Глава 1

1 ГОСПОДЬ говорил с Моисеем в Шатре Откровения (было это в Синайской пустыне в первый день второго месяца, на втором году после ухода сынов Израилевых из Египта) и поручил ему и Аарону:

2 «Исчислите всех в общине Израиля — род за родом, семью за семьей — всех мужчин поименно, одного за другим,

3 от двадцати лет и старше — всех годных в войско израильское. Тебе с Аароном надо будет зачислить их в войсковые соединения.

4 [4-5] В помощь вам будут по одному человеку от каждого колена, главы в семьях своих. Вот их имена: Элицур, сын Шедеура, — от колена Рувима;

6 Шелумиэль, сын Цуришаддая, — от колена Симеона;

7 Нахшон, сын Амминадава, — от Иудина колена;

8 Нетанэль, сын Цуара, — от Иссахарова колена;

9 Элиав, сын Хелона, — от колена Завулона;

10 Элишама, сын Аммихуда, — от Ефремова колена; Гамлиэль, сын Педацура, — от колена Манассии; (Ефрем и Манассия — сыновья Иосифа).

11 Авидан, сын Гидони — от Вениаминова колена;

12 Ахиэзер, сын Аммишаддая, — от колена Данова;

13 Пагиэль, сын Охрана, — от Асирова колена;

14 Эльясаф, сын Деуэля, — от Гадова колена;

15 Ахира, сын Энана, — от колена Неффалима».

16 Те, кого из всей общины Бог избрал, — главы тысяч Израилевых, вожди тех колен, что ведут начало свое от двенадцати их предков.

17 Моисей с Аароном собрали всех этих названных поименно мужчин

18 и вместе с ними в тот первый день второго месяца созвали всю общину. В тот день все израильтяне, достигшие двадцати лет, ответили на вопрос о своем происхождении, указали, из какого они рода и какой семьи; и каждый из них был взят на учет поименно,

19 как повелел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею. И пересчитал он их в пустыне Синайской.

20 Из потомков Рувима, первенца Израилева, пересчитаны были все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

21 Число таковых в колене Рувима составило сорок шесть тысяч пятьсот человек.

22 Из потомков Симеона были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

23 Число таковых в колене Симеона составило пятьдесят девять тысяч триста человек.

24 Из потомков Гада были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

25 Число таковых в колене Гадовом составило сорок пять тысяч шестьсот пятьдесят человек.

26 Из потомков Иуды были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

27 Число таковых в колене Иудином составило семьдесят четыре тысячи шестьсот человек.

28 Из потомков Иссахара были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

29 Число таковых в колене Иссахаровом составило пятьдесят четыре тысячи четыреста человек.

30 Из потомков Завулона были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

31 Число таковых в колене Завулоновом составило пятьдесят семь тысяч четыреста человек.

32 [32-35] Из потомков Иосифа, то есть потомков Ефрема и Манассии, были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе. Число таковых в колене Ефрема составило сорок тысяч пятьсот человек, а в колене Манассии — тридцать две тысячи двести человек.

39 Число таковых в колене Дановом составило шестьдесят две тысячи семьсот человек.

40 Из потомков Асира были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

41 Число таковых в колене Асировом составило сорок одну тысячу пятьсот человек.

42 Из потомков Неффалима были пересчитаны все мужчины от двадцати лет и старше; все, кто был годен к воинской службе, были зачислены в войско поименно, один за другим, в соответствии с учетом, что провели в каждом их роде и семействе.

43 Число таковых в колене Неффалимовом составило пятьдесят три тысячи четыреста человек.

44 Таковы были данные того подсчета, который провели Моисей с Аароном вместе с двенадцатью израильскими вождями, представлявшими все семьи своего колена.

45 И общее число всех израильтян во всех их родах и семьях, общее число мужчин от двадцати лет и старше, кто был годен к воинской службе в Израиле

46 и был взят на учет, составило шестьсот три тысячи пятьсот пятьдесят человек.

47 Однако подсчет левитов по их семействам наряду с другими израильтянами не проводился,

48 ведь ГОСПОДЬ так сказал Моисею:

49 «Только не считай никого из колена Левия, не включай их в общий подсчет с остальными сынами Израилевыми.

50 У левитов будет свое служение: возложи на них ответственность за Скинию, хранящую в себе Свидетельство о воле Господней, и за принадлежности ее, и за всё, что в ней. Им надлежит носить Скинию со всей утварью ее; им и служить при ней и вкруг нее разбивать свой стан.

51 Левиты будут разбирать и складывать Скинию, когда придется отправляться в путь, и они же будут устанавливать ее всякий раз во время стоянок. А если кто, на это служение не посвященный, дерзнет к нему приступить, тот должен быть предан смерти.

52 Все прочие израильтяне должны располагаться поодаль в станах своих под собственными знаменами, по войсковым соединениям их.

53 Левитам же следует разбивать свой стан вокруг Скинии, в коей Свидетельство о воле Господней. И не падет тогда гнев Его на общину Израиля — левиты всегда будут стражами Скинии Свидетельства».

54 Всё так и сделали израильтяне. Как повелел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею, так они и сделали.

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

2 Take the census of all the congregation of the children of Israel, by their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;

3 From twenty years old and upward, all who are able to go forth to war in Israel; you and Aaron your brother shall number them by their armies.

4 And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one the head of the house of his fathers.

5 And these are the names of the men who shall help you: of the tribe of Reuben, Elizur the son of Shedeur.

6 Of Simeon, Shelmuiel the son of Zurishaddai.

7 Of Judah, Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

8 Of Issachar, Nethanael the son of Zuar.

9 Of Zebulun, Eliab the son of Helon.

10 Of the sons of Joseph, of Ephraim, Elishama the son of Ammihud; of Manasseh, Gamaliel the son of Perzur.

11 Of Benjamin, Abidan the son of Gideoni.

12 Of Dan, Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.

13 Of Asher, Pagiel the son of Ocran.

14 Of Gad, Eliasaph the son of Reuel.

15 Of Naphtali, Ahida the son of Enan.

16 These were the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands of the army of Israel.

17 And Moses and Aaron took these men who were chosen by their names;

18 And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they were numbered after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of their names from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.

19 As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

20 And the children of Reuben, Israel's first-born, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

21 The number of the tribe of Reuben was forty-six thousand and five hundred.

22 Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

23 The number of the tribe of Simeon was fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.

24 Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

25 The number of the tribe of Gad was forty-five thousand and six hundred and fifty.

26 Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

27 The number of the tribe of Judah was seventy-four thousand and six hundred.

28 Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

29 The number of the tribe of Issachar was fifty-four thousand and four hundred.

30 Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

31 The number of the tribe of Zebulun was fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.

32 Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

33 The number of the tribe of Ephraim was forty thousand and five hundred.

34 Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

35 The number of the tribe of Manasseh was thirty-two thousand and two hundred.

36 Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

37 The number of the tribe of Benjamin was thirty-five thousand and four hundred.

38 Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

39 The number of the tribe of Dan was sixty-two thousand and seven hundred.

40 Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

41 The number of the tribe of Asher was forty-one thousand and five hundred.

42 Of the children of Naphtali, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

43 The number of the tribe of Naphtali was fifty-three thousand and four hundred.

44 These are those who were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men; each one was from the house of his fathers.

45 So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

46 The total number of the children of Israel was six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

47 ¶But the Levites and the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

48 Because the LORD had spoken to Moses, saying,

49 You shall not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel;

50 But you shall appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony and over all its vessels and over all that belongs to it; they shall carry the tabernacle and all its vessels; and they shall minister to it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

51 And when the tabernacle shall set forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up; and the stranger who comes near shall be put to death.

52 And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

53 But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of the testimony, that there be no wrath against the congregation of the children of Israel; and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.

54 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.

18 And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they were numbered after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of their names from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.

19 как повелел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею. И пересчитал он их в пустыне Синайской.

19 As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

44 Таковы были данные того подсчета, который провели Моисей с Аароном вместе с двенадцатью израильскими вождями, представлявшими все семьи своего колена.

44 These are those who were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men; each one was from the house of his fathers.

45 И общее число всех израильтян во всех их родах и семьях, общее число мужчин от двадцати лет и старше, кто был годен к воинской службе в Израиле

45 So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go forth to war in Israel;

46 и был взят на учет, составило шестьсот три тысячи пятьсот пятьдесят человек.

46 The total number of the children of Israel was six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

47 Однако подсчет левитов по их семействам наряду с другими израильтянами не проводился,

47 ¶But the Levites and the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

48 ведь ГОСПОДЬ так сказал Моисею:

48 Because the LORD had spoken to Moses, saying,

49 «Только не считай никого из колена Левия, не включай их в общий подсчет с остальными сынами Израилевыми.

49 You shall not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel;

50 У левитов будет свое служение: возложи на них ответственность за Скинию, хранящую в себе Свидетельство о воле Господней, и за принадлежности ее, и за всё, что в ней. Им надлежит носить Скинию со всей утварью ее; им и служить при ней и вкруг нее разбивать свой стан.

50 But you shall appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony and over all its vessels and over all that belongs to it; they shall carry the tabernacle and all its vessels; and they shall minister to it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

51 Левиты будут разбирать и складывать Скинию, когда придется отправляться в путь, и они же будут устанавливать ее всякий раз во время стоянок. А если кто, на это служение не посвященный, дерзнет к нему приступить, тот должен быть предан смерти.

51 And when the tabernacle shall set forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up; and the stranger who comes near shall be put to death.

52 Все прочие израильтяне должны располагаться поодаль в станах своих под собственными знаменами, по войсковым соединениям их.

52 And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

53 Левитам же следует разбивать свой стан вокруг Скинии, в коей Свидетельство о воле Господней. И не падет тогда гнев Его на общину Израиля — левиты всегда будут стражами Скинии Свидетельства».

53 But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of the testimony, that there be no wrath against the congregation of the children of Israel; and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.

54 Всё так и сделали израильтяне. Как повелел ГОСПОДЬ Моисею, так они и сделали.

54 And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
