2 For3588 thine arrows2671 stick fast5181 in me, and thy hand3027 presseth me sore.5181 5921

3 There is no369 soundness4974 in my flesh1320 because4480 6440 of thine anger;2195 neither369 is there any rest7965 in my bones6106 because4480 6440 of my sin.2403

4 For3588 mine iniquities5771 are gone over5674 mine head:7218 as a heavy3515 burden4853 they are too heavy3513 for4480 me.

2 Я сказал: буду я осторожен на путях моих, чтоб не согрешить языком моим; стану обуздывать уста мои, доколе нечестивый предо мною.

3 Я был нем и безгласен, молчал даже о добром. Но скорбь моя подвиглась,

4 Распалилось сердце внутри меня, в мыслях моих возгорелся огонь; я стал говорить языком моим:

5 Скажи мне, Господи, когда конец мой, и какое продолжение дней моих, чтобы я знал, как я ничтожен.

6 Се, Ты дал мне дни, как пяди, и век мой, как ничто, пред Тобою. Так! весь суета всякий человек живущий. (Села.)

7 Так! человек ходит подобно призраку. Так! тщетно он суетится, собирает и не знает, кому достанется то.

8 Итак, чего ждать мне, Господи? Надежда моя на Тебя.

9 От всех беззаконий моих избавь меня, не предай меня на поругание безумному.

10 Я нем, не открою уст моих; ибо Ты нанес мне удар.

11 Облегчи меня от удара Твоего; поражающая рука Твоя разрушает меня.

12 Если Ты обличениями за преступления наказывать будешь человека, то рассыплется, как от моли, краса его. Так! суетен всякий человек! (Села.)

13 Внемли молитве моей, Господи, и вопль мой услыши. Смотря на слезы мои, не умолчи. Ибо странник я у Тебя, пришлец, как и все отцы мои.

14 Перестань взирать на меня гневно; и я отдохну прежде, нежели отойду, и не будет меня.
