Глава 46

1 Вскоре Израиль отправился в путешествие в Египет: сначала он пошёл в Вирсавию, где поклонился Богу, Богу Исаака, своего отца, и принёс Ему жертвы.

2 Ночью Бог явился Израилю во сне и заговорил с ним: «Иаков, Иаков!» Израиль ответил: «Здесь я».

3 Тогда Бог сказал: «Я — Бог, Бог твоего отца. Иди в Египет, не бойся, там Я произведу от тебя великий народ.

4 Я пойду с тобой в Египет, и Я снова выведу тебя из той земли. Ты умрёшь в Египте, но Иосиф будет с тобой и своими руками закроет твои глаза, когда ты умрёшь».

5 После этого Иаков ушёл из Вирсавии и отправился в Египет. Сыновья Израиля везли отца, своих жён и всех своих детей на повозках, посланных фараоном.

6 Они также взяли с собой весь свой скот и всё, чем владели в Ханаанской земле, и Израиль отправился в Египет со всеми своими детьми и со всей своей семьёй.

7 С ним были его сыновья и внуки, дочери и внучки — вся его семья отправилась с ним в Египет.

8 Вот имена сыновей Израиля, Иакова и его сыновей, которые пошли вместе с ним в Египет: Рувим был первенцем Иакова.

9 Сыновьями Рувима были: Ханох, Фаллу, Есром и Харми.

10 Сыновьями Симеона были: Иемуил, Иамин, Огад, Иахин и Цохар, и ещё Саул, сын хананеянки.

11 Сыновьями Левия были: Гирсон, Кааф и Мерари.

13 Сыновьями Иссахара были: Фола, Фува, Иов и Шимрон.

14 Сыновьями Завулона были: Серед, Елон и Иахлеил.

15 Рувим, Симеон, Левий, Иуда, Иссахар и Завулон были сыновьями Иакова от жены его Лии, которых она родила ему в Падан-Араме. У неё была ещё и дочь по имени Дина. Всего в этой семье было тридцать три человека.

16 Сыновьями Гада были: Циффион, Хагги, Шуни, Ецбон, Ери, Ароди и Арели.

17 Сыновьями Асира были: Имна, Ишва, Ишви, Верия, у них была сестра Серах. Сыновьями Верии были: Хевер и Малхиил.

18 Это были сыновья Иакова от Зелфы, которую Лаван дал своей дочери Лии. Всего в этой семье было шестнадцать человек.

19 У жены Иакова Рахили было двое сыновей: Иосиф и Вениамин.

20 У Иосифа в Египте было двое сыновей: Манассия и Ефрем, его женой была Асенефа, дочь Потифера, жреца из города Он.

21 Сыновьями Вениамина были: Бела, Бекер, Ашбел, Гера, Нееман, Эхи, Рош, Муппим, Хупим и Ард.

22 Все они были сыновьями Иакова от его жены Рахили. Всего в этой семье было четырнадцать человек.

23 Сыном Дана был Хушим.

24 Сыновьями Неффалима были: Иахцеил, Гуни, Иецер и Шиллем.

25 Все они были сыновьями Иакова и Валлы, которую Лаван дал своей дочери Рахили; и всего в этой семье было семь человек.

26 Всего же прямых потомков Иакова, которые ушли с ним в Египет, было шестьдесят шесть человек, жёны сыновей Иакова в это число не включены.

27 И было также двое сыновей Иосифа, рождённых в Египте, так что всего в Египте было семьдесят членов семейства Иакова.

28 Иаков послал вперёд Иуду, чтобы тот сначала поговорил с Иосифом. Иуда пошёл к Иосифу в землю Гесем, Иаков же со своим семейством следовал за ним.

29 Узнав, что отец уже близко, Иосиф снарядил свою колесницу и отправился навстречу Израилю в Гесем. Увидев отца, Иосиф бросился ему на шею и долго плакал.

30 Израиль сказал Иосифу: «Теперь я могу спокойно умереть, я увидел твоё лицо и знаю, что ты жив».

31 Иосиф обратился к своим братьям и остальному семейству отца, сказав: «Я извещу фараона о вашем прибытии, обратившись к нему с такими словами: „Мои братья и остальное семейство покинули Ханаанскую землю и пришли сюда ко мне.

32 Они — пастухи и всегда выпасали овец и крупный скот, который они привели с собой. Они также привезли с собой всё, чем владеют”.

33 Когда фараон призовёт вас и спросит: „Каким ремеслом вы занимаетесь?” —

34 отвечайте ему: „Мы — пастухи и были пастухами всю жизнь, и предки наши до нас были пастухами”. Тогда фараон позволит вам жить в земле Гесем. Египтяне не любят пастухов, поэтому вам лучше оставаться в этой земле».

Chapter 46

1 AND Israel journeyed with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac.

2 And God spoke to Israel in a vision of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.

3 Then he said to him. I am El, the God of your father; fear not to go down to Egypt; for I will there make of you a great people;

4 I will go down with you into Egypt; and I will also surely bring you up again; and Joseph shall close your eyes when you die.

5 And Jacob rose up from Beersheba; and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, their little ones, and their wives in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

6 And they took their cattle and their goods which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him;

7 His sons and his grandsons, his daughters and his sons' daughters, and all his offspring he brought with him into Egypt.

8 And these are the names of the children of Israel, who came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's first-born.

9 And the sons of Reuben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.

10 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohar, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman.

11 The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

12 The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, Shelah, Pharez, and Zarah; but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.

13 The sons of Issachar: Tola, Phuvah, Job, and Shimron.

14 The sons of Zebulun: Seder, Elon, and Nahlael.

15 These are the sons of Leah, whom she bore to Jacob in Padan-aram, together with his daughter Dinah; the number of persons, his sons and his daughters being thirty-three in all.

16 The sons of Gad: Ziphion, Haggi, Shuni, Ezbon, Adi, Arod, and Adri.

17 And the sons of Asher: Jimnah, Ishuah, Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister; and the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel.

18 These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she bore to Jacob, sixteen persons.

19 The sons of Rachel Jacob's wife: Joseph, and Benjamin.

20 And to Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asiath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bore to him.

21 The sons of Benjamin: Belah, Akbar, Ashkel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Arosh, Muppim, Huppim, and Ard.

22 These are the sons of Rachel, whom she bore to Jacob, fourteen persons in all.

23 The son of Dan: Hushim.

24 And the sons of Naphtali: Nahzael, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem.

25 These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave to Rachel, his daughter, and she bore these to Jacob, seven persons in all.

26 All the persons that came with Jacob into Egypt, who came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, were sixty-six persons in all;

27 And the sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt were two persons; thus all the persons of the house of Jacob who came into Egypt were seventy.

28 And he sent Judah before him to Joseph to present himself before him in Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

29 And Joseph made ready his chariots, and went up to meet Israel his father in Goshen, and he presented himself to him, and fell on his neck, and wept on his neck for a while.

30 And Israel said to Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen your face, my son, because you are still alive.

31 And Joseph said to his brothers and to his father's household, I will go up and en_lbp_inform Pharaoh, and say to him, My brothers and my father's household, who were in the land of Canaan, have come to me;

32 And the men are shepherds, for they are cattle raisers; and they have brought their flocks and their herds and all that they have.

33 And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you and shall say to you. What is your occupation?

34 You shall say to him, Your servants are cattle raisers from their youth even until now, both we and also our fathers; that you may dwell in the land of Goshen; for the Egyptians despise all those who feed sheep.

3 Then he said to him. I am El, the God of your father; fear not to go down to Egypt; for I will there make of you a great people;

5 После этого Иаков ушёл из Вирсавии и отправился в Египет. Сыновья Израиля везли отца, своих жён и всех своих детей на повозках, посланных фараоном.

5 And Jacob rose up from Beersheba; and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, their little ones, and their wives in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

6 Они также взяли с собой весь свой скот и всё, чем владели в Ханаанской земле, и Израиль отправился в Египет со всеми своими детьми и со всей своей семьёй.

6 And they took their cattle and their goods which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob and all his offspring with him;

7 С ним были его сыновья и внуки, дочери и внучки — вся его семья отправилась с ним в Египет.

7 His sons and his grandsons, his daughters and his sons' daughters, and all his offspring he brought with him into Egypt.

8 Вот имена сыновей Израиля, Иакова и его сыновей, которые пошли вместе с ним в Египет: Рувим был первенцем Иакова.

8 And these are the names of the children of Israel, who came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's first-born.

9 And the sons of Reuben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.

27 And the sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt were two persons; thus all the persons of the house of Jacob who came into Egypt were seventy.

28 And he sent Judah before him to Joseph to present himself before him in Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

29 Узнав, что отец уже близко, Иосиф снарядил свою колесницу и отправился навстречу Израилю в Гесем. Увидев отца, Иосиф бросился ему на шею и долго плакал.

29 And Joseph made ready his chariots, and went up to meet Israel his father in Goshen, and he presented himself to him, and fell on his neck, and wept on his neck for a while.

30 Израиль сказал Иосифу: «Теперь я могу спокойно умереть, я увидел твоё лицо и знаю, что ты жив».

30 And Israel said to Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen your face, my son, because you are still alive.

31 Иосиф обратился к своим братьям и остальному семейству отца, сказав: «Я извещу фараона о вашем прибытии, обратившись к нему с такими словами: „Мои братья и остальное семейство покинули Ханаанскую землю и пришли сюда ко мне.

31 And Joseph said to his brothers and to his father's household, I will go up and en_lbp_inform Pharaoh, and say to him, My brothers and my father's household, who were in the land of Canaan, have come to me;

32 Они — пастухи и всегда выпасали овец и крупный скот, который они привели с собой. Они также привезли с собой всё, чем владеют”.

32 And the men are shepherds, for they are cattle raisers; and they have brought their flocks and their herds and all that they have.

33 Когда фараон призовёт вас и спросит: „Каким ремеслом вы занимаетесь?” —

33 And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you and shall say to you. What is your occupation?

34 отвечайте ему: „Мы — пастухи и были пастухами всю жизнь, и предки наши до нас были пастухами”. Тогда фараон позволит вам жить в земле Гесем. Египтяне не любят пастухов, поэтому вам лучше оставаться в этой земле».

34 You shall say to him, Your servants are cattle raisers from their youth even until now, both we and also our fathers; that you may dwell in the land of Goshen; for the Egyptians despise all those who feed sheep.
