1 The word1697 that Isaiah3470 the son1121 of Amoz531 saw2372 concerning5921 Judah3063 and Jerusalem.3389

2 And it shall come1961 to pass in the last319 days,3117 that the mountain2022 of the LORD's3068 house1004 shall be established3559 in the top7218 of the mountains,2022 and shall be exalted5375 above the hills;1389 and all3605 nations1471 shall flow5102 to it.

3 And many7227 people5971 shall go1980 and say,559 Come3212 you, and let us go5927 up to the mountain2022 of the LORD,3068 to the house1004 of the God430 of Jacob;3290 and he will teach3384 us of his ways,1870 and we will walk3212 in his paths:734 for out of Zion6726 shall go3318 forth3318 the law,8451 and the word1697 of the LORD3068 from Jerusalem.3389

4 And he shall judge8199 among996 the nations,1471 and shall rebuke3198 many7227 people:5971 and they shall beat3807 their swords2719 into plowshares,855 and their spears2595 into pruning hooks:4211 nation1471 shall not lift5375 up sword2719 against413 nation,1471 neither3808 shall they learn3925 war4421 any more.5750

5 O house1004 of Jacob,3290 come3212 you, and let us walk3212 in the light216 of the LORD.3068

6 Therefore you have forsaken5203 your people5971 the house1004 of Jacob,3290 because3588 they be replenished4390 from the east,6924 and are soothsayers6049 like the Philistines,6430 and they please5606 themselves in the children3206 of strangers.5237

7 Their land776 also is full4390 of silver3701 and gold,2091 neither3808 is there any end7097 of their treasures;214 their land776 is also full4390 of horses,5483 neither3808 is there any end7097 of their chariots:4818

8 Their land776 also is full4390 of idols;457 they worship7812 the work4639 of their own hands,3027 that which834 their own fingers676 have made:6213

14 And on all3605 the high7311 mountains,2022 and on all3605 the hills1389 that are lifted5375 up,

15 And on every3605 high1364 tower,4026 and on every3605 fenced1219 wall,2346

17 And the loftiness1365 of man120 shall be bowed7817 down,7817 and the haughtiness7312 of men582 shall be made6213 low:8213 and the LORD3068 alone905 shall be exalted7682 in that day.3117

2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established above the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall look to it.

3 And many people shall go and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many peoples who are far off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into sickles: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

5 O house of Jacob, come, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

6 For thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they are self-satisfied as in the olden days, and they practice augury like the Philistines, and they have reared many alien children.

7 Their land also is filled with silver and gold, and there is no end to their treasures; their land also is filled with horses, and there is no end to their chariots;

8 Their land also is filled with idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:

9 And the common man is humbled, and the mighty man is brought low; therefore forgive them not.

10 Enter into the rocks, and hide in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.

11 The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of man shall be brought low, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

12 For the day of the LORD shall be against every one that is proud and lofty, and against every one that is lifted up, that he shall be brought low;

13 And against all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and against all the oaks of Bashan,

14 And against all the high mountains, and against all the hills that are lifted up,

15 And against every high tower, and against every fenced wall,

16 And against all the ships of Tarshish, and against all the pleasant sights.

17 And the loftiness of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of man shall be brought low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

18 And the idols shall utterly pass away.

19 And the people shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he arises to conquer the earth.

20 In that day a man shall cast away to the moles and to the bats his idols of gold and his idols of silver, which they made each one for themselves to worship,

21 To go into the caves of the rocks, and into the clefts of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he arises to conquer the earth.

22 Shun the man who is hasty for of what account is he?
