2 Назначено время, когда родиться, и время, когда умереть; время, когда садить, и время, когда вырывать посаженное;

3 Время, когда убивать, и время, когда врачевать; время, когда разрушать, и время, когда строить.

7 Время, когда раздирать, и время, когда сшивать; время, когда молчать, и время, когда говорить;

9 Какую выгоду действующий имеет в том, над чем он трудится?

10 I have seen7200 853 the travail,6045 which834 God430 hath given5414 to the sons1121 of men120 to be exercised6031 in it.
|
10 Видел я эту муку, какую дал Бог сынам человеческим, чтоб они смирились в ней.
|
|
11 He hath made6213 853 every3605 thing beautiful3303 in his time:6256 also1571 he hath set5414 853 the world5769 in their heart,3820 so that834 no4480 1097 man120 can find out4672 853 the work4639 that834 God430 maketh6213 from the beginning4480 7218 to5704 the end.5490

11 Он сделал все прекрасным в свое время; и притом вложил вечность в сердце их; хотя человек не постигает дела, которое делает Бог, от начала до конца.

12 I know3045 that3588 there is no369 good2896 in them, but518 for3588 a man to rejoice,8055 and to do6213 good2896 in his life.2416
|
12 Я узнал, что для них нет ничего лучше, как радоваться и делать добро в жизни своей,
|
|
13 And also1571 that every man should eat7945 398 3605 120 and drink,8354 and enjoy7200 the good2896 of all3605 his labor,5999 it1931 is the gift4991 of God.430
|
13 И что притом, если какой человек ест и пьет и наслаждается благом во всяком труде своем, то это дар Божий.

|
14 I know3045 that,3588 whatsoever3605 834 God430 doeth,6213 it1931 shall be1961 forever:5769 nothing369 can be put3254 to5921 it, nor369 any thing taken1639 from4480 it: and God430 doeth6213 it, that men should fear7945 3372 before4480 6440 him.

14 Я узнал, что все, что Бог делает, вечно пребывает тем же: к тому прибавить нечего, и отнять от того нечего; и Бог делает это, чтобы благоговели пред Ним.

15 That which hath been4100 7945 1961 is now;3528 and that1931 which834 is to be1961 hath already3528 been;1961 and God430 requireth1245 853 that which is past.7291

15 Что уже было, то и теперь есть; и чему быть, то уже было; и Бог опять воззывает протекшее.

|
16 And moreover5750 I saw7200 under8478 the sun8121 the place4725 of judgment,4941 that wickedness7562 was there;8033 and the place4725 of righteousness,6664 that iniquity7562 was there.8033

16 Еще я видел вот что под этим солнцем: место суда, а там беззаконие: место правды, а там неправда.
|
|
17 I589 said559 in mine heart,3820 God430 shall judge8199 853 the righteous6662 and the wicked:7563 for3588 there is a time6256 there8033 for every3605 purpose2656 and for5921 every3605 work.4639

17 Я сказал в сердце своем: праведного и нечестивого Бог будет судить, ибо время всякой вещи и всякому делу там,

|
18 I589 said559 in mine heart3820 concerning5921 the estate1700 of the sons1121 of men,120 that God430 might manifest1305 them, and that they1992 might see7200 that they7945 themselves are beasts.929
|
18 Касательно сынов человеческих, я сказал в сердце своем: на то есть Бог, чтобы разделить их, и чтобы видели, что они - скот в себе самих.
|
|
19 For3588 that which befalleth4745 the sons1121 of men120 befalleth4745 beasts;929 even one thing259 befalleth4745 them: as the one2088 dieth,4194 so3651 dieth4194 the other;2088 yea, they have all3605 one259 breath;7307 so that a man120 hath no369 preeminence4195 above4480 a beast:929 for3588 all3605 is vanity.1892

19 Ибо участь сынов человеческих и участь скотов, одна и та же участь их; как умирают эти, так умирают те, - и дух один у всех, и нет человеку преимущества перед скотами.

20 All3605 go1980 unto413 one259 place;4725 all3605 are1961 of4480 the dust,6083 and all3605 turn to dust again.7725 413 6083

20 Все это в одно место идет, все это произошло из персти, и все это возвратится в персть.
|
|
21 Who4310 knoweth3045 the spirit7307 of man120 that1931 goeth5927 upward,4605 and the spirit7307 of the beast929 that1931 goeth3381 downward4295 to the earth?776
|
21 Кто знает дух сынов человеческих, который к горе восходит, и дух скота, который вниз, в землю идет?
|
|
22 Wherefore I perceive7200 that3588 there is nothing369 better,2896 than that4480 834 a man120 should rejoice8055 in his own works;4639 for3588 that1931 is his portion:2506 for3588 who4310 shall bring935 him to see7200 what shall be4100 7945 1961 after310 him?

22 Итак видел я, что нет ничего лучше, как веселиться человеку в делах своих: ибо это его участок; да и кто приведет его посмотреть на то, что будет после него?
