約翰壹書

第1章

1 那［That］從起初原有的生命之道，就是我們所聽見、親眼看見［which we have seen with our eyes］、所看過［which we have looked upon］、親手摸過的；

2 （這生命原［For］已經顯現出來，我們也看見過，現在又作見證，將原與父同在、且顯現與我們那永遠的生命、傳給你們；）

3 我們將所看見、所聽見的傳給你們，使你們與我們相交；我們真是［truly］與父並他兒子耶穌基督相交的。

4 我們將這些話寫給你們，使你們［your］的喜樂滿足［full］。

5 我們從他所聽見、又傳給你們的信息乃是這樣：神就是光，在他毫無黑暗［This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all］。

6 我們若說是與神相交，卻仍在黑暗裏行，就是說謊話，不行真理了；

7 我們若在光明中行，如同神在光明中，就彼此相交，他兒子耶穌基督［Christ］的血也洗淨我們一切的罪。

8 我們若說自己無罪，便是自欺，真理不在我們心裏了。

9 我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要饒恕［forgive］我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。

10 我們若說自己沒有犯過罪，便是以神為說謊的，他的道也不在我們心裏了。

6 If1437 we say2036 that3754 we have2192 fellowship2842 with3326 him,846 and2532 walk4043 in1722 darkness,4655 we lie,5574 and2532 do4160 not3756 the3588 truth: 225

7 But1161 if1437 we walk4043 in1722 the3588 light,5457 as5613 he846 is2076 in1722 the3588 light,5457 we have2192 fellowship2842 one with another,240 3326 and2532 the3588 blood129 of Jesus2424 Christ5547 his846 Son5207 cleanseth2511 us2248 from575 all3956 sin.266

8 If1437 we say2036 that3754 we have2192 no3756 sin,266 we deceive4105 ourselves,1438 and2532 the3588 truth225 is2076 not3756 in1722 us.2254

9 If1437 we confess3670 our2257 sins,266 he is2076 faithful4103 and2532 just1342 to2443 forgive863 us2254 our sins,266 and2532 to cleanse2511 us2248 from575 all3956 unrighteousness.93
