Kapitel 22

1 Dies ist die Last4853 über das Schautal1516: Was ist denn645 euch, daß ihr alle so auf5927 die Dächer1406 laufet?

2 Du warest voll4392 Getönes8663, eine Stadt5892 voll Volks1993, eine fröhliche5947 Stadt7151. Deine Erschlagenen2491 sind nicht mit dem Schwert2719 erschlagen2491 und nicht im Streit4421 gestorben4191,

3 sondern alle3162 deine Hauptleute7101 sind4672 vor dem Bogen7198 weggewichen und gefangen631; alle3162, die man in dir funden hat, sind gefangen631 und fern7350 geflohen1272.

4 Darum sage559 ich: Hebt euch von mir8159, laßt mich bitterlich4843 weinen1065; mühet euch nicht213, mich zu trösten5162 über der Verstörung7701 der Tochter1323 meines Volks5971!

5 Denn es ist ein Tag3117 des Getümmels4103 und7023 der Zertretung4001 und Verwirrung3998 vom HErrn136 HErrn3069 Zebaoth6635 im Schautal1516 um des Untergrabens willen6979 der Mauern und des Geschreies7771 am Berge2022.

6 Denn Elam5867 fähret daher mit Köcher827, Wagen7393, Leuten120 und Reitern6571, und Kir7024 glänzet daher mit Schilden4043.

7 Und wird geschehen, daß deine auserwählten4005 Tale werden4390 voll Wagen7393 sein, und Reiter6571 werden sich7896 lagern vor, die Tore8179.

8 Da wird der Vorhang4539 Judas aufgedeckt werden1540, daß man schauen5027 wird zu der Zeit3117 den Zeug im Hause1004 des Waldes3293.

9 Und werdet der Risse1233 an7200 der Stadt5892 Davids1732 viel7231 sehen und werdet das Wasser4325 im unteren Teich1295 sammeln6908 müssen.

10 Ihr werdet auch die Häuser1004 zu Jerusalem3389 zählen5608; ja, ihr werdet die Häuser1004 abbrechen5422, die Mauern2346 zu befestigen1219.

11 Und werdet einen Graben4724 machen6213 zwischen beiden Mauern2346 vom Wasser4325 des alten3465 Teichs1295. Noch sehet ihr7200 nicht5027 auf den, der solches tut6213, und schauet nicht3335 auf den, der solches schaffet von ferne7350 her.

12 Darum wird der HErr136 HErr3069 Zebaoth6635 zu der Zeit3117 rufen lassen, daß man7121 weine1065 und klage4553 und sich beschere und Säcke8242 anziehe2296.

13 Wiewohl jetzt, siehe, ist‘s eitel Freude8342 und Wonne8057, Ochsen1241 würgen2026, Schafe6629 schlachten7819, Fleisch1320 essen398, Wein3196 trinken8354 (und sprechet): Laßt uns essen398 und trinken8354, wir sterben4191 doch morgen4279!

14 Solches ist vor den Ohren241 des HErrn3069 Zebaoth6635 offenbar. Was gilt‘s, ob euch diese Missetat5771 soll vergeben werden1540, bis ihr sterbet4191? spricht559 der HErr3068 HErr136 Zebaoth6635.

15 So spricht der HErr136 HErr3069 Zebaoth6635: Gehe3212 hinein935 zum Schatzmeister5532 Sebna7644, dem Hofmeister, und1004 sprich559 zu ihm:

16 Was hast du hie? Wem gehörest du an, daß du dir ein Grab6913 hie hauen lässest2672, als der sein Grab6913 in der Höhe4791 hauen läßt, und als der seine Wohnung4908 in den Felsen5553 machen2710 läßt?

17 Siehe, der1397 HErr3068 wird dich5844 wegwerfen2904, wie ein Starker einen wegwirft2925, und dich5844 zuscharren,

18 und wird dich6801 umtreiben wie eine Kugel1754 auf weitem Lande776; daselbst wirst du3027 sterben4191, daselbst werden deine köstlichen3519 Wagen4818 bleiben mit Schmach7036 des Hauses1004 deines HErrn113.

19 Und ich will dich von deinem Stande4673 stürzen1920 und von deinem Amt4612 will ich dich setzen2040.

20 Und zu der Zeit3117 will ich7121 rufen meinem Knecht5650 Eliakim, dem Sohn1121 Hilkias2518,

21 und will ihm deinen Rock3801 anziehen3847 und mit deinem Gürtel73 gürten und deine Gewalt4475 in seine Hand3027 geben5414, daß er2388 Vater1 sei derer, die zu Jerusalem3389 wohnen3427, und des Hauses1004 Juda3063.

22 Und will die Schlüssel4668 zum Hause1004 David1732 auf6605 seine Schulter7926 legen5414, daß er auftue6605 und niemand zuschließe5462, daß er zuschließe5462 und niemand auftue.

23 Und will ihn zum Nagel3489 stecken8628 an einen festen539 Ort4725, und soll haben den Stuhl3678 der Ehren3519 in seines Vaters1 Hause1004,

24 daß man an ihn hänge8518 alle Herrlichkeit3519 seines Vaters1 Hauses1004; Kind6631 und Kindeskinder6849, alle kleinen6996 Geräte3627, beide, Trinkgefäße3627 und allerlei Saitenspiel3627.

25 Zu der Zeit3117, spricht5002 der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635, soll3772 der Nagel3489 weggenommen4185 werden539, der am festen Ort4725 steckt, daß er8628 zerbreche1438 und falle5307 und seine Last4853 umkomme. Denn der HErr3068 sagt1696 es.

3 All3605 your rulers7101 are fled5074 together,3162 they are bound631 by the archers:7198 all3605 that are found4672 in you are bound631 together,3162 which have fled1272 from far.7350

4 Therefore5921 3651 said559 I, Look8159 away from me; I will weep1065 bitterly,4843 labor213 not to comfort5162 me, because5921 of the spoiling7701 of the daughter1323 of my people.5971

5 For it is a day3117 of trouble,4103 and of treading4001 down, and of perplexity3998 by the Lord136 GOD3069 of hosts6635 in the valley1516 of vision,2384 breaking6979 down the walls,7023 and of crying7771 to the mountains.2022

10 And you have numbered5608 the houses1004 of Jerusalem,3389 and the houses1004 have you broken5422 down5422 to fortify1219 the wall.2346

11 You made6213 also a ditch4724 between996 the two walls2346 for the water4325 of the old3465 pool:1295 but you have not looked5027 to the maker6213 thereof, neither3808 had respect7200 to him that fashioned3335 it long7350 ago.7350

12 And in that day3117 did the Lord136 GOD3069 of hosts6635 call7121 to weeping,1065 and to mourning,4553 and to baldness,7144 and to girding2296 with sackcloth:8242

13 And behold2009 joy8342 and gladness,8057 slaying2026 oxen,1241 and killing7819 sheep,6629 eating398 flesh,1320 and drinking8354 wine:3196 let us eat398 and drink;8354 for to morrow4279 we shall die.4191

14 And it was revealed1540 in my ears241 by the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 Surely518 this2088 iniquity5771 shall not be purged3722 from you till5704 you die,4191 said559 the Lord136 GOD3069 of hosts.6635

15 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD3069 of hosts,6635 Go,3212 get935 you to this2088 treasurer,5532 even to Shebna,7644 which834 is over5921 the house,1004 and say,559

16 What4100 have you here?6311 and whom4310 have you here,6311 that you have hewed2672 you out a sepulcher6913 here,6311 as he that hews2672 him out a sepulcher6913 on high,4791 and that engraves2710 an habitation4908 for himself in a rock?5553

17 Behold,2009 the LORD3068 will carry2904 you away with a mighty1397 captivity,2925 and will surely cover5844 you.

18 He will surely violently turn6801 and toss6802 you like a ball1754 into413 a large7342 3027 country:776 there8033 shall you die,4191 and there8033 the chariots4818 of your glory3519 shall be the shame7036 of your lord's113 house.1004

19 And I will drive1920 you from your station,4673 and from your state4612 shall he pull2040 you down.

20 And it shall come1961 to pass in that day,3117 that I will call7121 my servant5650 Eliakim471 the son1121 of Hilkiah:2518

21 And I will clothe3847 him with your robe,3801 and strengthen2388 him with your girdle,73 and I will commit5414 your government4475 into his hand:3027 and he shall be a father1 to the inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem,3389 and to the house1004 of Judah.3063

22 And the key4668 of the house1004 of David1732 will I lay5414 on his shoulder;7926 so he shall open,6605 and none369 shall shut;5462 and he shall shut,5462 and none369 shall open.6605

23 And I will fasten8628 him as a nail3489 in a sure539 place;4725 and he shall be for a glorious3519 throne3678 to his father's1 house.1004

24 And they shall hang8518 on him all3605 the glory3519 of his father's1 house,1004 the offspring6631 and the issue,6849 all3605 vessels3627 of small6996 quantity, from the vessels3627 of cups,101 even to all3605 the vessels3627 of flagons.5035
