2 And this2088 is the manner1697 of the release:8059 Every3605 creditor1167 that lends5383 ought to his neighbor7453 shall release8058 it; he shall not exact5065 it of his neighbor,7453 or of his brother;251 because3588 it is called7121 the LORD's3068 release.8059

2 Also soll‘s aber zugehen mit dem Erlaßjahr8059: Wenn einer seinem Nächsten7453 etwas borget, der soll‘s ihm erlassen8058 und soll‘s nicht5065 einmahnen von3027 seinem Nächsten7453 oder von seinem Bruder251; denn es1697 heißt7121 ein Erlaßjahr8059 dem HErrn3068.

3 Von3027 einem Fremden5237 magst du es einmahnen5065; aber dem, der dein Bruder251 ist, sollst du es erlassen8058.

4 Save657 when3588 there shall be no3808 poor34 among you; for the LORD3068 shall greatly bless1288 you in the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you for an inheritance5159 to possess3423 it:

4 Es657 soll allerdinge kein Bettler unter euch sein3423; denn der HErr3068 wird dich1288 segnen1288 im Lande, das776 dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, geben5414 wird zum Erbe5159 einzunehmen;

5 Only7535 if518 you carefully8085 listen8085 to the voice6963 of the LORD3068 your God,430 to observe8104 to do6213 all3605 these2063 commandments4687 which834 I command6680 you this day.3117

5 allein daß du8085 der Stimme6963 des HErrn3068, deines Gottes430, gehorchest und haltest8104 alle diese Gebote4687, die ich dir heute3117 gebiete6680, daß du8085 danach tust6213!

6 For the LORD3068 your God430 blesses1288 you, as he promised1696 you: and you shall lend5670 to many7227 nations,1471 but you shall not borrow;5670 and you shall reign4910 over many7227 nations,1471 but they shall not reign4910 over you.

6 Denn der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, wird dich segnen1288, wie er dir geredet hat1696. So wirst du vielen7227 Völkern1471 leihen5670, und du wirst von niemand borgen. Du wirst über viele7227 Völker1471 herrschen4910, und über dich wird niemand herrschen4910.

7 If3588 there be among you a poor34 man of one259 of your brothers251 within any259 of your gates8179 in your land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, you shall not harden553 your heart,3824 nor3808 shut7092 your hand3027 from your poor34 brother:251

7 Wenn deiner Brüder251 irgend einer259 arm34 ist in irgend einer259 Stadt8179 in deinem Lande, das776 der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, dir geben5414 wird, so sollst du dein Herz3824 nicht verhärten553 noch deine Hand3027 zuhalten7092 gegen deinen armen34 Bruder251,

8 But you shall open6605 your hand3027 wide6605 to him, and shall surely lend5670 him sufficient1767 for his need,4270 in that which834 he wants.2637

8 sondern sollst sie3027 ihm6605 auftun und ihm6605 leihen5670, nach1767 dem er mangelt4270.
|
|
9 Beware8104 that there be not a thought1697 in your wicked1100 heart,3824 saying,559 The seventh7637 year,8141 the year8141 of release,8059 is at7126 hand;7126 and your eye5869 be evil7489 against your poor34 brother,251 and you give5414 him nothing;3808 and he cry7121 to the LORD3068 against5921 you, and it be sin2399 to you.

9 Hüte dich8104, daß nicht in8141 deinem Herzen3824 ein Belialstück sei, das1697 da spreche559: Es nahet herzu7126 das siebente7651 Jahr8141, das Erlaßjahr, und sehest deinen armen34 Bruder251 unfreundlich an7121 und gebest ihm nicht; so wird er5414 über dich5869 zum HErrn3068 rufen, so wirst du7489 es Sünde2399 haben;

10 You shall surely give5414 him, and your heart3824 shall not be grieved7489 when you give5414 to him: because3588 that for this2088 thing1697 the LORD3068 your God430 shall bless1288 you in all3605 your works,4639 and in all3605 that you put4916 your hand3027 to.

10 sondern du sollst ihm3027 geben5414, und5414 dein Herz3824 nicht3415 verdrießen lassen5414, daß du ihm gibst; denn um1558 solches1697 willen wird dich der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, segnen1288 in allen deinen Werken4639 und was du vornimmst4916.

11 For the poor34 shall never3808 cease2308 out of the land:776 therefore5921 3651 I command6680 you, saying,559 You shall open6605 your hand3027 wide6605 to your brother,251 to your poor,6041 and to your needy,34 in your land.776
|
11 Es werden allezeit Arme34 sein2308 im7130 Lande776; darum gebiete6680 ich dir und sage559, daß du deine Hand3027 auftust6605 deinem Bruder251, der bedrängt6041 und arm34 ist in deinem Lande776.

12 And if3588 your brother,251 an Hebrew5680 man, or176 an Hebrew5680 woman, be sold4376 to you, and serve5647 you six8337 years;8141 then in the seventh7637 year8141 you shall let him go7971 free2670 from you.
|
12 Wenn sich dein Bruder251, ein Ebräer oder Ebräerin, dir verkauft4376, so soll er dir sechs8337 Jahre8141 dienen5647; im siebenten7637 Jahr8141 sollst du ihn frei2670 losgeben7971.

13 And when3588 you send7971 him out free2670 from you, you shall not let him go7971 away empty:7387

13 Und wenn du ihn frei2670 losgibst7971, sollst du ihn nicht leer7387 von dir gehen lassen7971,
|
|
14 You shall furnish6059 him liberally6059 out of your flock,6629 and out of your floor,1637 and out of your wine press:3342 of that with which834 the LORD3068 your God430 has blessed1288 you you shall give5414 to him.
|
14 sondern sollst ihm6059 auflegen von deinen Schafen6629, von deiner Tenne1637, von deiner Kelter3342, daß du gebest5414 von dem, das dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, gesegnet1288 hat.

15 And you shall remember2142 that you were1961 a slave5650 in the land776 of Egypt,4714 and the LORD3068 your God430 redeemed6299 you: therefore5921 3651 I command6680 you this2088 thing1697 to day.3117

15 Und gedenke2142, daß du auch Knecht5650 warest in Ägyptenland776, und der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, dich erlöset hat; darum gebiete6680 ich6299 dir solches1697 heute3117.

16 And it shall be, if3588 he say559 to you, I will not go3318 away3318 from you; because3588 he loves157 you and your house,1004 because3588 he is well2895 with you;
|
16 Wird er aber zur dir sprechen559: Ich will nicht ausziehen von3318 dir, denn ich habe dich und dein Haus1004 lieb157 (weil ihm wohl2895 bei dir ist),

17 Then you shall take3947 an awl,4836 and thrust5414 it through his ear241 to the door,1817 and he shall be your servant5650 for ever.5769 And also637 to your maidservant519 you shall do6213 likewise.3651
|
17 so nimm3947 einen Pfriemen4836 und bohre ihn durch sein Ohr241 an der Tür1817 und laß ihn ewiglich5769 deinen Knecht5650 sein. Mit deiner Magd519 sollst du auch also6213 tun5414.

18 It shall not seem7185 hard7185 to you, when you send7971 him away free2670 from you; for he has been worth7939 a double4932 hired7916 servant7916 to you, in serving5647 you six8337 years:8141 and the LORD3068 your God430 shall bless1288 you in all3605 that you do.6213

18 Und5647 laß dich‘s nicht schwer dünken7185, daß du ihn5869 frei2670 losgibst: denn er hat dir als ein zwiefältiger Taglöhner sechs8337 Jahre8141 gedienet; so wird7971 der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, dich segnen1288 in allem, was du tust6213.

19 All3605 the firstling1060 males2145 that come3205 of your herd1241 and of your flock6629 you shall sanctify6942 to the LORD3068 your God:430 you shall do no3808 work5647 with the firstling1060 of your bullock,7794 nor3808 shear1494 the firstling1060 of your sheep.6629

19 Alle Erstgeburt1060, die unter5647 deinen Rindern1241 und Schafen6629 geboren3205 wird, das ein Männlein2145 ist, sollst du dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, heiligen6942. Du sollst nicht ackern mit dem Erstling deiner Ochsen7794 und nicht bescheren die Erstlinge1060 deiner Schafe6629.

20 You shall eat398 it before6440 the LORD3068 your God430 year8141 by year8141 in the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose,977 you and your household.1004

20 Vor6440 dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, sollst du sie8141 essen398 jährlich8141 an der Stätte4725, die der HErr3068 erwählet, du und dein Haus1004.
|
|
21 And if3588 there be any blemish3971 therein, as if it be lame,6455 or176 blind,5787 or have any3605 ill7451 blemish,3971 you shall not sacrifice2076 it to the LORD3068 your God.430
|
21 Wenn es aber einen Fehl3971 hat, daß es hinket, oder blind5787 ist, oder sonst irgend einen bösen7451 Fehl3971, so sollst du es nicht opfern2076 dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430,
|
|
22 You shall eat it within your gates:8179 the unclean2931 and the clean2889 person shall eat398 it alike,3162 as the roebuck,6643 and as the hart.354
|
22 sondern in deinem Tor8179 sollst du es essen398, du seiest unrein2931 oder rein2889, wie ein Reh6643 und Hirsch354;

23 Only7535 you shall not eat398 the blood1818 thereof; you shall pour8210 it on the ground776 as water.4325
|
23 allein daß du seines Bluts1818 nicht essest398, sondern auf die Erde776 gießest8210, wie Wasser4325.
