Chapter 28

1 And it came to pass1961 the same1931 year,8141 in the beginning7225 of the reign4467 of Zedekiah6667 king4428 of Judah,3063 in the fourth7243 year,8141 and in the fifth2549 month,2320 that Hananiah2608 the son1121 of Azur5809 the prophet,5030 which834 was of Gibeon,4480 1391 spoke559 unto413 me in the house1004 of the LORD,3068 in the presence5869 of the priests3548 and of all3605 the people,5971 saying,559

2 Thus3541 speaketh559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel,3478 saying,559 I have broken7665 853 the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon.894

3 Within5750 two full years8141 3117 will I589 bring again7725 into413 this2008 place4725 853 all3605 the vessels3627 of the LORD's3068 house,1004 that834 Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 took away3947 from4480 this2008 place,4725 and carried935 them to Babylon: 894

4 And I589 will bring again7725 to413 this2008 place4725 Jeconiah3204 the son1121 of Jehoiakim3079 king4428 of Judah,3063 with all3605 the captives1546 of Judah,3063 that went935 into Babylon,894 saith5002 the LORD:3068 for3588 I will break7665 853 the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon.894

5 Then the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 said559 unto413 the prophet5030 Hananiah2608 in the presence5869 of the priests,3548 and in the presence5869 of all3605 the people5971 that stood5975 in the house1004 of the LORD,3068

6 Even the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 said,559 Amen:543 the LORD3068 do6213 so:3651 the LORD3068 perform6965 853 thy words1697 which834 thou hast prophesied,5012 to bring again7725 the vessels3627 of the LORD's3068 house,1004 and all3605 that is carried away captive,1473 from Babylon4480 894 into413 this2008 place.4725

7 Nevertheless389 hear8085 thou now4994 this2008 word1697 that834 I595 speak1696 in thine ears,241 and in the ears241 of all3605 the people;5971

8 The prophets5030 that834 have been1961 before6440 me and before6440 thee of4480 old5769 prophesied5012 both against413 many7227 countries,776 and against5921 great1419 kingdoms,4467 of war,4421 and of evil,7451 and of pestilence.1698

9 The prophet5030 which834 prophesieth5012 of peace,7965 when the word1697 of the prophet5030 shall come to pass,935 then shall the prophet5030 be known,3045 that834 the LORD3068 hath truly571 sent7971 him.

10 Then Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 took3947 853 the yoke4133 from off4480 5921 the prophet5030 Jeremiah's3414 neck,6677 and broke7665 it.

11 And Hananiah2608 spoke559 in the presence5869 of all3605 the people,5971 saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Even so3602 will I break7665 853 the yoke5923 of Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 from4480 5921 the neck6677 of all3605 nations1471 within the space of5750 two full years.8141 3117 And the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 went1980 his way.1870

12 Then the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 Jeremiah3414 the prophet, after that310 Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 had broken7665 853 the yoke4133 from off4480 5921 the neck6677 of the prophet5030 Jeremiah,3414 saying,559

13 Go1980 and tell559 413 Hananiah,2608 saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Thou hast broken7665 the yokes4133 of wood;6086 but thou shalt make6213 for8478 them yokes4133 of iron.1270

14 For3588 thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel;3478 I have put5414 a yoke5923 of iron1270 upon5921 the neck6677 of all3605 these428 nations,1471 that they may serve5647 853 Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon;894 and they shall serve5647 him: and I have given5414 him853 the beasts2416 of the field7704 also.1571

15 Then said559 the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 unto413 Hananiah2608 the prophet,5030 Hear8085 now,4994 Hananiah;2608 The LORD3068 hath not3808 sent7971 thee; but thou859 makest853 this2008 people5971 to trust982 in5921 a lie.8267

16 Therefore3651 thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Behold,2009 I will cast7971 thee from off4480 5921 the face6440 of the earth:127 this year8141 thou859 shalt die,4191 because3588 thou hast taught1696 rebellion5627 against413 the LORD.3068

17 So Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 died4191 the same1931 year8141 in the seventh7637 month.2320

1 На пятый месяц четвёртого года царствования Седекии пророк Ханания, сын Азура из Гаваона, говорил со мной. Я говорил с ним в храме Господнем, при священниках и других людях. Вот что сказал Ханания:

2 «Господь Всемогущий, Бог Израиля, говорит: „Я сокрушу ярмо, которое царь Вавилона надел на людей Иудеи.

3 Через два года Я возвращу все вещи, которые Навуходоносор, царь Вавилона, взял из храма Господнего. Он унёс их в Вавилон, но Я принесу их обратно в Иерусалим.

4 Я также возвращу Иехонию, сына Иоакима, царя Иудеи, вместе со всеми пленниками Навуходоносора”. Господь сказал: „Я освобожу их от ярма, которое царь Вавилона надел на людей Иудеи”».

5 Тогда пророк Иеремия ответил пророку Ханании там же, в храме Господнем, при священниках и народе, которые слышали его ответ.

6 Иеремия сказал Ханании: «Аминь! Я надеюсь, что Господь действительно сотворит это и сделает правдой то, что ты проповедуешь. Я надеюсь, что Господь вернёт всё, принадлежащее храму Господнему, и приведёт всех, кого заставили покинуть свои дома.

7 Но послушай, Ханания, что я должен сказать тебе и всем людям.

8 Задолго до тебя и до меня были пророки. Они проповедовали, что война, голод и болезни обрушатся на многие великие царства.

9 Но пророк, который говорит, что у нас будет мир, должен быть испытан, чтобы люди убедились, что он на самом деле послан Господом. Если весть его сбывается, то люди будут знать, что этот пророк действительно от Господа».

10 Иеремия носил на шее ярмо. Пророк Ханания снял это ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его.

11 И сказал Ханания громко, чтобы все его слышали: «Господь говорит: „Вот так же и Я разобью ярмо Навуходоносора, царя Вавилона, которое он надел на все народы мира. Прежде чем истекут два года, Я разобью его”». После этих слов Иеремия покинул храм.

12 После того как Ханания снял ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его, к Иеремии пришла весть от Господа.

13 Господь сказал Иеремии: «Пойди и скажи Ханании: „Ты разбил ярмо деревянное, но вместо него Я сделаю ярмо железное”».

14 Господь Всемогущий, Бог Израиля, говорит: «Я надену железное ярмо на шеи всех народов, Я сделаю это, чтобы заставить их всех служить Навуходоносору, царю вавилонскому, и они будут его рабами. Даже над дикими животными Я дам Навуходоносору власть».

15 И пророк Иеремия сказал пророку Ханании: «Послушай, Ханания, Господь не посылал тебя, ты заставил людей Иудеи поверить в ложь.

16 Господь так о тебе сказал: „Ханания, я вскоре заберу тебя из этого мира. Ты умрёшь в этом же году, потому что ты хотел, чтобы люди отвернулись от Господа”».

17 И Ханания умер на седьмом месяце того же года.

6 Иеремия сказал Ханании: «Аминь! Я надеюсь, что Господь действительно сотворит это и сделает правдой то, что ты проповедуешь. Я надеюсь, что Господь вернёт всё, принадлежащее храму Господнему, и приведёт всех, кого заставили покинуть свои дома.

7 Но послушай, Ханания, что я должен сказать тебе и всем людям.

8 The prophets5030 that834 have been1961 before6440 me and before6440 thee of4480 old5769 prophesied5012 both against413 many7227 countries,776 and against5921 great1419 kingdoms,4467 of war,4421 and of evil,7451 and of pestilence.1698

8 Задолго до тебя и до меня были пророки. Они проповедовали, что война, голод и болезни обрушатся на многие великие царства.

9 The prophet5030 which834 prophesieth5012 of peace,7965 when the word1697 of the prophet5030 shall come to pass,935 then shall the prophet5030 be known,3045 that834 the LORD3068 hath truly571 sent7971 him.

10 Then Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 took3947 853 the yoke4133 from off4480 5921 the prophet5030 Jeremiah's3414 neck,6677 and broke7665 it.

10 Иеремия носил на шее ярмо. Пророк Ханания снял это ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его.

11 And Hananiah2608 spoke559 in the presence5869 of all3605 the people,5971 saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Even so3602 will I break7665 853 the yoke5923 of Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 from4480 5921 the neck6677 of all3605 nations1471 within the space of5750 two full years.8141 3117 And the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 went1980 his way.1870

11 И сказал Ханания громко, чтобы все его слышали: «Господь говорит: „Вот так же и Я разобью ярмо Навуходоносора, царя Вавилона, которое он надел на все народы мира. Прежде чем истекут два года, Я разобью его”». После этих слов Иеремия покинул храм.

12 Then the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 unto413 Jeremiah3414 the prophet, after that310 Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 had broken7665 853 the yoke4133 from off4480 5921 the neck6677 of the prophet5030 Jeremiah,3414 saying,559

12 После того как Ханания снял ярмо с Иеремии и разбил его, к Иеремии пришла весть от Господа.

13 Go1980 and tell559 413 Hananiah,2608 saying,559 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Thou hast broken7665 the yokes4133 of wood;6086 but thou shalt make6213 for8478 them yokes4133 of iron.1270

13 Господь сказал Иеремии: «Пойди и скажи Ханании: „Ты разбил ярмо деревянное, но вместо него Я сделаю ярмо железное”».

14 For3588 thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel;3478 I have put5414 a yoke5923 of iron1270 upon5921 the neck6677 of all3605 these428 nations,1471 that they may serve5647 853 Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon;894 and they shall serve5647 him: and I have given5414 him853 the beasts2416 of the field7704 also.1571

14 Господь Всемогущий, Бог Израиля, говорит: «Я надену железное ярмо на шеи всех народов, Я сделаю это, чтобы заставить их всех служить Навуходоносору, царю вавилонскому, и они будут его рабами. Даже над дикими животными Я дам Навуходоносору власть».

15 Then said559 the prophet5030 Jeremiah3414 unto413 Hananiah2608 the prophet,5030 Hear8085 now,4994 Hananiah;2608 The LORD3068 hath not3808 sent7971 thee; but thou859 makest853 this2008 people5971 to trust982 in5921 a lie.8267

15 И пророк Иеремия сказал пророку Ханании: «Послушай, Ханания, Господь не посылал тебя, ты заставил людей Иудеи поверить в ложь.

16 Therefore3651 thus3541 saith559 the LORD;3068 Behold,2009 I will cast7971 thee from off4480 5921 the face6440 of the earth:127 this year8141 thou859 shalt die,4191 because3588 thou hast taught1696 rebellion5627 against413 the LORD.3068

16 Господь так о тебе сказал: „Ханания, я вскоре заберу тебя из этого мира. Ты умрёшь в этом же году, потому что ты хотел, чтобы люди отвернулись от Господа”».

17 So Hananiah2608 the prophet5030 died4191 the same1931 year8141 in the seventh7637 month.2320

17 И Ханания умер на седьмом месяце того же года.
