал всё, как повелел ему Господь.
