Глава 15

1 Предсказание о Моаве. «Ар-Моав разорен будет, в одну ночь уничтожен! И Кир-Моав разорен будет, в одну ночь уничтожен!

2 Дивон поднимается к храму, на высоты восходит, чтобы там рыдать. О Нево и о Медве плачет Моав; у каждого в знак скорби голова обрита, острижена борода.

3 Бредут по улицам в рубищах, на крышах и площадях рыдают, на земле заходятся в плаче.

4 Вопли стоят в Хешбоне и Эляле, и в самом Яхаце они слышны. Кричат даже воины моавитские — и они в смятении!

5 Скорбит сердце мое о Моаве: бегут из него беженцы в Цоар и до самой Эглат-Шелишии, рыдая, в Лухит поднимаются; и на дороге в Хоронаим о своей погибели вопиют.

6 Иссякли воды Нимрима, и всё вокруг увяло — трава пожухла, зелени не осталось.

7 И всё, что впрок копили моавитяне, что берегли для себя, теперь уносят с собой, переправляют через поток Аравима.

8 Всюду плач и вопль на земле Моава: рыдают в Эглаиме и в Беэр-Элиме.

9 Окрасились кровью воды Дивона, но это еще не предел: Я наведу львов на уцелевших в Моаве, на тех, кто в стране остался».

2 He is gone5927 up to Bajith,1006 and to Dibon,1769 the high1116 places, to weep:1065 Moab4124 shall howl3213 over5921 Nebo,5015 and over5921 Medeba:4311 on all3605 their heads7218 shall be baldness,7144 and every3605 beard2206 cut1438 off.

3 In their streets2351 they shall gird2296 themselves with sackcloth:8242 on5921 the tops1406 of their houses, and in their streets,7339 every3605 one shall howl,3213 weeping1065 abundantly.3381

4 And Heshbon2809 shall cry,2199 and Elealeh:500 their voice6963 shall be heard8085 even to Jahaz:3096 therefore5921 3651 the armed2502 soldiers2502 of Moab4124 shall cry7321 out; his life5315 shall be grievous3415 to him.

5 My heart3820 shall cry2199 out for Moab;4124 his fugitives1280 shall flee to Zoar,6820 an heifer5697 of three7992 years old:7992 for by the mounting4608 up of Luhith3872 with weeping1065 shall they go5927 it up; for in the way1870 of Horonaim2773 they shall raise5782 up a cry2201 of destruction.7667

6 For the waters4325 of Nimrim5249 shall be desolate:4923 for the hay2682 is withered3001 away, the grass1877 fails,3615 there is no3808 green3418 thing.

7 Therefore5921 3651 the abundance3502 they have gotten,6213 and that which they have laid6486 up, shall they carry5375 away to the brook5158 of the willows.6155

8 For the cry2201 is gone5362 round5362 about the borders1366 of Moab;4124 the howling3213 thereof to Eglaim,97 and the howling3213 thereof to Beerelim.879

9 For the waters4325 of Dimon1775 shall be full4390 of blood:1818 for I will bring7896 more3254 on Dimon,1775 lions738 on him that escapes6413 of Moab,4124 and on the remnant7611 of the land.127
