Второзаконие

Глава 17

1 Не приноси в жертву Иегове, Богу твоему, вола, или овцы, на которой будет порок, или что-нибудь худое: поелику это мерзость для Иеговы, Бога твоего.

2 Если найдется среди тебя в каком-либо из жилищ твоих, которые Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе, мужчина или женщина, который сделает зло пред очами Иеговы, Бога твоего, преступит завет Его;

3 И пойдет и будет служить другим богам, и поклонится им, или солнцу, или луне, или всему воинству небесному, чего Я не повелел;

4 И тебе возвещено будет, и ты услышишь: то ты хорошо разыщи, и если это точная правда, если сделана мерзость сия у Израиля:

5 То выведи мужчину того, или женщину ту, которые сделали зло сие, к воротам твоим, и побей их камнями до смерти.

6 По свидетельству двух свидетелей, или трех свидетелей, должен умереть умерщвляемый: не должно предавать смерти по свидетельству одного свидетеля.

7 Рука свидетелей должна быть на нем прежде всех, чтоб убить его, потом рука всего народа, и таким образом истреби зло из среды себя.

8 Если по какому делу затруднительным покажется тебе рассудить между кровью и кровью, между судом и судом, между побоями и побоями, и будут несогласные мнения в судебных местах твоих: то встань и пойди на то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой, [чтоб призываемо было там имя Его,]

9 И приди к священникам Левитам или к судье, который будет в те дни, и спроси их, и они скажут тебе, как рассудить.

10 И поступи по слову, какое они скажут тебе, на том месте, которое изберет Иегова, [Бог твой, чтоб призываемо было там имя Его], и постарайся исполнить все, чему они научат тебя.

11 По закону, которому научат они тебя, и по определению, какое они скажут тебе, поступи, и не уклоняйся ни направо, ни налево от того, что они скажут тебе.

12 А кто поступит так дерзко, что не послушает священника, стоящего там в служении пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, или судии, [который будет в те дни]: тот должен умереть, и таким образом истреби зло от Израиля;

13 И весь народ услышит, и убоится, и не будут впредь поступать дерзко.

14 Когда ты придешь в землю, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе [в удел], и возьмешь ее в наследие и поселишься на ней, и скажешь: поставлю я над собою царя, подобно прочим народам, которые вокруг меня:

15 То поставь над собою царя, которого изберет Иегова, Бог твой; из среды братий твоих поставь над собою царя; не можно тебе поставить над собою [царем] иноземца, который не брат тебе.

16 Только чтоб он не умножал себе коней, и не возвращал народа в Египет для умножения [себе] коней; ибо Господь сказал вам: не возвращайтесь более путем сим;

17 И чтоб не умножал себе жен, дабы не развратилось сердце его, и чтобы серебра и золота не умножал себе чрезмерно.

18 Но когда он сядет на престоле царства своего, должен списать себе список закона сего с книги, святой у священников Левитов,

19 И пусть оный будет у него, и пусть он читает его во все дни жизни своей; дабы научался бояться Иеговы, Бога своего, и старался исполнять все слова закона сего и постановления сии;

20 Чтобы не надмевалось сердце его пред братиями его, и чтобы не уклонялся он от заповедей сих ни направо, ни налево; дабы долгое время пребыл на царстве своем он и сыны его [с ним,] среди [сынов] Израиля.

Deuteronomy

Chapter 17

1 You shall not sacrifice2076 to the LORD3068 your God430 any bullock,7794 or sheep,7716 wherein834 is blemish,3971 or any3605 bad reputation:1697 7451 for that is an abomination8441 to the LORD3068 your God.430

2 If3588 there be found4672 among7130 you, within any259 of your gates8179 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, man376 or woman,802 that has worked6213 wickedness7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD3068 your God,430 in transgressing5674 his covenant,1285

3 And has gone3212 and served5647 other312 gods,430 and worshipped7812 them, either the sun,8121 or176 moon,3394 or176 any3605 of the host6635 of heaven,8064 which834 I have not commanded;6680

4 And it be told5046 you, and you have heard8085 of it, and inquired1875 diligently,3190 and, behold,2009 it be true,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 in Israel:3478

5 Then shall you bring3318 forth3318 that man376 or176 that woman,802 which834 have committed6213 that wicked7451 thing,1697 to your gates,8179 even that man376 or176 that woman,802 and shall stone5619 them with stones,68 till they die.4191

6 At5921 the mouth6310 of two8147 witnesses,5707 or176 three7969 witnesses,5707 shall he that is worthy of death4191 be put to death;4191 but at5921 the mouth6310 of one259 witness5707 he shall not be put to death.4191

7 The hands3027 of the witnesses5707 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterward314 the hands3027 of all3605 the people.5971 So you shall put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

8 If3588 there arise a matter1697 too hard6381 for you in judgment,4941 between996 blood1818 and blood,1818 between996 plea1779 and plea,1779 and between996 stroke5061 and stroke,5061 being matters1697 of controversy7379 within your gates:8179 then shall you arise,6965 and get5927 you up into413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose;977

9 And you shall come935 to the priests3548 the Levites,3881 and to the judge8199 that shall be in those1992 days,3117 and inquire;1875 and they shall show5046 you the sentence1697 of judgment:4941

10 And you shall do6213 according5921 6310 to the sentence,1697 which834 they of that place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 shall show5046 you; and you shall observe8104 to do6213 according to all3605 that they inform3384 you:

11 According5921 to the sentence6310 of the law8451 which834 they shall teach3384 you, and according5921 to the judgment4941 which834 they shall tell559 you, you shall do:6213 you shall not decline5493 from the sentence1697 which834 they shall show5046 you, to the right3225 hand,3225 nor to the left.8040

12 And the man376 that will do6213 presumptuously,2087 and will not listen8085 to the priest3548 that stands5975 to minister8334 there8033 before854 the LORD3068 your God,430 or176 to the judge,8199 even that man376 shall die:4191 and you shall put1197 away1197 the evil7451 from Israel.3478

13 And all3605 the people5971 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and do no3808 more5750 presumptuously.2102

14 When3588 you are come935 to the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, and shall possess3423 it, and shall dwell3427 therein, and shall say,559 I will set7760 a king4428 over5921 me, like as all3605 the nations1471 that are about5439 me;

15 You shall in any wise set7760 him king4428 over5921 you, whom834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose:977 one from among7130 your brothers251 shall you set7760 king4428 over5921 you: you may3021 not set5414 a stranger376 5237 over5921 you, which834 is not your brother.251

16 But he shall not multiply7235 horses5483 to himself, nor3808 cause the people5971 to return7725 to Egypt,4714 to the end4616 that he should multiply7235 horses:5483 for as much as the LORD3068 has said559 to you, You shall from now on3254 return7725 no3808 more5750 that way.1870

17 Neither3808 shall he multiply7235 wives802 to himself, that his heart3824 turn5493 not away: neither3808 shall he greatly3966 multiply7235 to himself silver3701 and gold.2091

18 And it shall be, when he sits3427 on the throne3678 of his kingdom,4467 that he shall write3789 him a copy4932 of this2063 law8451 in a book5612 out of that which is before6440 the priests3548 the Levites:3881

19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read7121 therein all3605 the days3117 of his life:2416 that he may learn3925 to fear3372 the LORD3068 his God,430 to keep8104 all3605 the words1697 of this2063 law8451 and these428 statutes,2706 to do6213 them:

20 That his heart3824 be not lifted7311 up above his brothers,251 and that he turn5493 not aside from the commandment,4687 to the right3225 hand,3225 or to the left:8040 to the end4616 that he may prolong748 his days3117 in his kingdom,4467 he, and his children,1121 in the middle7130 of Israel.3478

3 И пойдет и будет служить другим богам, и поклонится им, или солнцу, или луне, или всему воинству небесному, чего Я не повелел;

4 И тебе возвещено будет, и ты услышишь: то ты хорошо разыщи, и если это точная правда, если сделана мерзость сия у Израиля:

4 And it be told5046 you, and you have heard8085 of it, and inquired1875 diligently,3190 and, behold,2009 it be true,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 in Israel:3478

5 То выведи мужчину того, или женщину ту, которые сделали зло сие, к воротам твоим, и побей их камнями до смерти.

5 Then shall you bring3318 forth3318 that man376 or176 that woman,802 which834 have committed6213 that wicked7451 thing,1697 to your gates,8179 even that man376 or176 that woman,802 and shall stone5619 them with stones,68 till they die.4191

6 По свидетельству двух свидетелей, или трех свидетелей, должен умереть умерщвляемый: не должно предавать смерти по свидетельству одного свидетеля.

6 At5921 the mouth6310 of two8147 witnesses,5707 or176 three7969 witnesses,5707 shall he that is worthy of death4191 be put to death;4191 but at5921 the mouth6310 of one259 witness5707 he shall not be put to death.4191

7 Рука свидетелей должна быть на нем прежде всех, чтоб убить его, потом рука всего народа, и таким образом истреби зло из среды себя.

7 The hands3027 of the witnesses5707 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterward314 the hands3027 of all3605 the people.5971 So you shall put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

8 Если по какому делу затруднительным покажется тебе рассудить между кровью и кровью, между судом и судом, между побоями и побоями, и будут несогласные мнения в судебных местах твоих: то встань и пойди на то место, которое изберет Иегова, Бог твой, [чтоб призываемо было там имя Его,]

8 If3588 there arise a matter1697 too hard6381 for you in judgment,4941 between996 blood1818 and blood,1818 between996 plea1779 and plea,1779 and between996 stroke5061 and stroke,5061 being matters1697 of controversy7379 within your gates:8179 then shall you arise,6965 and get5927 you up into413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose;977

9 И приди к священникам Левитам или к судье, который будет в те дни, и спроси их, и они скажут тебе, как рассудить.

9 And you shall come935 to the priests3548 the Levites,3881 and to the judge8199 that shall be in those1992 days,3117 and inquire;1875 and they shall show5046 you the sentence1697 of judgment:4941

10 И поступи по слову, какое они скажут тебе, на том месте, которое изберет Иегова, [Бог твой, чтоб призываемо было там имя Его], и постарайся исполнить все, чему они научат тебя.

10 And you shall do6213 according5921 6310 to the sentence,1697 which834 they of that place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 shall show5046 you; and you shall observe8104 to do6213 according to all3605 that they inform3384 you:

11 По закону, которому научат они тебя, и по определению, какое они скажут тебе, поступи, и не уклоняйся ни направо, ни налево от того, что они скажут тебе.

11 According5921 to the sentence6310 of the law8451 which834 they shall teach3384 you, and according5921 to the judgment4941 which834 they shall tell559 you, you shall do:6213 you shall not decline5493 from the sentence1697 which834 they shall show5046 you, to the right3225 hand,3225 nor to the left.8040

12 А кто поступит так дерзко, что не послушает священника, стоящего там в служении пред Иеговою, Богом твоим, или судии, [который будет в те дни]: тот должен умереть, и таким образом истреби зло от Израиля;

12 And the man376 that will do6213 presumptuously,2087 and will not listen8085 to the priest3548 that stands5975 to minister8334 there8033 before854 the LORD3068 your God,430 or176 to the judge,8199 even that man376 shall die:4191 and you shall put1197 away1197 the evil7451 from Israel.3478

13 И весь народ услышит, и убоится, и не будут впредь поступать дерзко.

13 And all3605 the people5971 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and do no3808 more5750 presumptuously.2102

14 Когда ты придешь в землю, которую Иегова, Бог твой, дает тебе [в удел], и возьмешь ее в наследие и поселишься на ней, и скажешь: поставлю я над собою царя, подобно прочим народам, которые вокруг меня:

15 То поставь над собою царя, которого изберет Иегова, Бог твой; из среды братий твоих поставь над собою царя; не можно тебе поставить над собою [царем] иноземца, который не брат тебе.

16 Только чтоб он не умножал себе коней, и не возвращал народа в Египет для умножения [себе] коней; ибо Господь сказал вам: не возвращайтесь более путем сим;

17 И чтоб не умножал себе жен, дабы не развратилось сердце его, и чтобы серебра и золота не умножал себе чрезмерно.

17 Neither3808 shall he multiply7235 wives802 to himself, that his heart3824 turn5493 not away: neither3808 shall he greatly3966 multiply7235 to himself silver3701 and gold.2091

20 Чтобы не надмевалось сердце его пред братиями его, и чтобы не уклонялся он от заповедей сих ни направо, ни налево; дабы долгое время пребыл на царстве своем он и сыны его [с ним,] среди [сынов] Израиля.
