Второзаконие

Глава 22

1 Если увидишь, что вол или овца другого человека заблудились, не оставляй их, а отведи к хозяину.

2 Если владелец живёт далеко, или ты не знаешь, кому они принадлежат, то отведи их к себе домой, и пусть они будут у тебя до тех пор, пока за ними не придёт хозяин. И тогда ты должен возвратить их ему.

3 Поступай так же, если найдёшь чужого осла или одежду, или любую вещь, потерянную кем-то. Не уклоняйся от оказания помощи.

4 Если осёл или вол другого человека упадёт на дороге, то не оставляй их. Помоги ему поднять их на ноги.

5 Женщина не должна надевать мужскую одежду, и мужчина не должен надевать женскую одежду, потому что Вечному, твоему Богу, отвратительны те, кто делает подобные вещи.

6 Если в дороге тебе попадётся птичье гнездо на каком-нибудь дереве или на земле, и если птица-мать сидит в нём на яйцах или с птенцами, то не забирай мать вместе с птенцами.

7 Ты можешь взять себе птенцов, но мать отпусти. Если ты поступишь так, то тебе будет хорошо и ты проживешь долгую жизнь.

8 Строя новый дом, сделай по краю крыши ограждение, . и тогда ты не будешь виновен в смерти, если кто-нибудь упадёт с крыши.

9 Не засевай свой виноградник ещё какими-либо семенами, иначе ты осквернишь не только плоды посеянного семени, но и плоды виноградника.

10 Не паши одновременно и на воле, и на осле.

11 Не надевай одежду, сделанную из шерсти и льна вместе.

12 Сделай кисточки на четырёх углах одеяния, которое ты носишь.

13 Если мужчина женится на девушке, но, переспав с ней, возненавидит её,

14 а затем будет клеветать и распространять сплетни о ней, говоря: «Я женился на этой женщине и был с ней, но она оказалась не девственницей»,

15 то тогда пусть отец и мать девушки вынесут старейшинам города к городским воротам доказательства того, что она была девственницей.

16 И пусть отец девушки скажет старейшинам: «Я отдал свою дочь в жёны этому человеку, а теперь он возненавидел её.

17 Этот человек оболгал мою дочь, сказав: „Я не нашёл доказательств того, что твоя дочь девственница“. Так вот доказательство того, что моя дочь была девственницей». Затем пусть её родители покажут простыню старейшинам города.

18 И тогда старейшины города должны наказать клеветника.

19 Пусть они наложат на него пеню в один килограмм и двести граммов серебра и отдадут их отцу девушки за то, что этот человек пустил дурной слух о девственнице Исраила, и пусть она останется его женой, и он уже всю жизнь не сможет развестись с ней.

20 Но если то, что муж сказал о жене, – правда, и у родителей нет доказательств её девственности,

21 то пусть девушку приведут к воротам отцовского дома, и там жители города пусть забьют её камнями до смерти. Потому что она совершила позорный поступок в Исраиле: она распутствовала в доме своего отца. Ты должен искоренить зло из своей среды.

22 Если выяснится, что мужчина спал с чужой женой, то они оба должны умереть. Ты должен искоренить зло из среды Исраила.

23 Если мужчина встретит девушку, обручённую с другим, и переспит с ней, и всё это случится в городе,

24 то приведи их обоих к городским воротам и забей их камнями до смерти: убейте девушку за то, что она не позвала на помощь, хотя и была в городе, и убейте мужчину за то, что он согрешил с невестой другого. Ты должен искоренить зло из своей среды.

25 Если же мужчина встретит в поле девушку, обручённую с другим, и обесчестит её, то только мужчина должен быть предан смерти.

26 С девушкой ничего не делайте, потому что она не сделала ничего, что заслуживало бы смерти. Это то же, как если бы человек напал на другого и убил его.

27 Ведь он встретил девушку, обручённую с другим, в поле и напал на неё, и она, может быть и кричала, но некому было ей помочь.

28 Если мужчина встретит девственницу, не обручённую с другим, и обесчестит её, и если люди видели случившееся,

29 то пусть он уплатит отцу девушки шестьсот граммов серебра, и пусть девушка станет его женой, потому что он опорочил её. Всю свою жизнь он не сможет развестись с ней.

30 Никто не должен спать с женой своего отца, потому что этим позорит его.

3 In like manner3651 shalt thou do6213 with his ass;2543 and so3651 shalt thou do6213 with his raiment;8071 and with all3605 lost thing9 of thy brother's,251 which834 he hath lost,6 and thou hast found,4672 shalt thou do6213 likewise:3651 thou mayest3201 not3808 hide thyself.5956

14 And give7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, and bring up3318 an evil7451 name8034 upon5921 her, and say,559 I took3947 853 this2063 woman,802 and when I came7126 to413 her, I found4672 her not3808 a maid: 1331

15 Then shall the father1 of the damsel,5291 and her mother,517 take3947 and bring forth3318 853 the tokens of the damsel's5291 virginity1331 unto413 the elders2205 of the city5892 in the gate: 8179

16 And the damsel's5291 father1 shall say559 unto413 the elders,2205 I gave5414 853 my daughter1323 unto this2088 man376 to wife,802 and he hateth8130 her;

17 And, lo,2009 he1931 hath given7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, saying,559 I found4672 not3808 thy daughter1323 a maid;1331 and yet these428 are the tokens of my daughter's1323 virginity.1331 And they shall spread6566 the cloth8071 before6440 the elders2205 of the city.5892

18 And the elders2205 of that1931 city5892 shall take3947 853 that man376 and chastise3256 him;

19 And they shall amerce6064 him in a hundred3967 shekels of silver,3701 and give5414 them unto the father1 of the damsel,5291 because3588 he hath brought up3318 an evil7451 name8034 upon5921 a virgin1330 of Israel:3478 and she shall be1961 his wife;802 he may3201 not3808 put her away7971 all3605 his days.3117

20 But if518 this2088 thing1697 be1961 true,571 and the tokens of virginity1331 be not3808 found4672 for the damsel: 5291

21 Then they shall bring out3318 853 the damsel5291 to413 the door6607 of her father's1 house,1004 and the men376 of her city5892 shall stone5619 her with stones68 that she die:4191 because3588 she hath wrought6213 folly5039 in Israel,3478 to play the whore2181 in her father's1 house:1004 so shalt thou put evil away1197 7451 from among4480 7130 you.

22 If3588 a man376 be found4672 lying7901 with5973 a woman802 married1166 to a husband,1167 then they shall both1571 8147 of them die,4191 both the man376 that lay7901 with5973 the woman,802 and the woman:802 so shalt thou put away1197 evil7451 from Israel.4480 3478

23 If3588 a damsel5291 that is a virgin1330 be1961 betrothed781 unto a husband,376 and a man376 find4672 her in the city,5892 and lie7901 with5973 her;

24 Then ye shall bring them both out3318 853 8147 unto413 the gate8179 of that1931 city,5892 and ye shall stone5619 them with stones68 that they die;4191 853 the damsel,5291 because5921 1697 834 she cried6817 not,3808 being in the city;5892 and the man,376 because5921 1697 834 he hath humbled6031 853 his neighbor's7453 wife:802 so thou shalt put away1197 evil7451 from among4480 7130 you.

25 But if518 a man376 find4672 853 a betrothed781 damsel5291 in the field,7704 and the man376 force2388 her, and lie7901 with5973 her: then the man376 only905 that834 lay7901 with5973 her shall die: 4191

26 But unto the damsel5291 thou shalt do6213 nothing;3808 1697 there is in the damsel5291 no369 sin2399 worthy of death:4194 for3588 as834 when a man376 riseth6965 against5921 his neighbor,7453 and slayeth7523 5315 him, even so3651 is this2088 matter: 1697

27 For3588 he found4672 her in the field,7704 and the betrothed781 damsel5291 cried,6817 and there was none369 to save3467 her.

28 If3588 a man376 find4672 a damsel5291 that is a virgin,1330 which834 is not3808 betrothed,781 and lay hold8610 on her, and lie7901 with5973 her, and they be found;4672

29 Then the man376 that lay7901 with5973 her shall give5414 unto the damsel's5291 father1 fifty2572 shekels of silver,3701 and she shall be1961 his wife;802 because8478 834 he hath humbled6031 her, he may3201 not3808 put her away7971 all3605 his days.3117

30 A man376 shall not3808 take3947 853 his father's1 wife,802 nor3808 discover1540 his father's1 skirt.3671

25 Если же мужчина встретит в поле девушку, обручённую с другим, и обесчестит её, то только мужчина должен быть предан смерти.

26 С девушкой ничего не делайте, потому что она не сделала ничего, что заслуживало бы смерти. Это то же, как если бы человек напал на другого и убил его.
