4 And he said559 to Jehoshaphat,3092 Will you go3212 with me to battle4421 to Ramothgilead?7433 And Jehoshaphat3092 said559 to the king4428 of Israel,3478 I am as you are, my people5971 as your people,5971 my horses5483 as your horses.5483

5 And Jehoshaphat3092 said559 to the king4428 of Israel,3478 Inquire,1875 I pray4994 you, at the word1697 of the LORD3068 to day.3117

6 Then the king4428 of Israel3478 gathered6908 the prophets5030 together, about four702 hundred3967 men,376 and said559 to them, Shall I go3212 against5921 Ramothgilead7433 to battle,4421 or shall I forbear?2308 And they said,559 Go5927 up; for the LORD136 shall deliver5414 it into the hand3027 of the king.4428

7 And Jehoshaphat3092 said,559 Is there not here6311 a prophet5030 of the LORD3068 besides,5750 that we might inquire1875 of him?

8 And the king4428 of Israel3478 said559 to Jehoshaphat,3092 There is yet3588 one259 man,376 Micaiah4321 the son1121 of Imlah,3229 by whom we may inquire1875 of the LORD:3068 but I hate8130 him; for he does not prophesy5012 good2896 concerning5921 me, but evil.7451 And Jehoshaphat3092 said,559 Let not the king4428 say559 so.3651

9 Then the king4428 of Israel3478 called7121 an officer,5631 and said,559 Hasten4116 here Micaiah4321 the son1121 of Imlah.3229

9 И позвал7121 царь4428 Израильский3478 одного259 евнуха5631 и сказал:559 сходи4116 поскорее4116 за Михеем,4321 сыном1121 Иемвлая.3229

10 And the king4428 of Israel3478 and Jehoshaphat3092 the king4428 of Judah3063 sat3427 each376 on5921 his throne,3678 having put3847 on their robes,899 in a void1637 place4725 in the entrance6607 of the gate8179 of Samaria;8111 and all3605 the prophets5030 prophesied5012 before6440 them.

11 And Zedekiah6667 the son1121 of Chenaanah3668 made6213 him horns7161 of iron:1270 and he said,559 Thus3541 said559 the LORD,3068 With these428 shall you push5055 the Syrians,758 until5704 you have consumed3615 them.

11 И сделал6213 себе Седекия,6667 сын1121 Хенааны,3668 железные1270 рога,7161 и сказал:559 так говорит559 Господь:3068 сими избодешь5055 Сириян758 до истребления3615 их.
|
|
12 And all3605 the prophets5030 prophesied5012 so,3651 saying,559 Go5927 up to Ramothgilead,7433 and prosper:6743 for the LORD3068 shall deliver5414 it into the king's4428 hand.3027
|
12 И все пророки5030 пророчествовали5012 то же, говоря:559 иди5927 на Рамоф7433 Галаадский,1568 будет6743 успех,6743 Господь3068 предаст5414 его в руку3027 царя.4428
|
|
13 And the messenger4397 that was gone1980 to call7121 Micaiah4321 spoke1696 to him, saying,559 Behold2009 now,4994 the words1697 of the prophets5030 declare good2896 to the king4428 with one259 mouth:6310 let your word,1697 I pray4994 you, be like the word1697 of one259 of them, and speak1696 that which is good.2896

13 Посланный,4397 который пошел1980 позвать7121 Михея,4321 говорил1696 ему: вот, речи1697 пророков5030 единогласно2596310 предвещают царю4428 доброе;2896 пусть бы и твое слово1697 было согласно с словом1697 каждого259 из них; изреки1696 и ты доброе.2896

14 And Micaiah4321 said,559 As the LORD3068 lives,2416 what3588 the LORD3068 said559 to me, that will I speak.1696

14 И сказал559 Михей:4321 жив2416 Господь!3068 я изреку1696 то, что скажет559 мне Господь.3068
|
|
15 So he came935 to the king.4428 And the king4428 said559 to him, Micaiah,4321 shall we go3212 against413 Ramothgilead7433 to battle,4421 or shall we forbear?2308 And he answered559 him, Go,5927 and prosper:6743 for the LORD3068 shall deliver5414 it into the hand3027 of the king.4428

15 И пришел935 он к царю.4428 Царь4428 сказал559 ему: Михей!4321 идти3212 ли нам войною4421 на Рамоф7433 Галаадский,1568 или нет? И сказал559 тот ему: иди,5927 будет6743 успех,6743 Господь3068 предаст5414 его в руку3027 царя.4428

16 And the king4428 said559 to him, How5704 many times6471 shall I adjure7650 you that you tell1696 me nothing3808 but that which is true571 in the name8034 of the LORD?3068
|
16 И сказал559 ему царь:4428 еще и еще заклинаю7650 тебя, чтобы ты не говорил1696 мне ничего, кроме истины571 во имя8034 Господа.3068
|
|
17 And he said,559 I saw7200 all3605 Israel3478 scattered6327 on the hills,2022 as sheep6629 that have not a shepherd:7462 and the LORD3068 said,559 These428 have no3808 master:113 let them return7725 every man376 to his house1004 in peace.7965
|
17 И сказал559 он: я вижу7200 всех Израильтян,3478 рассеянных6327 по горам,2022 как овец,6629 у которых нет пастыря.7462 И сказал559 Господь:3068 нет у них начальника,113 пусть возвращаются7725 с миром7965 каждый376 в свой дом.1004

18 And the king4428 of Israel3478 said559 to Jehoshaphat,3092 Did I not tell559 you that he would prophesy5012 no3808 good2896 concerning5921 me, but evil?7451
|
18 И сказал559 царь4428 Израильский3478 Иосафату:3092 не говорил559 ли я тебе, что он не пророчествует5012 о мне доброго,2896 а только худое?7451
|
|
19 And he said,559 Hear8085 you therefore3651 the word1697 of the LORD:3068 I saw7200 the LORD3068 sitting3427 on5921 his throne,3678 and all3605 the host6635 of heaven8064 standing5975 by him on his right3225 hand3225 and on his left.8040
|
19 И сказал559 Михей: выслушай8085 слово1697 Господне:3068 я видел7200 Господа,3068 сидящего3427 на престоле3678 Своем, и все воинство6635 небесное8064 стояло5975 при Нем, по правую3225 и по левую8040 руку Его;

|
20 And the LORD3068 said,559 Who4310 shall persuade6601 Ahab,256 that he may go5927 up and fall5307 at Ramothgilead?7433 And one said559 on this3541 manner,3541 and another2088 said559 on that manner.3541
|
20 и сказал3068 Господь:559 кто склонил6601 бы Ахава,256 чтобы он пошел5927 и пал5307 в Рамофе7433 Галаадском?1568 И один говорил559 так,3541 другой говорил559 иначе;3541
|
|
21 And there came3318 forth3318 a spirit,7307 and stood5975 before6440 the LORD,3068 and said,559 I will persuade6601 him.
|
21 и выступил3318 один дух,7307 стал5975 пред3942 лицем3942 Господа3068 и сказал:559 я склоню6601 его. И сказал559 ему Господь:3068 чем?
|
|
22 And the LORD3068 said559 to him, With4100 which? And he said,559 I will go3318 forth,3318 and I will be a lying8267 spirit7307 in the mouth6310 of all3605 his prophets.5030 And he said,559 You shall persuade6601 him, and prevail3201 also:1571 go3318 forth,3318 and do6213 so.3651

22 Он сказал:559 я выйду3318 и сделаюсь духом7307 лживым8267 в устах6310 всех пророков5030 его. Господь сказал:559 ты склонишь6601 его и выполнишь3201 это; пойди3318 и сделай6213 так.
|

23 Now6258 therefore, behold,2009 the LORD3068 has put5414 a lying8267 spirit7307 in the mouth6310 of all3605 these428 your prophets,5030 and the LORD3068 has spoken1696 evil7451 concerning5921 you.
|
23 И вот, теперь попустил5414 Господь3068 духа7307 лживого8267 в уста6310 всех сих пророков5030 твоих; но Господь3068 изрек1696 о тебе недоброе.7451
|
|
24 But Zedekiah6667 the son1121 of Chenaanah3668 went5674 near,5066 and smote5221 Micaiah4321 on5921 the cheek,3895 and said,559 Which335 2088 way2088 went5674 the Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 from me to speak1696 to you?
|
24 И подошел5066 Седекия,6667 сын1121 Хенааны,3668 и, ударив5221 Михея4321 по щеке,3895 сказал:559 как, неужели от меня отошел5674 Дух7307 Господень,3068 чтобы говорить1696 в тебе?
|
|
25 And Micaiah4321 said,559 Behold,2009 you shall see7200 in that day,3117 when834 you shall go935 into an inner2315 chamber2315 to hide2247 yourself.
|
25 И сказал559 Михей:4321 вот, ты увидишь7200 это в тот день,3117 когда будешь935 бегать935 из одной комнаты2315 в другую,2315 чтоб укрыться,2247
|
|
26 And the king4428 of Israel3478 said,559 Take3947 Micaiah,4321 and carry7725 him back7725 to Amon526 the governor8269 of the city,5892 and to Joash3101 the king's4428 son;1121
|
26 и сказал559 царь4428 Израильский:3478 возьмите3947 Михея4321 и отведите7725 его к Амону526 градоначальнику58928269 и к Иоасу,3101 сыну1121 царя,4428
|
|
27 And say,559 Thus3541 said559 the king,4428 Put7760 this2088 fellow in the prison,1004 3608 and feed398 him with bread3899 of affliction3905 and with water4325 of affliction,3905 until5704 I come935 in peace.7965
|
27 и скажите:559 так говорит559 царь:4428 посадите7760 этого в темницу10043608 и кормите398 его скудно3906 хлебом3899 и скудно3906 водою,4325 доколе я не возвращусь935 в мире.7965
|
|
28 And Micaiah4321 said,559 If518 you return7725 at all in peace,7965 the LORD3068 has not spoken1696 by me. And he said,559 Listen,8085 O people,5971 every3605 one of you.
|
28 И сказал559 Михей:4321 если возвратишься7725 в мире,7965 то не Господь3068 говорил1696 чрез меня. И сказал:559 слушай,8085 весь народ!5971
|
|
29 So the king4428 of Israel3478 and Jehoshaphat3092 the king4428 of Judah3063 went5927 up to Ramothgilead.7433
|
29 И пошел5927 царь4428 Израильский3478 и Иосафат,3092 царь4428 Иудейский,3063 к Рамофу7433 Галаадскому.1568
|
|
30 And the king4428 of Israel3478 said559 to Jehoshaphat,3092 I will disguise2664 myself, and enter935 into the battle;4421 but put3847 you on your robes.899 And the king4428 of Israel3478 disguised2664 himself, and went935 into the battle.4421
|
30 И сказал559 царь4428 Израильский3478 Иосафату:3092 я переоденусь2664 и вступлю935 в сражение,4421 а ты надень3847 твои царские одежды.899 И переоделся2664 царь4428 Израильский3478 и вступил935 в сражение.4421
|
|
31 But the king4428 of Syria758 commanded6680 his thirty7970 and two8147 captains8269 that had rule over his chariots,7393 saying,559 Fight3898 neither3808 with small6996 nor great,1419 save3588 518 only905 with the king4428 of Israel.3478
|
31 Сирийский758 царь4428 повелел6680 начальникам8269 колесниц,7393 которых у него было тридцать7970 два,8147 сказав:559 не сражайтесь3898 ни с малым,6996 ни с великим,1419 а только с одним царем4428 Израильским.3478
|
|
32 And it came1961 to pass, when the captains8269 of the chariots7393 saw7200 Jehoshaphat,3092 that they said,559 Surely389 it is the king4428 of Israel.3478 And they turned5493 aside to fight3898 against5921 him: and Jehoshaphat3092 cried2199 out.

33 And it came1961 to pass, when the captains8269 of the chariots7393 perceived7200 that it was not the king4428 of Israel,3478 that they turned7725 back7725 from pursuing310 him.

|
|
34 And a certain man376 drew4900 a bow7198 at a venture,8537 and smote5221 the king4428 of Israel3478 between996 the joints1694 of the harness:8302 why he said559 to the driver7395 of his chariot,7395 Turn2015 your hand,3027 and carry3318 me out of the host;4264 for I am wounded.2470

34 А один человек376 случайно8537 натянул4900 лук7198 и ранил5221 царя4428 Израильского3478 сквозь швы1694 лат.8302 И сказал559 он своему вознице:7395 повороти2015 назад2015 и вывези3318 меня из войска,4264 ибо я ранен.2470
|
|
35 And the battle4421 increased5927 that day:3117 and the king4428 was stayed5975 up in his chariot4818 against5227 the Syrians,758 and died4191 at even:6153 and the blood1818 ran3332 out of the wound4347 into413 the middle2436 of the chariot.7393
|
35 Но сражение4421 в тот день3117 усилилось,5927 и царь4428 стоял5975 на колеснице4818 против5227 Сириян,758 и вечером6153 умер,4191 и кровь1818 из раны4347 лилась3332 в колесницу.7393
|
|
36 And there went5674 a proclamation7440 throughout the host4264 about the going935 down of the sun,8121 saying,559 Every man376 to his city,5892 and every man376 to his own country.776

36 И провозглашено56747440 было по всему стану4264 при захождении935 солнца:8121 каждый376 иди в свой город,5892 каждый376 в свою землю!776
|
|
37 So the king4428 died,4191 and was brought935 to Samaria;8111 and they buried6912 the king4428 in Samaria.8111

37 И умер4191 царь,4428 и привезен935 был935 в Самарию,8111 и похоронили6912 царя4428 в Самарии.8111
|
|
38 And one washed7857 the chariot7393 in the pool1295 of Samaria;8111 and the dogs3611 licked3952 up his blood;1818 and they washed7364 his armor;2185 according to the word1697 of the LORD3068 which834 he spoke.1696

|
39 Now the rest3499 of the acts1697 of Ahab,256 and all3605 that he did,6213 and the ivory8127 house1004 which834 he made,1129 and all3605 the cities5892 that he built,1129 are they not written3789 in the book5612 of the chronicles1697 3117 of the kings4428 of Israel?3478

41 And Jehoshaphat3092 the son1121 of Asa609 began to reign4427 over5921 Judah3063 in the fourth702 year8141 of Ahab256 king4428 of Israel.3478

41 Иосафат,3092 сын1121 Асы,609 воцарился4427 над Иудеею3063 в четвертый702 год8141 Ахава,256 царя4428 Израильского.3478
|
|
42 Jehoshaphat3092 was thirty7970 and five2568 years8141 old1121 when he began to reign;4427 and he reigned4427 twenty6242 and five2568 years8141 in Jerusalem.3389 And his mother's517 name8034 was Azubah5806 the daughter1323 of Shilhi.7977

44 And Jehoshaphat3092 made peace7999 with the king4428 of Israel.3478

45 Now the rest3499 of the acts1697 of Jehoshaphat,3092 and his might1369 that he showed,6213 and how834 he warred,3898 are they not written3789 in the book5612 of the chronicles1697 3117 of the kings4428 of Judah?3063

50 And Jehoshaphat3092 slept7901 with his fathers,1 and was buried6912 with his fathers1 in the city5892 of David1732 his father:1 and Jehoram3088 his son1121 reigned4427 in his stead.8478

50 И почил7901 Иосафат3092 с отцами1 своими и был6912 погребен6912 с отцами1 своими в городе5892 Давида,1732 отца1 своего. И воцарился4427 Иорам,3088 сын1121 его, вместо него.

51 Ahaziah274 the son1121 of Ahab256 began to reign4427 over5921 Israel3478 in Samaria8111 the seventeenth7651 6240 year8141 of Jehoshaphat3092 king4428 of Judah,3063 and reigned4427 two years8141 over5921 Israel.3478

52 And he did6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 and walked3212 in the way1870 of his father,1 and in the way1870 of his mother,517 and in the way1870 of Jeroboam3379 the son1121 of Nebat,5028 who834 made Israel3478 to sin:2398

52 и делал6213 неугодное7451 пред очами5869 Господа,3068 и ходил3212 путем1870 отца1 своего и путем1870 матери517 своей и путем1870 Иеровоама,3379 сына1121 Наватова,5028 который ввел2398 Израиля3478 в2398 грех:2398

53 For he served5647 Baal,1168 and worshipped7812 him, and provoked to anger3707 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel,3478 according to all3605 that his father1 had done.6213
