1 Видение Авдии. Так говорит Господь Иегова о Едоме; слышим известие от Иеговы; вестник послан по народам: `вставайте, пойдем против него войною!`

1 The vision2377 of Obadiah.5662 Thus3541 said559 the Lord136 GOD3069 concerning Edom;123 We have heard8085 a rumor8052 from the LORD,3068 and an ambassador6735 is sent7971 among the heathen,1471 Arise6965 you, and let us rise6965 up against5921 her in battle.4421

2 Се, Я сделал тебя маловажным среди народов; ты весьма ничтожен.
|
2 Behold,2009 I have made5414 you small6996 among the heathen:1471 you are greatly3966 despised.959
|
|
3 Но гордость сердца твоего обольстила тебя. О! поселившийся на утесах скал, живущий на высоте, говорящий в сердце своем: `кто низринет меня на землю?`
|
3 The pride2087 of your heart3820 has deceived5377 you, you that dwell7931 in the clefts2288 of the rock,5553 whose habitation3427 is high;4791 that said559 in his heart,3820 Who4310 shall bring3381 me down3381 to the ground?776
|
|
4 Хотя бы ты возлетел, как орел, и хотя бы среди звезд поставил гнездо свое, и оттуда низрину тебя, говорит Иегова.
|
4 Though3588 518 you exalt1361 yourself as the eagle,5404 and though3588 518 you set7760 your nest7064 among996 the stars,3556 there8033 will I bring3381 you down,3381 said5002 the LORD.3068

|
5 Не воры ли приходили к тебе? не ночные ли грабители? О! как ты разорен! но они украли бы сколько им надобно; если бы обиратели винограда приходили к тебе, то и они оставили бы недобранное.
|
5 If518 thieves1590 came935 to you, if518 robbers7703 by night,3915 (how349 are you cut1820 off!) would they not have stolen1589 till they had enough?1767 if518 the grape gatherers1219 came935 to you, would they not leave7604 some grapes?6025

6 О! как обобран Исав! обысканы сокровищницы его.
|
6 How349 are the things of Esau6215 searched2664 out! how are his hidden4710 things sought1156 up!
|
|
7 До границы провожают тебя все союзники твои, обольстили тебя, одолели тебя друзья твои; ядущие хлеб твой устроили ковы против тебя. Нет у него рассудка.
|
7 All3605 the men582 of your confederacy1285 have brought7971 you even to the border:1366 the men582 that were at peace7965 with you have deceived5377 you, and prevailed3201 against you; that they eat your bread3899 have laid7760 a wound4204 under8478 you: there is none369 understanding8394 in him.

8 В тот день, говорит Иегова, отниму мудрецов у Едома и рассудок у жителей горы Исавовой.
|
8 Shall I not in that day,3117 said5002 the LORD,3068 even destroy6 the wise2450 men out of Edom,123 and understanding8394 out of the mount2022 of Esau?6215
|
|
9 И оробеют храбрецы твои, Феман, чтобы погибли мужи горы Исавовой на побоище.
|
9 And your mighty1368 men, O Teman,8487 shall be dismayed,2865 to the end4616 that every376 one376 of the mount2022 of Esau6215 may be cut3772 off by slaughter.6993
|
|
10 За обиду брата твоего, Иакова, стыд покроет тебя; и погибнешь навек.
|
10 For your violence2555 against your brother251 Jacob3290 shame955 shall cover3680 you, and you shall be cut3772 off for ever.5769
|
|
11 В тот день, когда стоял ты вблизи, в тот день, когда чужие вели в плен силу его и иноземцы вошли во врата его, и бросали жребий о Иерусалиме; и ты был как один из них!
|
11 In the day3117 that you stood5975 on the other5048 side,5048 in the day3117 that the strangers2114 carried7617 away captive7617 his forces,2428 and foreigners5237 entered935 into his gates,8179 and cast3032 lots1486 on Jerusalem,3389 even1571 you were as one259 of them.

|
12 Не надлежало бы тебе смотреть на несчастный день брата твоего, на день его странного опустошения; и не надлежало бы радоваться о сынах Иуды в день погибели их, не надлежало бы разевать рта своего в день скорби.
|
12 But you should not have looked7200 on the day3117 of your brother251 in the day3117 that he became a stranger;5235 neither408 should you have rejoiced8055 over the children1121 of Judah3063 in the day3117 of their destruction;6 neither408 should you have spoken6310 proudly1431 in the day3117 of distress.6869
|
|
13 Не надлежало бы входить во врата народа Моего в день несчастия их; не надлежало бы смотреть и тебе на бедствие его в день горести его; и не надлежало бы простирать рук на имение его в день гибели его.
|
13 You should not have entered935 into the gate8179 of my people5971 in the day3117 of their calamity;343 yes,1571 you should not have looked7200 on their affliction7451 in the day3117 of their calamity,343 nor408 have laid7971 hands on their substance2428 in the day3117 of their calamity;343
|
|
14 Не надлежало бы также стоять на распутьях, чтобы рубить бегущих его, и не надлежало бы выдавать спасшихся его в день бедствия.
|
14 Neither408 should you have stood5975 in the crossway,6563 to cut3772 off those of his that did escape;6412 neither408 should you have delivered5462 up those of his that did remain8300 in the day3117 of distress.6869
|
|
15 Ибо близок день Иеговы, грядущий на все народы. Как ты поступал, так поступлено будет с тобою; злодеяние твое обратится на твою голову.
|
15 For the day3117 of the LORD3068 is near7138 on all3605 the heathen:1471 as you have done,6213 it shall be done6213 to you: your reward1576 shall return7725 on your own head.7218
|
|
16 Ибо как вы пили на святой горе Моей, так все народы будут пить непрестанно; и выпьют, и проглотят, и будут как бы их не было.
|
16 For as you have drunk8354 on my holy6944 mountain,2022 so shall all3605 the heathen1471 drink8354 continually,8548 yes, they shall drink,8354 and they shall swallow3886 down, and they shall be as though they had not been.1961
|
|
17 А на горе Сионе будет уцелевшее, и будет оно святынею; и наследует дом Иакова свои наследия.
|
17 But on mount2022 Zion6726 shall be deliverance,6413 and there shall be holiness;6944 and the house1004 of Jacob3290 shall possess3423 their possessions.4180
|
|
18 Тогда дом Иакова будет огнем, дом Иосифа пламенем, а дом Исавов соломою; и сожгут их, и истребят их, и не будет уцелевшего в доме Исава: ибо Иегова говорит.
|
18 And the house1004 of Jacob3290 shall be a fire,784 and the house1004 of Joseph3130 a flame,3852 and the house1004 of Esau6215 for stubble,7179 and they shall kindle1814 in them, and devour398 them; and there shall not be any remaining8300 of the house1004 of Esau;6215 for the LORD3068 has spoken1696 it.

19 И овладеют южные горою Исава; и жители низменности Филистимлянами; и займут поле Ефремове и поле Самарийское, а Вениамин - Галаадские земли.
|
19 And they of the south5045 shall possess3423 the mount2022 of Esau;6215 and they of the plain8219 the Philistines:6430 and they shall possess3423 the fields7704 of Ephraim,669 and the fields7704 of Samaria:8111 and Benjamin1144 shall possess Gilead.1568
|
|
20 И сие переселенное сонмище сынов Израилевых займет земли хананеев до Сарепты; и переселенные иерусалимляне, которые в Сефараде, займут города южные.
|
20 And the captivity1546 of this2088 host2426 of the children1121 of Israel3478 shall possess that of the Canaanites,3669 even to Zarephath;6886 and the captivity1546 of Jerusalem,3389 which834 is in Sepharad,5614 shall possess3423 the cities5892 of the south.5045
|
|
21 И взойдут на гору Сион победители, чтобы судить гору Исавову; и будет царство Иеговы.
|
21 And saviors3467 shall come5927 up on mount2022 Zion6726 to judge8199 the mount2022 of Esau;6215 and the kingdom4410 shall be the LORD's.3068
