Глава 36

1 И взял народ земли Иоахаза, сына Иосиина, и поставили его царем, вместо отца его, в Иерусалиме.

2 Иоахаз был двадцати трех лет, когда начал царствовать, и царствовал в Иерусалиме три месяца.

3 И царь Египетский низложил его в Иерусалиме, и наложил на землю пени сто талантов серебра и талант золота.

4 И сделал царь Египетский царем Иудеи и Иерусалима брата его. Елиакима, и переменил имя его на Иоакима. А Иоахаза, брата его, Нехо взял, и перевел его в Египет.

5 Иоаким был двадцати пяти лет когда начал царствовать, и царствовал в Иерусалиме одиннадцать лет, и делал неприятное для очей Господа, Бога своего.

6 Против него выступил Невухаднецар, царь Вавилонский, и оковал его медными оковами, чтоб отвести в Вавилон.

7 И часть сосудов дома Господа Невухаднецар перенес в Вавилон, и отдал их в храм свой в Вавилоне.

8 Прочие деяния Иоакима и мерзости его, какие он делал, и что на нем найдено, описаны в книге царей Израильских и Иудейских. Вместо его, сделался царем сын его, Иоахин.

9 Иоахин был осьми лет, когда начал царствовать, и царствовал в Иерусалиме три месяца и десять дней, и делал неприятное для очей Господа.

10 По прошествии года послал царь Невухаднецар, и велел привести его в Вавилон с драгоценными сосудами дома Господа, и поставил царем Иудеи в Иерусалиме брата его, Седекию.

11 Седекия был двадцати одного года, когда начал царствовать, и царствовал в Иерусалиме одиннадцать лет.

12 И делал неприятное для очей Господа, Бога своего, и не смирился пред пророком Иеремиею, говорившим из уст Господа.

13 И притом отложился от царя Невухаднецара, который принудил его клясться Богом; и упорно держал шею свою, и сердце свое ожесточил, чтоб не обратиться к Господу, Богу Израилеву.

14 И все начальники священников и народа много делали беззаконий, подобных всем мерзостям народов, и сквернили дом Господа, который Он освятил в Иерусалиме.

15 И посылал к ним Господь, Бог отцев их, посланников Своих, посылал их с раннего утра, потому что Он жалел народа Своего и жилища Своего.

16 Но они издевались над посланными от Бога, и пренебрегали словами Его, и ругались над пророками Его, доколе не сошел гнев Господа на народ Его так, что не было исцеления.

17 И пришел на них царь Халдейский, и в святом доме их убил мечем отличных из них, и не щадил ни юноши, ни девицы, ни старого, ни престарелого: всех предал Бог в руку его.

18 И все сосуды дома Божия, большие и малые, и сокровища дома Господа, и сокровища царей и князей его, все перенес он в Вавилон.

19 И дом Божий сожгли, и разрушили стену Иерусалима, и все чертоги его сожгли огнем, и все драгоценные сосуды его погибли.

20 А оставшихся от меча он переселил в Вавилон, и они были рабами его и детей его, доколе не стало царствовать царство Персидское,

21 Доколе, во исполнение слова Господа, сказанного устами Иеремии, земля не отпраздновала суббот своих. Она субботствовала во все дни запустения до исполнения семидесяти лет.

22 А в первый год Кира, царя Персидского, во исполнение слова Господа, сказанного устами Иеремии, возбудил Господь дух Кира, царя Персидского, и он велел объявить по всему царству своему словесно и письменно, и сказать:

23 Так говорит Кир, царь Персидский: все царства земли отдал мне Господь, Бог небесный; и Он возложил на меня построить Ему дом в Иерусалиме, что в Иудее: кто из вас, из всего народа Его желает идти туда, тот иди, Господь Бог да будет с ним.

1 THEN the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah, and made him king in his father's stead in Jerusalem.

2 And Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.

3 And the king of Egypt deposed him,

4 And he made Eliakim his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem, and changed his name to Jehoiakim. And Pharaoh the lame took Jehoahaz his brother and carried him to Egypt, and he died there.

5 Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem; and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God.

6 Against him came up Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and bound him in chains to carry him to Babylon.

7 Nebuchadnezzar also carried away some of the vessels of the house of the LORD to Babylon and put them in his temple in Babylon.

8 Now the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim and the abominations which he did, behold, they are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel and Judah; and Jehoiachin his son reigned in his stead.

9 Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem; and he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD.

10 And when the year was expired, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon sent a force against him and brought him to Babylon, both him and the precious vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.

11 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.

12 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who prophesied from the mouth of the LORD.

13 And he also rebelled against Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by the name of the LORD; but he stiffened his neck and hardened his heart and would not pray before the LORD God of Israel.

14 Moreover all the chiefs of the priests and of the Levites and of the people transgressed very much after all the abominations of the nations, and polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in Jerusalem.

15 And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, giving useful advice in advance; because he had compassion on his people and on the flock that he had chosen;

16 But they laughed at the messengers of the LORD and despised their words and mocked his prophets until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

17 Therefore he brought up against them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary and who had no compassion upon young men or virgins, nor upon the old men, nor upon babies; he delivered them all into his hand.

18 And all the vessels of the house of the LORD, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the LORD and the treasures of the king and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.

19 And they burned the house of the LORD and broke down the walls of Jerusalem and burned all its palaces with fire and destroyed all the costly vessels thereof.

20 And those who had escaped from the sword he carried away captive to Babylon, where they became servants to him and to his sons until the LORD delivered the kingdom to the Persians;

21 To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet until the land had enjoyed its sabbaths, all the days that it lay desolate until the seventy years were completed.

22 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and put it also in writing, saying,

23 Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth has the LORD God of heaven given me; and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people with whom the LORD his God is pleased? Let him go up, and let him come to me.

2 And Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.

3 И царь Египетский низложил его в Иерусалиме, и наложил на землю пени сто талантов серебра и талант золота.

3 And the king of Egypt deposed him,

4 И сделал царь Египетский царем Иудеи и Иерусалима брата его. Елиакима, и переменил имя его на Иоакима. А Иоахаза, брата его, Нехо взял, и перевел его в Египет.

4 And he made Eliakim his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem, and changed his name to Jehoiakim. And Pharaoh the lame took Jehoahaz his brother and carried him to Egypt, and he died there.

7 Nebuchadnezzar also carried away some of the vessels of the house of the LORD to Babylon and put them in his temple in Babylon.

10 По прошествии года послал царь Невухаднецар, и велел привести его в Вавилон с драгоценными сосудами дома Господа, и поставил царем Иудеи в Иерусалиме брата его, Седекию.

10 And when the year was expired, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon sent a force against him and brought him to Babylon, both him and the precious vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.

11 Седекия был двадцати одного года, когда начал царствовать, и царствовал в Иерусалиме одиннадцать лет.

11 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.

12 И делал неприятное для очей Господа, Бога своего, и не смирился пред пророком Иеремиею, говорившим из уст Господа.

12 And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who prophesied from the mouth of the LORD.

13 И притом отложился от царя Невухаднецара, который принудил его клясться Богом; и упорно держал шею свою, и сердце свое ожесточил, чтоб не обратиться к Господу, Богу Израилеву.

13 And he also rebelled against Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by the name of the LORD; but he stiffened his neck and hardened his heart and would not pray before the LORD God of Israel.

14 И все начальники священников и народа много делали беззаконий, подобных всем мерзостям народов, и сквернили дом Господа, который Он освятил в Иерусалиме.

14 Moreover all the chiefs of the priests and of the Levites and of the people transgressed very much after all the abominations of the nations, and polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in Jerusalem.

15 И посылал к ним Господь, Бог отцев их, посланников Своих, посылал их с раннего утра, потому что Он жалел народа Своего и жилища Своего.

15 And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, giving useful advice in advance; because he had compassion on his people and on the flock that he had chosen;

16 Но они издевались над посланными от Бога, и пренебрегали словами Его, и ругались над пророками Его, доколе не сошел гнев Господа на народ Его так, что не было исцеления.

16 But they laughed at the messengers of the LORD and despised their words and mocked his prophets until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

17 И пришел на них царь Халдейский, и в святом доме их убил мечем отличных из них, и не щадил ни юноши, ни девицы, ни старого, ни престарелого: всех предал Бог в руку его.

17 Therefore he brought up against them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary and who had no compassion upon young men or virgins, nor upon the old men, nor upon babies; he delivered them all into his hand.

18 И все сосуды дома Божия, большие и малые, и сокровища дома Господа, и сокровища царей и князей его, все перенес он в Вавилон.

18 And all the vessels of the house of the LORD, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the LORD and the treasures of the king and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.

19 И дом Божий сожгли, и разрушили стену Иерусалима, и все чертоги его сожгли огнем, и все драгоценные сосуды его погибли.

19 And they burned the house of the LORD and broke down the walls of Jerusalem and burned all its palaces with fire and destroyed all the costly vessels thereof.

20 А оставшихся от меча он переселил в Вавилон, и они были рабами его и детей его, доколе не стало царствовать царство Персидское,

20 And those who had escaped from the sword he carried away captive to Babylon, where they became servants to him and to his sons until the LORD delivered the kingdom to the Persians;

21 Доколе, во исполнение слова Господа, сказанного устами Иеремии, земля не отпраздновала суббот своих. Она субботствовала во все дни запустения до исполнения семидесяти лет.

21 To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet until the land had enjoyed its sabbaths, all the days that it lay desolate until the seventy years were completed.

22 А в первый год Кира, царя Персидского, во исполнение слова Господа, сказанного устами Иеремии, возбудил Господь дух Кира, царя Персидского, и он велел объявить по всему царству своему словесно и письменно, и сказать:

22 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah the prophet might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and put it also in writing, saying,

23 Так говорит Кир, царь Персидский: все царства земли отдал мне Господь, Бог небесный; и Он возложил на меня построить Ему дом в Иерусалиме, что в Иудее: кто из вас, из всего народа Его желает идти туда, тот иди, Господь Бог да будет с ним.

23 Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth has the LORD God of heaven given me; and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people with whom the LORD his God is pleased? Let him go up, and let him come to me.
